Dani is the best barber I’ve ever gone to in my life. Usually it’s an annoying chore, but she’s great with the scissors and has a laid back, cool vibe that makes getting my haircut, actually something I enjoy and maybe even look forward to.

I’ve been getting my hair cut there for maybe a year now. Love the soundtrack- that’s important and the laid back vibe. I like that there is a down town and uptown location. Dani is great. She’s really good at what she does. Glad I found the place.

Fantastic barbershop! I got my hair cut by Dani the week before my wedding and got multiple compliments on how great it looked, and she's just super fun! I also organized a morning-of-the-wedding event for my groomsmen for shaves, haircuts, and beard trims, and it was just a blast. Mary and team really took care of us and it was a fun way to start the day. Will definitely be back when I am in New Orleans!

For the morning of our wedding, we had all the groomsmen/officiant/father/groom gather at the Rooster Club for a private party. This was a wonderful way to relax, staving off the pre-wedding jitters by having some drinks, listening to music, and getting haircuts, beard trims, and straight razor shaves. We all left feeling much more calm, and looking significantly sharper! Mary was super easy to coordinate with (we kept changing the number of services we wanted and was very accommodating & patient with us), and had helpful suggestions for acquiring food and drink to bring in with us. Definitely recommend going here for a solo shave to treat yourself or with your groomsmen!

We went to take my son and husband for a razor shave, but they were booked up. Sadly they weren’t able to get their shaves. Make an appt a few days ahead. The staff was nice.

Recently moved here from NYC and decided to give it a try after walking past one day. Dani Marie at the downtown location is awesome. I have now gone 2x and each time has been one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. She takes time to make sure it looks good and you are happy with what she did. Dani is friendly and entertaining as well. Highly recommend this place.

Dani Marie at the downtown location gave me the best haircut I have ever gotten in my life. We had scheduled a 35 minute appointment and she spent almost an hour with me to ensure the cut looked good. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a last minute cleanup while on vacation and Tami Lee was great. I emailed beforehand to let them know the cut I was looking for and I was emailed back promptly confirming my appointment. Tami greeted me when I walked in and offered some beverage options and then asked some clarifying questions about my cut. Toward the end she checked to make sure the fade was high enough (always appreciated with a new barber!) before finishing up. All in all a great cut and a great barber, would recommend!

I was w ecstatic to get a returned phone call asking me if I wanted a haircut on a Sunday. My plane was leaving for Phoenix in a few hours and the timing could not have been more perfect. I will admit it was a costly haircut ($60-$75) but she made me look pretty so I was happy. I had an opportunity to get a more reasonable priced haircut but options in the heart of New Orleans are difficult to find. At the very least you'll look good.

Fantastic haircut from Dani. Online booking is easy with quick confirmation from the shop. Friendly staff and expert cuts. This was a great find for us on a visit to NOLA. We’ve tried to book again but travel hiccups have hindered our ability to make an appt. The staff has been super accommodating to our changes and we hope to see them again soon. Definitely recommend if you are considering.

Excellent location, staff and service. I got married around the corner from here and so treated my Groomsmen to a morning shave on the day of the wedding. We were all looking really sharp before the big day! Additionally, the smaller details which helped keep us all entertained were awesome and I'd definitely recommend any groom to look into this place if they want to do something similar on their wedding day. Good job Rooster Club you have a very satisfied customer here!

Got an awesome haircut from Tami. She paid close attention to the ends making sure everything was even. She also totally got right away people who wear glasses don't really know what the haircut looks like midway through and would take out a hand mirror to show me up close what it was looking like throughout. It'll be my go to place for haircuts from now on!
