I took my 13 year old son here for the first time today. We were a little early but he was taken to a chair right away. We were both very happy with his haircut by Mel. He loved the shampoo, hot towel and massage at the end. Best part is, he wants to go back again next time!

I the same hair cut here regularly - it's convenient, relatively cheap, and they always get the back of the neck and offer an eyebrow trim. I've had mostly good cuts here but can be inconsistent between stylists.

Every visit has been amazing. I always request Amber and she does a wonderful job, it looks exactly like I ask (I usually have a picture) and she works quickly but with the same great results of somewhere twice as expensive and thrice as time consuming. Appointments are required with covid but I've called the same day and had a few choices so it always works out. I strongly recommend it!!

My boys have been getting their haircuts here for awhile now. They finally had found someone who they liked as their stylist. Sadly we can back from a vacation and she no longer is working there. This is indeed a great place for a cut. Hopefully we find her cause they are not wanting to go to anyone else. Courtney is her name. They always do a good job here. I grew up with a cosmetologist mother so never paid for a haircut until I moved too far away to pop in for a quick trim. I was glad to find this place just around the corner from work. I can get a quick cut during lunch and be back in the office or knock off for the day if it's a nice Friday afternoon 😊. Friendly staff and skilled barbers, always a treat to come here.

I came here on a whim in need of a change, and really enjoyed the experience! It’s simple and straight-forward, and they have a few really nice touches (shampoo, hot towel, massage) that make the price unbeatable. They allow for scheduled appointments which makes things a lot easier than waiting at walk-in only places, and they can almost always get me in the day I call. I’ve seen a few stylists and all have been great. BONUS: They have waxing service for ears, nose, and brows. Do it - you won’t be disappointed.

After my family Barber retired back in 2015 I've been looking for a "regular" place to go to. Was just using Great Clips and Fantastic Sams for a few years and they were okay. My father recommended this place and I'm glad he did. Getting a haircut during Covid is a strange experience with a lot of restrictions (for good reasons), but they still did a good job of making me feel comfortable in spite of this. Definitely would recommend, and worth the drive even if I no longer live in the area.

Excellent Barber shop! Very friendly experienced staff. They usually allow walk ins. They nice lady asked me what I wanted and we had brief talk on what she feels on my look. She was very professional. After my haircut she washed my hair and made sure everything looked perfect. Very happy with the customer service! Will definitely visit again.

My son's and husband's favorite barbershop. They love the hot towel treatment. Only thing I don't care for is that they charge extra if you pay with a credit card. I rarely carry cash anymore and this is an inconvenience.

I've yet to have a bad experience here. The stylists are always friendly. The suckers at the desk are awesome. shampoo and a neck massage follow up. Free between-haircut neck trims. This place is always busy, though....you're best off making an appointment every time.

I’ve been going here for about a year now. Far better than Fantastic Sams. You get a warm towel, a back massage, and a hair wash included with your haircut and it’s all $15 which is a really good deal. I’ve had some barbers that were in a rush before but most of the time they take their time and do a good job. Also, being able to schedule an appointment is pretty nice. Lastly, shout out to Dawn she did a great job cutting my hair exactly how I wanted, took her time, and made nice conversation. Highly recommend her.

Awesome experience! Im the guy who wants just 1 person to cut my hair over and over again. I kept going to cost cutters, and Great Clips, but the good stylists would end up leaving after a few months. Or I would go in to these places and get a random person, who would totally botch my hair cut. Then I found The Barbershop! I've recommended this place to several people, even been to a few different locations when my stylist has the day off, and I have no complaints! Fully satisfied with their work! I love it!

Friendly staff. Great value for the service received. They are good at beards as well. I have a curly beard that is difficult to shape and they always get it right. Also the hair wash/scalp massage is the best. So relaxing.

My go to spot for sure. Make an appointment, don't walk in you almost will never get an immediate cut, they're busy all days.

I will be going here everytime I need a haircut. Also they do free back of the head line-ups for between haircuts for returning customers. Love this barber shop!!

When I came I had been growing my hair out for a very long time, close to 6 years. I went from Metal-style to baseball style and the experience was lovely. I believe Rachel was the name of my stylist and she gave me some helpful tips on products to use. Also dirt cheap, very affordable. Definitely recommend for other tight-on-cash college students.

Generally I've had good experiences going to this shop, but this last one was awful. I made an appointment and was sat down right away, but a regular came in and the barber helped him in another chair, which wasn't the hugest deal because I wasn't in a time crunch, but the cut itself was just rushed and turned out bad. Completely disappointed. No attention to detail.

I've been a walk-in all three times I've gone and had three different people cut my hair. Short wait times all three times (though I have always gone at non-peak hours). The first two were fantastic, the third not so much; cut was uneven and had a noticeably poor job on the fading.

For 14.50 that's the best damn haircut I've ever gotten. Stylist was great with my needs and couldn't have asked for better. One thing I would like to see them eventually do is straight razor neck shave at the end with the massage. That would be the bees knees.

Found this chain of Barbershop's while living in North Carolina. While the prices continue to rise I still find their services superior compared to comparable chains. What I really love about this place the order of included services 1st a haircut, 2nd a lovely hair washing with hot towel, and finishing with a light mechanical shoulder rub.

Best Deal Around! Every time I go back and get another haircut at the Robert St. Barbershop, I am reminded what an unbelievably good deal it is! I keep thinking they are going to all of a sudden double the prices (still would be worth it) but after a year now of the same priced great haircut I can't help but think this is one the best deals in town-haircut, food, or otherwise! Haircut was ok, but it's too expensive. The stylist made a rude remark about my thinning hair. And the wait was long. Last time I went in, they said there was a 2 hour wait... With one person in the sitting area. I've had similar experiences here before.

This place is hit or miss. The people who have been there a while do a decent job and a very personable. It seems like there's a few new people working there each month. More often than not when I get a new person they're not as friendly and seem to miss a lot of hairs on my head. If you go here make sure to ask for a veteran.

This is a really good value in hair cuts! Do you people ever go to "great clips"? This place is so much better and 25% less. Lets be frank: You get a hair cut, eye brow/ear/neck trim, a WASH, and a neck massage. AND you get to watch sports center the whole time. All for about 11 bucks! You can't beat it. They just do mens' hair so it is easy to get a good cut. And to the point above "you don't want a man to cut your hair...." ask for one of the ladies, they let you request any stylist you want.

I admit to being a little offset by a barber/salon. But Dee Dee is kickass. She is more than qualified, and a very sweet woman. A full cut wash and beard trim was under 20 bucks! Including a hot towel on the face. Only thing I would change is using a straight razor on the neck for a cleaner cut.

It was my day off yesterday, I shoveled, changed the oil pan gasket on my Honda, shoveled, fixed the break lights on my Dakota, shoveled and then got a haircut. Being thrifty I was looking for the cheapest haircut in town, but I had no idea that I was also getting the best 'cut' in town too. I went in and before I was done writing my name on the list I was greeted by the beautiful Jessica and was seated right away. Two things I noticed right away was that there was a personal TV in the booth and a sign that explained "The Gentleman's Treatment". You get a haircut, shampoo, condition, hot towel, beard trim, neck trim between cuts AND a shoulder message!!! Turns out that getting a haircut by Jessica at the Barbershop was the perfect way to unwind from my day. I look forward to returning and perhaps I can justify going every week or so with the free neck trim between cuts! P.S. You can make an appointments with your favorite stylist so you always get who you like, so ignore the above comment to the contrary.
