Best barbershop in town. These guys work quick and carefully. I’ve gotten dozens of haircuts from a bunch of different barbers and I’ve never been disappointed. Called in for a last second appointment before NYE and got a new barber(Andrew) I’ve never seen before, which made me slightly nervous… he did an awesome cut with top tier fade.

Went into Alfanis Barber shop and got a buzz cut and beard trim from Maria. I was really impressed with how well she cut my hair and trimmed my beard. Great barber shop- just like your neighborhood’s spot in NYC. Most of the guys are from Queens. Everyone working there is great- my favorite is David. Never had a bad haircut there and I’ve booked appointments with almost all of the guys there. Highly recommend.

I moved to Denver a month and a half ago, and this place will forever be the ONLY place I go here for a fade and a line up 🙏 exactly how I want it. Every time. Alex always does my cuts, but yesterday was his last day, however the other barbers are absolutely fantastic at what they do as well. I told them I make music and they asked me to freestyle for them, I did, and a customer paid for my haircut AND left a $60 tip for my barber! This place has solidified me as a customer as long as I live in this state. Thanks again guys.

Always a great experience. My hair grows fast and it’s straight. It can be hard to cut and in the past I’ve been particular about my cuts. Not with them tho! They always do a great job. This is the best barbershop in town. Alex was great on my last visit. I had to reschedule my initial appointment to to a change in my work start date and I accidentally clicked 11am instead of 1130am. The guys at Alfanis rely on structure and punctuality to run like they due, but Alex was nice enough to recognize that it was an honest mistake and was able to fit me in to his busy schedule. He gave me a great haircut and beard trim and had me ready for my first day of work. Great place with very skilled barbers. I have since rectified my no-show flag with the scheduling company they use to show my appreciation and respect for what they do at this shop. Thank you Alex. I will be sure to double check my appointment times from here on out.

I've had two haircuts here and they are the best I've ever had! The place has a calm environment. It was easy to book an appointment. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and Abo did it perfectly twice in a row! I’ve gotten haircuts from almost every one of their guys and I can’t speak highly enough to the skill of them. One thing I’ll never forget was when this new guy was training, the main barber (Arthur) came over to help him out and he took over because something wasn’t up to his standards. There really didn’t look like there was anything wrong to me, but it just goes to show that good enough is not enough for these guys. This is the best barber not only Denver, but one of the best barbers I’ve been anywhere.

So sad to move out of this neighborhood down to Englewood, but sometimes I'll still drive to get my hair done by the professionals. In all my searching this is by far the best spot for a guy's cut in Denver. Abo is the master, but have never had a bad experience with another barber. Can't recommend highly enough, have gotten my hair cut for my Wedding, Proposal, you name it, this is who you go to if you want your hair to be on point. Also, I hate going to other spots that "vibe" you out, these guys are not like that, always chill fun atmosphere.

This place is fantastic. I stopped in for my first time and quickly realized you really should schedule an appointment. I was ready to turn around and walk out, but was told Abo could work me in. Abo was great, and I seriously doubt you could go wrong with any of the barbers there. A little more expensive than your typical family place, but there is a level of professionalism and quality of service you won't find in those places. I was also impressed with Abo's commitment to a safe environment - he was careful to disinfect the seat and work area before I sat down, and took care to disinfect his styling tools during my cut. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

So I got my first-ever barbershop haircut ever here. Previously only myself and family members have cut it. Decided to go to Alfani's because I moved to Denver, and I didn't have my home set-up. Met Alex, a barber of only 8 months, there. He walked me through his whole process. He didn't talk down to me. Unquestionably the best barbershop in Denver. While one could write a book about its brilliance, there are three reasons why Alfanis offers an unparalleled experience. First, Arthur and David provide consistent, quality haircuts. After nearly three years of monthly cuts, I have always left Alfanis feeling confident and and content. Second, the barbers have you out the door at an impressive "clip' (pun intended). Not only do Arthur and David ensure that you are seen at your scheduled time, but they also don't mess around when it comes to their work. Between their genuine care for customers and witty conversations, the two have created a comfortable and enjoyable place to get a haircut.

I have been going to Alfanis for 7 years and will never go to another hair stying/barbershop in town! I have never had a problem getting an appointment or a cut, even if I walked in. I love the way Arthur cuts hair, it is with precision and you don't even have to tell him what you like, it is like he already knows what will look good and does an amazing job at doing so. The staff are courteous, the shop cool and if you are looking for a GREAT cut, do not miss going to Alfanis!! I went to another salon once when I was in a hurry and out of town and HATED MY HAIR FOR A MONTH until it grew out and I was able to have it cut by Arthur again. Nobody touches my hair but him, great job Alfanis.

This barbershop ia seriously the best in town. I personally see Mike, but you wont be disappointed sitting in Arthur, Avi, or David's chair. Alfanis is seriously a hidden gem on Colfax. One of the best things about this shop is how unpretentious it is. It's authentic and no fuss. I have difficult hair to cut and Mike kills every fade I ask for. If you become a regular here you'll truly feel like family.

Update 2: I went back and Abo gave me a spectacular cut. Great spot. Good prices. Skilled barbers. Update: the owner called me multiple times until I had the chance to pick up so he could apologize, understand what happened, and give me a full refund. This place is class, and though my experience had miscommunication, I recommend it and I’ll be back. I walk in on a Sunday afternoon, place smells like leather and aftershave. Music like I’ve never heard, wonderful, I’m fully immersed in the experience already. Great first impression. Parking was tough right off Colfax so I’m 3 minutes late, scrambling frantically to look up who I booked with. The guys cutting up front yell to him in the back that a customer is here. He struts out and has me sit down. Conversation is awkward cause my voice is blown out from yelling cause my fantasy team is blowing my chances this week and I can’t speak loud enough through my mask. I try to scream that I want a 4 on the sides, tapered and blended into the top, which we should chop some of but leave long. 30 seconds of that and we’re off to the races. Shears immediately to my noggin and the first swipe eats a quarter of what I would call “the top” which was clearly longer than “the sides” when I walk in. 5 inches, 10ish months, of hair hits the ground. Already clear that we were not even close to on the same page for what cut I want. I’m tense the rest of the cut until the shop gets excited about a song to come on and one of the barbers grabs a drum and played to the music. Electric experience. His taper in the back was pretty immaculate. I’ve got curly hair and he’s blow drying it straight and combing it back. It’s the exact same cut and style as he has, nothing like how I wore it in. He asks if I like it. I hate confrontation and what’s done is done so I say yeah. He makes me promise. I promise. Cut is a 1 star for not getting it close. Extra star for the great environment and the taper was solid. Pic is how my hair looks the way I wore it/wanted to wear it. Now I wear hats.

I recently retired from the military and have had my fair share of cheap cuts where you would think the person that cut your hair was cross eyed but that was not the case here. When I met up with her I asked how it looks and she said one of the best hair cuts you have ever had. That says a lot to me. Took my son to Alfani’s barbershop for the first time and had the most amazing experience!!!! The place is clean and newly remodeled. The atmosphere is kid friendly and the staff is top notch. Arthur cut my sons hair with precision and care. The supplies used were properly disinfected and were very clean. He is very patient and works quickly and efficiently. I was a walk in 20 mins before closing time and Arthur stayed late just for us even though this was our first time and we didn’t have an appointment. The hair cut was straight and looked really good unlike great clips which kept messing up the back and could not get it straight. I would very much recommend Alfani’s barbershop and Master Barber Arthur. We will definitely be using him for all our haircuts.

I was referred to Alfanis Barber Shop by a friend of mine who had gotten a cut a few days prior. My first experience was nothing short of excellent. I called in a day earlier and set an appointment with Avi. A young professional in the truest sense. He has the formal education as a barber as well as the character skills of a lifetime professional. Patient, honest, and careful. He took the time to fully understand the look I was hoping to achieve as we spoke about lengths, shape, and the problem spot on my head that trips up most barbers. The end result? Better than I could’ve dreamed of. My second experience was today; three weeks after my first visit. Called in this morning and set another appointment with Avi. Halfway through my cut, a vagrant came into the shop and started to cause a disturbance. The barbers in the shop handled the situation quickly, respectfully, and discretely as I had hardly noticed any commotion until it was over. The man was ushered outside without incident. Their concern being the safety of their customers and integrity of their workspace.
