Each and every cut is meticulously done to your standards, and each and every barber will do everything they can to have you looking like a million bucks. Also they have online appointment scheduling so you never have to wait and can jump the walk-in line. I have been to many barbers across several countries for a beard trim. Atlas (Karim specifically) is up there with the best. Every barber in here is friendly & proficient, but I need to give Karim a shoutout: extremely attentive to detail, w/both trimmer & straight-edge blade. I've never been to someone more skilled. If you go to atlas, you are guaranteed to get a good cut. My one reservation about this place is that I have never once actually had my hair cut by the person I scheduled appointments with. They just don’t honor appointments here and will give you the barber who is available (often not their best). If they fix this, it’d be 5 stars and one of the best in the area

Atlas Barber shop is a friendly little shop that is home to several professional barbers. I've gotten my hair cut there several times, with a couple different barbers and each has been excellent. You can tell they're skilled barbers and take pride in their craft. Don't be surprised if you're offered an espresso or a bottle of water as you come or go!

Re-review: A nice shop with nice guys. There was a miscommunication during my first haircut and I let Ayoub (the owner) know I wasn't quite satisfied. Ayoub reached out, assured me it was due to the circumstance which occurred just prior to my appointment. They had just been dealing with an unruly customer, so maybe the barber was flustered. I was very tempted to give them another chance given the reviews Ive gotten and the professionalism of the follow-up. He offered for me to come in and fix it to my liking. I kindly took him up on the offer and was helped by Karim, who had very nice attention to detail and did a great job. I'm very happy with the cut and plan on coming back due to the excellent service I know they offer. My best to Ayoub, Tariq and Karim for their help and understanding! I am glad we worked it out.

I can say without hesitation that the quality of cut that Atlas delivers (both Ayoub and Latif) is the best I've ever had and for a reasonable price. They are also great people and easy to talk to. If you're in the area, this is definitely the place to go! I drive 45 min+ just to get my hair cut by them.

Absolutely wonderful experience. To begin, the site is very clean and well maintained. As soon as you walk in, I was greeted with a warm smile and hello from the barbers, who were absolutely delightful. Offered coffee or tea (complimentary) which you don't really get many places. Made me feel at home. Now in addition to the wonderful environment, the haircut itself was wonderful. Barber pays attention to what he is doing and does his work like an artist, pays attention to detail. First and foremost the barber is perhaps the most skillful my hairline has ever come across and he’s very pleasant to work with. The shop is new, therefore spotless, and nicely decorated. Bottled water and Peet’s espresso are offered for free. Prices are reasonable if not low given what you get. A very satisfying experience all around!

Best barber shop in the area hands down. Been to other places nearby but nobody is as kind or thorough as the guys at Atlas. I've had my hair cut by Ayoubb multiple times (I wrote a previous review of him when he first opened the shop), and he is always good. The last time I visited Karrim cut my hair and he was just as precise. They take walk-ins but the online appointment system is super easy to navigate. They do all kinds of hair and styles as well - I prefer a traditional scissor cut and I am never disappointed coming here.

By far the best haircut I can find around Harvard Square! Ayoub is incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment you step into the barbershop -- he even offers a selection of water, espresso, and tea to make your experience all the more relaxing. The haircut itself is relatively quick but incredibly thorough. You have to book online ahead of time, but you're designated a 30 minute period, in which you will receive Ayoub's complete attention! I'm just as satisfied after months as I was after my first cut. 10/10 would recommend!
