Rob GrippaI'm not even a customer and Bheam took the time to process a complicated request for me that took well over a half hour. If they treat non-account holders this way, I can only imagine how well they treat their own customers.
Louis StellutiI am always greeted by the personnel in this bank. They are friendly, patient, and always helpful. One customer service person, Bhehm Ramprashad in particular is an example of this attitude. But I must say, everyone is friendly and helpful. They make banking a pleasure to look forward to.
