For real, their web site does a great job of being up front that: they may not be open, they may not have the currency they say they have, there may be additional fees, they may not be able to help you, etc. etc. But yeah, I read all that and even tried to call them several times. No luck. Eh. Took a chance on exchanging some currency for a trip and headed out here. Sure enough, nobody was there at the kiosk even though a sign professed they should be open. Other people were already standing in line waiting and hoping. I figured I'd wait too, up to half an hour. Eventually a casual dude sauntered in through the mall corridor, head down, mumbling something about being late, and he opened the place. Once he got going he was fine helping people, including me. However, I can see where these guys have kind of a corner on the market, so they can conduct themselves and their business however they want. So I guess that's how it goes. Just be patient, read all their terms, and decide if it is worth it to you. Above all, stay calm and be respectful. We need places like this, even with all their fees and uncertain hours.

Hidden fees. Current $ to peso is 20.47 peso to dollar. They give 18 plus they charge you a fee on top of that. I’m giving 3 stars just for convenience even tho I’m waiting to exchange in Mexico where I can get a better rate.
I see the response & updating as they are saying "local" bank or airport. I exchanged $ at the border & received over 19 pesos to the dollar. It's only ~1 peso difference (but no extra fee!). It is definitely NOT the lowest rate available, but it MAY be the lowest LOCAL rate if you want to plan ahead. Hence, again, my 3 stars as it's a local option for planning ahead if you are new to going somewhere. It might be worth that to you. It might be worth that to me if I'm going somewhere I'm completely unfamiliar with!

I called to secure an unusual currency. They answered the phone right away, said they would have to order it, and they would notify me when it came in. They did! Right on schedule. Fee was reasonable and I was given the option of purchasing with credit card or cash. I chose cash, to avoid credit card fees. I would use them again because of courtesy and convenience.

Quick and easy exchange, much cheaper than the airport. Would come again and recommending my family comes here before our trip to mexico in the fall.

This establishment has become my favorite place to exchange currencies. Their rates are the best in the area and ten times better than the airport. The process is seamless and Efficient. A big shout to Irena for always taking care of me there. The next time you have some foreign money in your hands go see Irena and tell her Frank sent you. You wont be disappointed

They don't accept old foreign notes or coins. They might not take foreign notes that is older than 2012, if you have new current issued Uncirculated bills they will gladly exchange those. Expect -10% on exchange rate + $3 fee. They are convenient and fast, if you can't exchange at your own bank.
