Love this credit Union. Never had any issues over the 10+ years I’ve been with them. I’ve had loans, credit cards, checking & savings accounts. They take care of their customers and their App is 24/7, so you can make transfers anytime. All these haters obviously don’t have the app. Get with the program, people.

Cassie Desoto was amazing!! I worked with multiple credit unions in regards to an auto loan, most were very rude and didn’t keep me in the loop! Once I applied with Selco, Cassie almost instantly reached out and kept me updated through out the entire process (Customer Service 10/10)! I highly recommend working with Cassie if you are looking to apply for a loan.

Moving from out of state I needed a co-op transfer from my credit union back home to put a deposit on a house. My credit union is pretty low tech and wasn't much help, but the people at Selco helped me for like an hour until they figured out a way for me to get the money I needed. What an amazing group of people, who really went well above and beyond anything they were obligated to do to help me. Thank you so much!

September 2014, my husband and I decided to purchase our first home. After meeting with Director’s Mortgage, we decided to give the credit union a chance (Director’s wanted to charge us almost $7,000 and that does not cover the closing costs!). Shortly after filling out the contact form on their website, Heidi Randall was in touch with me. She even met with us the same day at 5PM! She was so in detailed and opened to answering all our questions. She was incredibly patient and funny. Heidi was always there to help us; no matter what day or time she always answered our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Heidi and Selco to anyone in the market for purchasing a home. They were the lowest cost overall for both the rate and closing cost fees. From start to finish, Heidi was there for us and that is something that you don’t see nowadays. Platinum service!
