Accomplished! A perfect execution of my first 1031 Exchange! Doug Blackwell, Nichole Luna and their IPX1031 team flawlessly guided, directed and accomplished my multi-State 1031 exchange. Not having done a 1031 exchange before, I sought out advice and recommendations from my attorneys, accountants and real estate agents (4-separate entities) -they ALL recommended Doug and Nichole at IPX! When they assured me that the IPX team were the experts in multi-State, multi-property exchanges, Doug and Nichole did not disappoint. I have at least two more 1031 exchanges that I intend to accomplish this year. The IPX team has my business. Sleep peacefully -chose IPX1031!

Cindy and Doug were great. I had an out of state couple, who is older, with no email, limited hearing for an actual call and everything had to be done snail mail.
