Great experience. The customer service here has always been great. I've always been able to go in an speak to a customer relations staff member and have all my questions answered. The self-service kiosks are always accessible even when the branch is closed.

Despite the other reviews released in the past month, I went to this branch and had a good experience. Each employee was polite helpful and efficient. Because it is a small branch in a location that draws a lot of patrons there was a bit of a wait. It appears most of the bad experiences were associated with an employee who was dismissed.

Really really good, personal experiences with the folks at this branch and at the one on south Broad as we were closing on our condo. Renee and Brendan helped me today and were great.

Not bad for a starter location. They are opening another location on South Broad Street. Once atm machines are up around the city things would be better as the branches are in the city on opposite sides of town.

So glad this location is downtown so I don’t gave to go all the way to Villanova or 69th st. I’m a new customer to chase and so far, I love it! Thanks!!
