I love this work cafe! I come here every time I need a new place to work on my laptop and be a in different environment. Tons of work space seating, DELICIOUS coffee and treats, excellent service. The staff are so friendly! Joanne, Janet, Jack and the rest of the team go above and beyond to make sure I feel right at home.

I love this space! It's really chill and designed perfectly for working from with a laptop. There are power outlets, meeting rooms, a cafe space for light food and drinks and of course free wifi. I've been working from NY for 2 weeks and have come to this space 4 times. Highly recommend

I love this place and have been coming here Monday thru Friday since they first opened. The friendly Concierge team is here to help customers transition to work mode with complementary WIFI, delicious coffees, clean Bathrooms. The full time team is led by General manager Lou and his associates Vida, Joanne, Adem, Melissa, Jamilyn, and Racqual are like a family to me. Manager Lou manages the team very well as the place is run solid smooth every day. The space is clean with a designated sanitation person Marino who comes in daily to make the atmosphere clean and sanitary for everyone. I will continue to come here daily and hope this place stays in business for many years to come. The Cafe led by Jackson and team serves the most delicious coffees and snacks.

Was excited to try out the workspace so I could take a break from working at home. The assistants at the front were extremely friendly, but unfortunately I left rather quickly as the wifi was open network (not private) so my company would allow me to connect. Super bummed - would love to see the workspace provide private wifi in the future (or even just in certain rooms) so more of us can work here!

Super laptop friendly and the cafe is cheap! All seats have backrests, there are conference rooms, and no background music. Place is great and will definitely come again!

Great spot in Williamsburg to work! Lots of tables, outlets everywhere, conference rooms, plus a cafe. All the staff are so helpful and welcoming especially Anamaria. It’s my go to spot do get some work down.

Amazing Space! I'm launching my own business and I come to Santander very frequently. It's so awesome. I really love coming here! It gives me so much motivation for my work. Everyone is so nice and helpful! Truly is one of the best co working space experiences I've had, and I would dare to say the Staff is even better! :)

Really an Amazing space to enjoy a delicious coffee, eat some tasty croissants and do some serious work. They have an open coworking space as well as the option to reserve private offices. On top of that the Santander staff is there to make the experience better, always being friendly and warm and looking for ways to help. Very recommended!

This is a wonderful public workspace, clean and cozy. Conference rooms can also be reserved for free. The staff is super nice and accommodating and goes out of its way to make it a great experience. Oh, and the Aroma Cafe inside serves excellent food and drinks. It all makes for a very productive environment. Highly recommended!

The most pleasant employees! Santander Bank really knows how to hire. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The Work Cafe is such an added perk and their coffee is GREAT! I had the pleasure of being greeted by Anamaria Bello! She explained all the different products available to me. She was extremely helpful. Janet and Joanne are exceptional at this branch as well. Overall, an incredible experience and super impressed. Thank you Santander!

I love this place. It's a co-working space with an Aroma coffee shop inside. And it's FREE!!!!! Great facilities, private offices and also open seating desks. Amazing. I don't understand how they make this available for free. I bring my laptop and work from there 2-3 days per week. It's also a lot of fun- they do little trivia challenges once in a while where you win prizes. I've won a travel mug that I can use at the coffee shop (and get a discount) and also a portable battery. The staff is also super friendly and nice. Anamaria, Jackson, Janette, and Vida- they are all super attentive and personable. I love working from there.

Having the work cafe as a place to focus outside of my apt has been amazing! The people who work there are incredibly friendly and helpful. Johanne goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and settled in so that you can be as productive as possible during your visit. For those who are working remotely, you couldnt pick a more perfect place (they even have a cafe for your caffeine needs). Highly recommend - though I'd love to keep it as my hidden secret so it doesnt get too packed! :)

The work cafe is the best place in Williamsburg to work / WFH. Its VERY spacious and even has conference rooms available, all at no cost. The on-site cafe also provides coffee and food at reasonable prices. The employees are also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere, clean facilities, laid back vibe, awesome Aroma cafe and the staff are wonderful. The Santander Cafe in Brooklyn is wonderful space to work - completely FREE - to anyone who would like to take advantage of it. Very generously, Santander does not limit access to its customers...which is a great gesture to the entire community. The people who work here are friendly and helpful - Anamaria Bello, especially - who always makes it a point to greet everyone with a smile (which you can see even through her mask)...and her kindness. I don't live in NY, but when I am in town I like working here because I feel welcome and I enjoy the well maintained, nicely designed space, the great WiFi...and the convenience of having food and coffee right here. :)

This place has been my saving grace for a safe and comfortable coworking space - Louis, Anamaria and the entire Santander team are always so helpful and welcoming. The icing on the cake is the Aroma Cafe inside serves amazing food, affordable drinks and has the best staff too! Jackson and Stephanie make visiting feel like home. Williamsburg is lucky to have such a phenomenal spot in the neighborhood. Thanks for all that you do!

I booked a conference room online and I was doubled booked. which was a bit frustrating because I had a meeting to do but I do understand that things happen and sometime technology fail. The representative by the name Johanne Alters was so helpful she did everything to help me get a room in order for me to have a smooth and productive meeting room. I think Johanne is definitely a true asset to the company and her customer service skills are exceptional. She definitely deserve to be recognize for her great work.

Love the concept; banking, coffee and workspace. Great staff over there in Williamsburg. Anamaria, Janette, Johanne, Vida and Louis are very professional and a great asset to Santander. Santander's excellent proposal that offers a coworking space and café for people in the neighborhood to work. In addition to shared spaces, they also have rooms reserved for meetings. A business card board promotes the exchange of Contacts and services between people passing by, a super cool idea!
