Been a faithful client for over a decade. I do all my equipment loans here. The process is more organized, quicker and efficient than big banks. The faster my loan comes in, the earlier my equipment can be delivered, thus providing a smoother transition for my construction. Time saved is opportunity cost avoided. Also the application fee and/or closing cost is so much lower. Paperwork is less. Their electronic process is easier. And most importantly, better interpersonal relationships. They have minimal turnover, everyone you encounter will be the same people numerous loans down. Thumbs up to Michael and Stephen for being the foundation to a great lending company.
