I just left the “ West End “ Nashville branch where Elizabeth St Angelo was nothing short of an All Star! She helped me with an account I had forgotten to finish opening . She was on her game !! As I watched her work you could tell she knew what she was doing ! It made my day ! As I waited Paula was kind enough to get me coffee. Thanks again for awesome customer service !!!
Baila with KylaI was so excited to hear that Wilson Bank opened a location closer to downtown. This is such a lovely office. I came in last week and was warmly greeted by Andy who quickly took care of my deposit for me. I came in today and Paula was quick to help me! Elizabeth took care of my deposit and then sent me to Doug to talk about some debt consolidation. Andy even remembered my name from last week. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. I would never dream of banking with anyone other than Wilson Bank!! Keep up the good work, friends! :)
Jay MorganWilson Bank is THE BEST! I used to bank at Suntrust, and it was such a bad experience. The people mean well, but the bank is just really terrible overall. Not set up to make your life easier. Since switching I have to drive further, but that's ok, since I rarely have to go to the bank. I've got multiple personal and business accounts there, and I do everything remotely. Elizabeth St Angelo is the best banker in town to work with, hands down! After banking elsewhere you can't believe the level of service and convenience here...
