Recently got a new vehicle. Shortly after my purchase I had a rep get in touch with me. They helped me refinance my motorcycle, open a bank account, and try to get me approved for a credit card. Brantley has been a huge help. She's been there every time I needed help. She guided me thru each process and made it a delightful experience. I have been with CFCU for several years now and they just keep getting better and better. Not only do they have the best rates in town but their staff is AMAZING! Especially, Letecia Wilkerson the branch manager at 1701 21st Ave. S. I recently found myself needing to make some changes in my financial situation. I had Ms. Wilkerson's contact info from my last car loan with them and I reached out. In 1 weeks time and a lot of hand holding. I am going to save money monthly, not to mention thousands overall. Ms. Wilkerson was quick to respond and if she didn't have the answer, she would get the answer, quickly. I truly can not say enough GREAT things about her. My relationship with Cornerstone began when I purchased a car in April of 2021. Cornerstone not only financed my new car, but also took a look at my credit report and called me to discuss my high interest rate credit cards. Brantly Goss offered me an opportunity to consolidate my 11 credit cards into one very affordable payment! I now have the most wonderful working relationship with Cornerstone. She set me up with a savings account, checking account, and my new low-interest rate credit card. I am saving so much money now in interest fees! I appreciate the personal service...and flexibility. A couple of times whether bank overdrafts or needing a late minute auto loan, they have gone above and beyond to meet our needs.

Awful company to have a car loan through. They keep trying to add insurance to our auto bill even though we already have insurance through GEICO. They’re nothing but a headache, because of them they make me regret getting another vehicle. I can’t wait until we pay off our vehicle. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Look to Ally bank, usaa. They’re so much better and we’ve never had issues with them. Edit: Spoke with Kristi Pratt, one of the nicest people there, she handled everything there for us and was polite. I’ll update it to three stars. Everyone else was still rude.

Cornerstone is a nice quaint little bank but it is honestly just a bank. I like their personnel, and way of working, but they seem kind of robotic at times. I do not come to interact with an ATM.

7/01/17 (Raised my rating from 1 star) They addressed the outside deposit box right away. 4/03/2017 I found no security deposit envelopes anywhere outside. I had to place my cash deposit in a Ziploc bag and deposited in their depository. Now that's not good service at all. I am unable to come to bank during their open hours.
