My Wife and I visit this Kroger 3 or more times a month. I have had mostly pleasant visits at this location it has a Friendly staff. Fair prices store is easy to navigate. Bathroom was a tad messy one time but overall a great Kroger to shop in.

Very good upgrades made in past year. Antipasto bar very nice...excellent staff...sushi bar is actually above average...and much better than you will find at any other Kroger, the chefs really take pride in their creations and are willing to assist in your selection. There is a nice quiet dining nook to enjoybp ones selections as well. All in all still a Supermarket delicatessen , but one would be hard pressed to find better in that genre.

Most visits to this location aren't any hassle, I just don't like the way the self-checkout is set up to block everyone else's way.

Not too far from the house, and been a loyal customer for roughly 40 years! In fact, I met my best friend at this location when I was 5 years old! Been friends now for 37 years! Love the convenient location, and staff are always helpful, professional, and friendly. Was very glad when they added the gas station, some years back of course, it's probably my go to fueling station of at least 95% of the time. Big fan of K-Roger in Levy!

I was assisted today in customer Service by Renae, and I have to say she was really on top of it!! When I walked in there was a 15 person line for customer service, but I was in and out of there within 15 minutes, and to top it off, she had a big smile on her face!!! Keep up the work Renae, she needs a raise!!!!

This is my favorite store... always clean inside and out .the staff are very helpful. And the pharmacy staff are super nice. Great prices and good saving..you don't have to go looking for help the mangers and staff are always walking around being helpful...

Wasnt feeling good today but had to go get some groceries...started feeling weak and dizzy...the cashier Mrs. Barbara was extremely helpful she got me a Chair to sit on and some water...when i was feeling better she made sure someone walked me to my car ....So thank you Mrs Barbara ...good and caring workers are hard ro find.

The cake decorator here is the best! I havr never seen her put out anything that isn't absolutely professional. The fresh breads are always delicious and, my gosh, the cookies.

The lady at the services desk was very nice . Even tho she seem to be have a bad day. When o was leaving she was talking to another lady that worked there and she was crying . I felt sorry for her. God be with that nice lady you know who she was. God bless

Its a Kroger...all of our favorite products. However, the money center in the front of the store was ridiculously crowded and slow. I stood in line over 32 mins to pick up a Western Union money transfer. I watched two upper management employees look at that line and never came to help the lady behind the counter. One huge guy even told her he was on his way to lunch. I felt bad for her.

Small, but usually ok. Only go to this one out of convenience. Not bad, just doesn't have as many quality options as other stores. But the area isn't a rich area so not as many people looking for it at this store.

I use this Kroger on Camp Robinson and also the Walmart on McCain. As far as the deli goes I have waited in line at the deli in Walmart for 15 to 20 minutes waiting to be served. But never more than a few minutes at Kroger's.

Not the best but is the closest. I use a walker and the bagger after bagging my groceries asked if I wanted a cart. I told him I couldn't push a walker and a cart only than did he say "oh do you need help" . I wish I had gotten his name cause the more I think about it the madder I got. That should have been his first question. I just grabbed my groceries and put them on my Walker and left.

Typical Kroger grocery store. Seems a bit smaller than other Kroger's in the area. It does have a Kroger fuel station out front though. Not my first Kroger store choice but it works.
