Every time I go to this branch at lake mead/teneya, I am welcomed with a cheerful representative. These financial people always set the mood for a positive experience. They are knowledgeable and put forth a solutions mentality. Specifically, loan officer, Stephanie has been of tremendous assistance to me. She tirelessly corrects any errors or problems I encounter with my different accounts. Also, Lanny assistive in management has helped me understand and be proactive with my credit . My wife and I have our separate accounts with MACU. Since being a member for several years, we can not say enough about the great customer service we receive every visit. This is the best credit union we have ever belonged to and will continue to support them. On the other hand my wife is disappointed that they don’t do shared branching any more, even if being a member. We do transactions between Guam, St. Louis and here in Las Vegas, now she had to find a shared branch credit union, and she did, but is not happy with them. Hopefully you rethink your decision and bring back shared branch services.

I recently had my account hacked of course very concerned like anyone would be. The great feature on the mobile app is you can disable your accounts which I did. Then I went to my branch to get a new debit card and meet with Alyse Jester. She is amazing. I told her my concerns about using my debit to pay online and to pay my bills with. She then told me about debit express which is like a prepaid card that I can transfer money into. I love it plus I just disable it after I make purchases. Alyse knows her stuff and Mountain America should be proud to have her. Again Thank you Alyse Jester for making a bad situation a positive one. Please make sure you tell her thank you again. This is the best bank I have ever been with. I always heard "credit unions are a for the people bank" and I had one in the past and it wasn't much different from the corporate banks I've had. The service is above and beyond what I'm used to when it comes to banks. Every single encounter I have with MACU has always been Amazing. No I do not work for the Bank. No I am not promoting. I am just in love with the service. They are personable. They genuinely care. They even give you financial tips. I will reccomend this bank to every single person I know. Literallly the best bank around! We stumbled across this bank years ago when they financed our RV and have gradually moved our personal and business relationships over. Everyone we have encountered both at the branch and on the phone have been incredibly helpful and kind. It is such a breath of fresh air after decades of enduring big banking where you’re just a number. I have to say Kerrye Jackson is an absolute rockstar! The second we met her I looked at my husband and said “we bank here now.” She is the Einstein of banking/finance and a firecracker all rolled into one. We look forward to the opening of their new location on the south side of town so we can access their services more frequently and hopefully see Kerrye more often!

I've been banking with MACU for almost 3 years now. Originally opened my account in Utah. I have absolutely no complaints with them so far. Customer service is always so nice and so helpful. Recently had some fraud hit my account when someone tried to make an online purchase with my debit card. MACU customer service was on top of it right away and literally had it removed and handled within 24 hours. I've been banking with this branch for approximately a year and half now and absolutely love this branch. Just like their customer service everyone at this branch is extremely nice and extremely helpful. Especially loan adviser Desiree. She helped me get a helping hand loan (bad credit loan) which CS originally had advised me to look into. I know there's not one other bank that would approve this kind of loan. Desiree has remembered me every time I've gone into branch from day one and is always so nice and so helpful. I would recommend MACU to anyone and everyone. 5 star rating all around period. My only complaint if I absolutely to say one would be lack of locations in Las Vegas. However I would continue to use this location even if they opened more locations all because of Desiree. 5 star service all around highly recommended!!!

I love the people that work at this bank and the fact that they get to know you personally! The inky thing i would suggest fixing is that i applied for a loan over a month and a half ago and have not heard anything back from them. I called the lady that has been helping me and emailing her and more then not i do not get an answer or a call back. Even if it was to just tell me i dont qualify or i need a co-signer or what it is that i need to do. It's very frustrating when your teeing to get a car you find the car you want and it's give because you can't get any one to call you back to let toy know what's going on. So then i find a cosigner and i emailed her to let her know and still have not heard back. It would be nice to know that even if your trying to get approved for a loan that they would be there like they are when you go into the store to be as personable when your not in the store. Also it says that their lobby is open on Saturdays and i even called to double check and was told that they are and when you google them it says their lobby is open 9 to 2 and their drive through its open 9 to 2 but when you show up it says it's closed. If it's going to be closed they need to update their hours on the web and also let the rest of the staff know their not open. I have never applied for a loan that has taken this long to approve.
