Amin DatosiSo I am banking with HawaiiUSA for several years now ( same branch) and I would say they have amazing staff like Molly who take care of customer and she goes extra mile to make customer happy, but over years I ran into two of their staff that they don’t even want to provide ordinary service. But overall I still would bank with them as long as they have people like Molly and couple other people. Just an advice to hiring team please think twice before you hire some of people that don’t even want to do the job.
Steven BIt’s a great bank with awesome benefits but knowledgeable customer service would be a big plus especially during COVID-19. Asked a lot of COVID-19 questions based on their products but it was hard to get a straight answer in the gecko. I understand that a lot is changing in our every day lives. Please and try to customize your protocols to something more convenient for everybody’s situation.

She also works super hard to help those who need it. I cannot say enough good things about her.
