I have been with this credit union since 2013 and I want to say it's the best. I have seen these people help me and guide me to a better financial management way of life. I can say that the staff is very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The leaders are amazing and they will help you as much as they can. Looking for a bank this is it. Great programs and ways to help you with your financial needs.

Been a member for 20 plus years. Staff is professional and friendly. I do 99% of my banking online with the many tools they offer. I do try to avoid going to the bank due to the restrictions in place and wait times. I contact the bank using the text feature they offer and someone always gets back to me in a timely manner. Also the no credit check loans offered are a god send..

I love this credit union, always friendly smiles when you walk in. I must say that I am a creature of habit so I like that when I have to do banking business I am able to go to the same person when I need to and because of that she, Kabita is very willing to assist you with anything she is able to while being able to be personal with you and your business not just a member. That isn't to say I get any less of good service from the other staff in there because I've never been dissatisfied with their service.

I love this credit union never have I ever had things happen so easily concerning loans and credit cards... they make it so you to can also experience getting the real help that you need. They also help with credit scores which is very important to me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The one and only problem that I do have is when it comes to answering the phone sometimes I have a question or need to know something before I go all the way there and they never answer. Hopefully that will change but other than that I’m happy with my banking experience here

We have been members of Franklin Trust for over 15 years now. They truly are working in the best interests of us, the account holders. All the services of a major bank are here, but we aren't made to feel like just a number. Plus, I am able to be approved for car loans even though my credit rating is currently terrible. Yay! Credit Unions ROCK!

This is a reel credit union unlike the other the other credit unions who only hold the title (credit union) my credit is now finally going up , this is the is where i got my first car loan holiday loan and credit card loan . i was a member at a credit union called seasons for 4 years and they never helped me or assisted me with building my credit , basically i was on my own . franklin trust lives up to their name (Trust) they will give you a chance and trust your loyalty as you continue to make your payments through direct deposits and they also help you budget your funds . lots of help and solid advice. My first reel credit union.

Great customer service and loan rates. Sometimes a minor problem, but usually easily rectified. My special thanks to Jessica Sposito...I've been in some pretty dire straits lately, and she has been invaluable in helping me find solutions and fighting for me in some pretty tight circumstances.

I have been a member of ftfcu for 18 years. I am a state employee but would rather do my business at franklin trust instead of the ct state employee credit union because they see me as a person instead of just a number. They will help you when you when no one else will. I have recommended other coworkers who are also happy with ftfcu. Yes they might be busy via lobby or phone but that is because they are growing and no other bank will service you the way the they will. They are there for the people. I would like you to tell me what other bank does what they do. You won't find one!!!

I've been a member for 4 or 5 years..The credit union has helped me tremendously..First I asked for a loan to refinance my car.. I had retired and car payment was very high...if credit union hadn't refinance my car I would have lost it...They refinanced it and payments were affordable...

Great services and friendly staff. The only problem is that they NEVER answer the phone. I moved out of state which makes this even more frustrating. I know they now opened a corporate office across the street which should help, but it has not. You guys are awesome, but you have to do better with the phones.

Been anking here for 4 years and haven't had any complaint, staff is wonderful, the hours should be a little more convenient for people...like closing at 6pm the days that the bank closes at 4:30 overall love love banking here :-)

Bank services are ok but not being able to make deposits after hours is terrible having to wait until the bank opens on certain days to make deposits is very inconvenient ATM access every we’re but can’t make ATM deposits like Normal banks do
