They greet you by name every time you walk in the door and always go above and beyond to provide great customer service. Most recently, my interactions with Katelyn A have been phenomenal. She has creative solutions for complex requests, is quick to respond, and is incredibly kind. Even with the growth that they have had, Vision continues to provide excellent service with that small-town feel. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

VISIONBank came through for us! The Red River Children's Advocacy Center, like so many of our fellow non-profits and small businesses, applied for the Paycheck Protection Program! VISIONBank was incredibly responsive and their service was the very best it could be. In fact, we wrote an email to Dan Carey on Sunday evening, hoping for a call back on Monday, only to receive a personal phone call that Sunday evening! He assured us that our application would be reviewed and if appropriate, submitted as soon as possible. We were thrilled and it was all true! They worked very hard to perform for the Center, submitting our application and securing stimulus funds on our behalf. We are thankful for their partnership and guidance. Thank you, VISIONBank!

I really enjoy their mobile app. It’s very easy to navigate through and easy to set up the options for bill pay. Extremely friendly team, willing to help with any questions you may have and they always strive to know every client on a personal level. They make it a point to not only take care of their clients but build lasting relationships with them. I am constantly in awe at the customer service Vison provides me. I have used them for personal, business and estate accounts - all serviced with the best of the best. The moment you walk through the door, you realize you are in a bank that prioritizes their clients. The community events they hold are always great too. I am not a huge customer or the richest guy in town - but the way I am treated, you'd think I had $10 in their vault! Their mobile app is great, when a department store allowed their security to be breached and my cards all needed to be reset and replaced - Vision handled it all. Quickly, securely and discreetly. As a customer of Vision Bank, both professionally and personally, I have had excellent customer service over the past decade. Vision bank is the place where you want to go because of their fantastic service. I applied for a PPP loan from another bank and it got lost in the shuffle and no one could tell me anything about it. I brought my paper over to vision bank and had my loan in hand within a week! I also refinance my home with vision plus I got a car loan from them. I've been banking here for the last 8 years. I believe they have excellent customer service and a wonderful IT department. They are always pleasant and they have a dog that walks around their bank. I mean, what's cooler than that? Unless you're allergic to dogs. Even so, you could just use the drive up teller instead, or pre-treat with an OTC allergy medication before your visit. They also usually wear costumes for Halloween, which are generally quite creative. They strive for the best performance and service to their customers. They are real go-getters. Wouldn't bank anywhere else in the FM area.
