After completing OnDeck’s basic loan online application, I received a phone call from Jose, basically explaining how OnDeck’s process works and that he was going to be my Loan Advisor for our requested short term loan. His email contained basically six different options/ offers with their standard and premium programs. He explained all the programs thoroughly and expressed the pros and cons of each insightfully, while also providing examples of them as well. This was an excellent suggestion, where we would have readily available funds, but incurring no additional debt. Jose was able to get our targeted loan of $150,000, but was also able to establish a credit line for $100,000.
