Went to this branch today for an issue with fraud, had an associate Wendy Phillips take care of us, and she was honestly amazing. She was patient with us, worked on our behalf, and really made a difference in getting our issue resolved. All while being the acting manager for the branch. Promote that woman!

The system is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The entire Bank of America cashier check system has been down for two days. I called just now to see if it is back up. it wasn't. But Renee would not let me get off the phone until she worked out another possible solution by using money orders from Walmart. The folks at this bank are real human beings who do their best while working for a big, monolithic national banking giant. I am not crazy about the bank, but the individual people who work at this branch are great. Thanks guys!

Went in to change my name on my accounts - was assisted promptly with superb service. I have no hesitation in using this branch again for all of my BoA banking needs.
