I have banked with Allsouth since I was 17 years old, (6 years in total) they were amazing and always helped with any issues I had with my account. I recently had to change banks purely because I had moved too far from any of their physical branches, I would highly recommend to anyone in the midlands to bank with Allsouth.

I like AllSouth but dont ever try to call them. Its all automated and noone ever picks up the phone. I tried 2 times today and was holding for over 30 minutes before giving up. I can't find a way to message them either, other than waiting 2-3 days for a reply. If you're going to communicate with them, you have to go old school and drive to a branch. Come on AllSouth, the future is here...Join us.

The address says Elmwood Dr. But it took some driving to find it. MP to this place needs Updating Bad. From downtown take Bull toward Elmwood. At Laurel St. turn left. Go to Gadston St Turn right. Bank is on left before light at Elmwood. Too easy this way. I hope this helps next visitor.

My husband financed a used vehicle through the dealership with Allsouth and got the best rate he’s ever gotten! We decided to look at trading my vehicle for something upgraded and we were able to get preapproval which made our hunt so much easier. When we landed on a beautiful used Lexus, Jake Carr was happy to tell us that he could offer an better rate than expected and got terms that worked better than my current loan! Jake was awesome and made this process smooth! He’s friendly, communicates timely and has excellent customer service! So glad to work with a local bank and get better terms and service!

I have been with allsouth fcu since my teenage years . Started with a savings account now im 39 and allsouth really showed out when it comes to financing and borrowing they really will do any and everything to help those that are trying to help them selves. Im not sure what branch Trinity Jackson works at but she's the best customer service rep. Very helpful and fast...somebody give that girl a raise. Best banking experience! Better than Safe fed. Or Mid Carolina.

Recently purchased a vehicle and the dealership financed through Allsouth. This would be my first experience with the company and wanted to make sure it would be easy to set up online payments. They assured me they were easy to deal with, online banking would be a "breeze" etc etc My own fault for believing the finance manager at Herndon but either way, it's 2018, I assumed at this point everyone is on the online banking band wagon. I've had nothing but issues setting the account up. I was initially denied "membership" and had to call and get that fixed. I was informed it would be 45 days before my first payment, not true, I had to go into the branch and fill out some form to be "considered" for a due date change. Again...2018 why do I have to take my lunch break to go fill out a paper form in person for something this simple? Very clunky, archaic web interface. Moral of the story- I cannot pay my loan online because I am not a checking account member but they can send me the paperwork in the mail for me to fill out AND BRING IN to get set up for them to request the money from my regular bank each month. On a positive note, the girls at the counter in the Lexington branch were super helpful, nice and even called me to follow up to make sure my issues were resolved.

Great place to bank. Never had a problem. I’ve seen a few people complain about atm fees when using another bank’s atm, but all of that is clearly laid out in the fee schedule on the Allsouth website. I’ve banked with a few credit unions in the past and this is one of the better ones. I have no intentions of using a bank anytime soon. My only complaint would be that the debit card looks like it was designed by a 7 year old.
