This review is for Stephanie Jamaica, Relationship Banker. I just moved to Logan Square from California and needed to set myself up with a local credit union. Google told me that CU1 was great with 5/5 stars and boy were they right! Stephanie has been giving nothing but white glove service. I feel like I’m Beyoncé she’s so attentive!! CU1 is blessed to have her and so am I!

Nieves answered me and my mom’s question very clear. She also even showed my mom how much interest she would gain with certain amounts. She was also very honest what will hurt me and my credit and also what i can do to get a better deal for my auto loan. She was very patient and gave us some tips.

Sarai always checks in to see how things are and Chloe is a rock star as she literally fields new inquiries upon my stops to CU1. Sorry Notre Federal Credit Union, you are not truly affiliated with the University of Notre Dame and you are still in the stone age. TCU, you are too big to care.

Went in to get a few cashiers checks prepared. While waiting in line for a teller, the drive through teller stepped forth and offered assistance which we gladly accepted. The branch was rather busy. The teller was very hospitable and courteous. Since we had six checks to be prepared we were there for a good while and while we waited our observation was that every employee of the branch was super hospitable and courteous towards everyone they helped lending to a very friendly and congenial environment. I have spent over 30-years managing service industries and know what it takes to develop a true service culture. The management of CU1 certainly understands the importance of nurturing a service culture and we will be going back over and again to this branch. Keep up the wonderful work!

I started an account recently with Credit Union One after having a lot of bad experiences banking and not only are they a breeze to deal with, they are very on the ball with my finances. I had trouble logging in on their website, I called their # and I instantly got through to their web expert who let me in to my account. I had to make a bunch of transfers from a green dot card I had been forced to use due to my not having a proper bank account and got a friendly call from someone at the bank asking why I was transferring from green dot. And just the other day, I accidentally put in the wrong zip code at a restaraunt and instantly I got an automated message asking if I had made the purchase. It feels good that they are looking out for me as well as being easy to deal with
