We have worked with Vermont Federal Credit union several times now and would not bank with anyone else. They are incredible. Justin Sawyer was very responsive and made our entire experience so much less stressful. I trusted he was taking care of everything and he did not disappoint, even when problems arose- he made sure we were able to close on our property on time. We have also worked with Jenn & Sam at the St. Albans branch with again- convenience, clarity, and ease. The quality of service that Vermont Federal Credit Union provides to their customers is exceptional, can’t be beat!

Thank you Brad Vaughn for your: impeccable service, promt replies, knowledge of processes and procedures, and willingness to take time to help me resolve my banking challenges while i am so far from home! Traveling in foreign countries has its own stresses and challenges never mind temporarily losing access to my funds! But that challenge and my anxiety were quickly removed due to Brad Vaughn's: kind, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance! I look forward to my visits to my credit union. Brad as well as all the staff are extraordinarily friendly. There is always a smile and a casual conversation tobe had . This is what small town banking is supposed to be like. I will go to my bank to deposit a check that I could do online because I enjoy the experience there. I have been a member since birth and that was 58 years ago ( according to my parents anyway)

Justin at the Kennedy Dr. building was on top of everything right from the get go. He kept me up to date at every turn, whether it was following up for paperwork, or letting me know what the next step was, he was on it! Awesome customer service from start to finish, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

As a new account owner - I've been BLOWN AWAY by the effort, attentiveness and effectiveness of this credit union. Charlie Manahan and Jane Charland were *incredible* in helping me process all financial details to receive my Tesla the day of pick up. They went absolutely above and beyond DAY OF to get all of the necessary document and legalities straightened away with the dealer so I would have no issues... going so far as to expedite any additional forms within hours of us arriving. I couldn't have been happier. Additionally, when I called to ask questions about my new account and it's details, I was incredibly well taken care of. I spoke to a REAL person who was informative, helpful and didn't make me feel like my inquiries were silly. 10/10... cannot rave about them more.

VT Federal Credit Union is the best bank I’ve ever used. They work to make sure your personal needs and goals are met and they are patient beyond belief. After just a year of working with them I was able to completely restore my credit score. Also, the very little fraud I have had on my account over the past 10 years has been dealt with in a timely manner and I’m never out any money. Definitely a bank worth trying out. Lori from customer service absolutely made my day yesterday with her kind and thoughtful feedback, and the loan officer at the St. Albans office is a saint and her professionalism and her patience won’t be forgotten. Overall great team
