I'm starting to get nervous about having my accounts here- there seems to be so many issues. I've been a member since 2013. This past year, I've had so many issues with fraud not being caught on my credit card since they switched to a new company. Then, my card has been shut down 3 times for my own purchases which were very common purchases for me. I've had 3 replacement cards since the new card processor has taken over and one of them I waited over a month for before the branch finally sent it themselves since their other company wasn't processing anything. Right now, my auto loan with them is glitching (I spoke with member services, they said it's a known issue they are working on). I've just never had so many issues. I've started moving my accounts over to another financial institution, a bank, (I can't believe I'm going to a bank) because I can't trust my funds in their system any longer. They don't have competitive investment rates, but I have always stayed for the member service. They are really wonderful people, but I am talking to them weekly at this point. It's just not worth it anymore.

I have been with NCFCU for well over 6+ years. They hold many of our accounts from checking, auto loan, credit card and other loans. We have had the best experience and a lot of ease working with everyone from customer service to loan dept at the Swift St. location. I highly recommend them to friends and family. I truly enjoy that they are a local bank with their customers best interest at hand.

Just posting a review because I am surprised to see the negative comments here, which I think need balancing. My family and I have been NCFCU customers forever (25+ years). We have credit cards, checking, and savings through them. They got my kids started with bank accounts in their early years, and handled the accounts for our recent exchange student. They have always been happy to handle the complexities that arise in life (and to take loose change - free machine - notarize documents, etc), and the people at the Swift Street branch (the one I use) are always pleasant and helpful. Maybe it's just the case that unhappy people are more likely to post reviews...

They helped us out when no one else would. I cannot complain yet about any of the customer service I have received here. Sarah W. from the Loan Dept has been especially patient with me trying to buy an RV. If you need a loan call and ask for her. She will get ‘er done. Thanks Sarah and NCFCU.
