No financial institution in the Spokane area exchanges Canadian coins anymore. Businesses don't take Canadian coins. A road trip to Canada wasn't worth it. Canadian coin exchange is great because they gave me a way to turn my Canadian coins into cash. I would highly recommend them. Check their website for what coins they exchange.

I have collected US Coins for almost 50 years and during that time amassed quite a bit of Canadian coinage. Living a thousand miles from Canada I had no idea what I would do with the coins. I called and hung up when I noticed the business was out-of-state but someone called back and assured me exchange would work. I had about $50. Canadian quarters and mailed it in the postal box that is set price. Soon I got back $30. which i am very happy with bc the quarters were useless to me bc banks WON'T exchange coin. While cleaning out the house, I found a bunch of Canadian change and checked the web to see what I could do with them knowing that banks do not take foreign change. HYPoint came up and I must admit I was a bit skeptical about them, but since I had a small amount (roughly CAN$5), I thought I'd take a chance. Well, HYPoint was extremely easy to use and very professional. I filled out a simple, brief form from their website, mailed it in, shortly thereafter received an e-mail response and quickly received a check in the mail. I would highly recommend them. There's no point in having change laying around that could be put back into circulation and you get some money back for your effort. Win win situation, I'd say.

Look, I get that it takes a fair degree of trust to send a bag of coins to someone you don't even know. I'm here to tell you that it works. I found out about HYPoint from a friend. I had 40 years worth of pocket change from annual trips to Canada. My bank wanted nothing to do with them. I had all but given up. I followed Jim's instructions and shipped the coins to him. Within days, I had received a VERY detailed accounting of all I had sent, down to the weight of each denomination of coin. Who knew that 140 Canadian nickles weighed 1.42 pounds. A week or so later the check came in the mail. Everything happened as it was supposed to happen. Jim obviously takes his business seriously and I'm glad I found him.

I had a coin collection route for a short time and the banks would not take Canadian coins this was the best alternative to getting rid of them I called local dealers and they were very unfair with their rates. This worked out for me. Just follow the directions to send priority mail and you will get paid.

My husband and I recently traveled from Florida on I-95 heading back to Vermont. Unfortunately, we had a piece of medal lodged inside a tire. We pulled off into a small rural town in Georgia where we found Harold’s New & USED Tires. Harold, at the time, was extremely busy as evidenced by the line of folks lined up outside his small garage waiting to be serviced. After some time, Harold came out to inspect the tire and told us he would look at it upon closer inspection in the garage. Before we knew it, Harold plugged the hole and we back on I-95 on our journey. Harold was so friendly, funny and laid back during the entire process, despite the many customers waiting. Hats off to Harold for an exemplary job and creating an atmosphere that was pleasant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
