Amanda RohrerOur client referred us to the credit union because we were looking for a new bank. Lynn helped us the first time we went in and she was extremely helpful and took time to explain some things to us when we weren't even customers yet. Jade helped me when I opened the accounts and she made the process quick and easy. She was patient when my kids would grab my attention. I really appreciate the welcoming environment this branch has. I highly recommend them!
Fran GurneyI have more than one account. I got a printout of activity for the last 2 weeks for all of them. I just asked for balances of all accounts. I didn't understand it in the first printout. The young lady asked if I would like the transactions in each account shown for the last week. I was given the last week for each. She was very nice and explained what each account was doing. I just forgotvI wS having money transferred for the car I just bought through you. I didn't get her name, but she was easy to work with and very conscientious making sure I had everything I needed.

I can sometimes not be the best at communicating, but she took control of the situation and helped me so that my issue was completely taken care of before I left the branch location. When my husband passed away, Jade was so caring and helpful getting our accounts settled. I know she stayed late one day to accommodate me. Lynn was great at helping me set up the right accounts for me. Refinancing my home was easy with the help of Kaitlin and Jessica.
