I apologize for not remember the name of the branch manager at the Greenbelt branch so that I could make sure that she is credited with the following review. I went to that branch on Friday, October 28th between 330p and 440p. I couldn't complete a transaction online and came to the branch seeking assistance. This young woman's customer service was excellent. Professional at a level one seldom sees no matter in which zip code you are conducting business. I regard efficiency, patience and kindness-- (something that is often imitated but something that is seldom successfully faked) to be the pillars of excellent customer service. This young woman stands tall and steady on this foundation of superior customer engagement

The staff from the manager to Mr Burris and Mrs Boss are were very professional, knowledgeable and most of all, were able to get me the car at the best rate possible taking their time making sure all went well. They did a terrific superb job.

Recently I had a problem that I did not think could be solved, and two wonderful people at the Greenbelt Esfcu handled it. Mr Darrell Burrris and his co-worker, Nichol (unfortunately I did not get her last name) did the research and solved it for me. It pains me to do this to my credit union, but I feel this is the only way for my voice to be heard. I understand and accept all the policies that are in place. Today the ball was in your court. No other person banks at your institution with my name. I can more than gladly add more info and improve this review, if and when you do right by me. Fix the issues with my deposit and meet the outlined expectations for it's hold time.

The service was awesome. I went to have my car loan refinance and through out the whole process, their staff , most especially Mr. Schroth, was so helpful. He guided me on what to do to have my loan approved. I was able to get a much lower APR as compared with the previous financing company which gave me a horrendous interest. Thus, I would be able to save a couple hundreds just from paying an interest. I highly recommend this branch. Thanks to you!

To whom it may concern:
I would like to bring to your attention the excellent customer service I received recently from two of the employees , Ms. Tadosha Brooks and Mr. Sean Collins, at the Greenbelt office. Recently, I visited there for a routine transaction. While there, Mr. Collins took the initiative to inform me that I had an old VISA card, one that was issued years ago. Mr. Collins stated that a new VISA card might provide we with a reduced interest rate if I qualified. I told him was interested. Mr. Collins took my information and started the process. Afterwards, Mr. Collins informed me that Ms. Brooks would be contacting me on the following day with a result. As promised, Ms. Brooks contacted me with the good news that my application had been approved and that my new VISA card would be arriving soon. I have been a loyal member of this credit union since 1985 and I have always enjoyed great service from the employees. However, the efforts of Ms. Brooks and Mr. Collins deserve special recognition. These employees and others like them are the reason why I continue to be a loyal member.

Met with Senior Represenative Tadosha Brooks at the Greenbelt branch regarding an auto loan. Before the close of business that same day, she called to confirm my loan approval and that I would receive their lowest rate. She was able to answer all my questions and able to cut me a check for my auto loan as soon as I requested it. I plan to pay this loan off fast but happy to have an easy transaction with Ms. Brooks. I have been a member ESFCU for over 20 years and all my loans for mortgages and cars have gone through them. Their rates are very competitive and I always have got excellent service. Much better than a regular bank. If you're a school system employee, it's a great way to go.

I was going to do online banking when I saw the average reviews for this bank was 2.1. I've been with this bank for 20 years. It had growing pains meaning the lines were often long. After the change in name, more growing pains. But there has been only 1 employee I thought was not competent to handle others money. I give it 4 stars.
