Groundfloor has been a wonderful addition to my portfolio! It has weathered downturns in the market and continued to post 10%+ returns consistently. I love the low minimums to invest as well as all the different investment options they offer. Diversification is easy to attain with the low minimums.
This is a great way to invest for those beginners in real estate and experienced investors alike.
I will continue invest in this platform!

Want to flip houses without touching a hammer? Groundfloor is your chance to GET IN THE GAME. Every week or so there's a new batch of loans to pick and choose from to suit your investing style. You can start with as little as $10... although, I'd recommend more if you really want to move your financial needle forward. Every well-diversified portfolio needs real estate and this is the easiest and best way to check that box. Why are you still reading this? Go open an account today!

Im in the flipping houses business and I have being using friends and family, as well my own capital to finance my real estate projects for years now.
This was my first time using hard lender money, at the beginning I was skeptical but all of ground floor representatives helped me to go through the process and made this experience one of the best ones to me, one of its kind.
Ease processes, Fast funding, Transparent, Very detailed, I couldn’t ask for more.
Thank you Ground Floor.

Groundfloor has been an innovator in real estate lending from the beginning. They make it easy to invest and automatically reinvest in real estate loans at a monetary level that is right for you and with great returns. They are unique in their ability to let people of all levels of wealth participate in their loan platform. Check it out!

Groundfloor is groundbreaking! This company checks every box as it seeks to disrupt the old boy system of keeping investments in real estate to accredited or connected investors only. As both someone who has successfully invested in groundfloor loans and an actual investor in the company i cant say enough about the tremendous future of this company.

Full disclaimer - I've worked here since 2016.
Over the last 5 years, I've personally seen an aggregate return of 8.6%, year over year. I diversify pretty heavily across the entire product, just as I do with any investment vehicle.
Never have I worked somewhere that does as much as GROUNDFLOOR does to drive the best results for customers. My portfolio has seen its share of ups and downs but so have _all_ of my investment portfolios. When you invest, in anything, there is a risk and a reward.

I've been investing with GroundFloor since May of 2018 and I love the platform. I've been getting way better returns than any savings account and it's a great way to diversify away from the overpriced stock market. They have great customer service and they make investing easy and accessible. I highly recommend using GroundFloor.

I have been investing with GroundFloor for a few years now, I have grown my portfolio with them and seen some nice returns. Not every loan has been repaid but when a default or issue arises GroundFloor is pretty good about communication the issue with the investor and keeping them informed. I know they have been working hard to grow their loan offerings and I have seen an increase of LROs become available recently. This is an interesting platform that allows investors to diversify their holdings instead of just buying stocks and bonds.
