Exceptional service. Opened a bank account and got a vehicle loan with minimal difficulty - and some AWESOME customer service. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. And it did! A special thanks to Olivia for all of her help and effort.

Seven months ago after very unsatisfactory service at the largest local bank I opened a checking account with First Bank. This has proven to be the best banking decision I have ever made and have had accounts all over the country. The staff is exceptionally professional and caring: if they dont know the answer for a specific issue, they do the research, find the answer and communicate it timely. Whether you are a new resident or just looking to make a change you will be happy you chose First Bank.
