Patrick D. BakerI’ve had an account there for roughly 15 years & its definitely not the old People’s Bank. Customer service is lacking. Someone keeps making wrong deposits into my account & it takes more than 2 calls to rectify the problem. The only reason I keep an account there is because I have a monthly government deposit with autopay withdrawals & it’s inconvenient to change over to another bank. They are quick to take that monthly fee that conveniently got added when they raised the monthly minimum balance but took 2 months to get back to me about a false check charge.
They’ve gone downhill and it shows. Good thing I only have to go in maybe 2 or 3 times a year.

Marc SollerBest banking experience I have ever had in 50 years of banking. They go out of their way to help you with whatever banking you need done. For example, we needed to sign some documents for the bank, so one of the bank employees came to our office with the documents so we didn't have to go to the bank!! The fresh-baked cookies are nice too. They all seem to know me by name on sight, even on my second visit there. It's always a pleasure doing business there.
