I have used Enterprise Bank & Trust since my dad passed away in 2020. My elderly mom asked me to join her on her bank accounts to help her with her banking needs. Since then I can say the customer service at Enterprise Bank & Trust in Albuquerque has been outstanding. Each day I walk in all the bank personnel know my name and ask me how my mom (by name) is feeling. They will call us and ask us if we need more checks or check registers. They always truly make me feel like family instead of a just the owner of a bank account. In today's times that is virtually non-existent. If you want to do business with a bank that appreciates customer service then I highly recommend Enterprise Bank & Trust.

First off, Banking with Enterprise Bank and Trust has been one of the best bank experiences I have had. They are very quick and know what they are doing. I have never had to wait long to be helped, and can wait in and chat with the people here. Specifically Jon has been very helpful every time, kind, and personable, he always gets what I need done. Cody as well who helped with Credit Cards and is always friendly when I come in. One of the few banks left that you can walk in, does not disappoint, and the Employees put effort in to their work and try to get to know you and make sure you are doing well. Aurum

Ive been dealing with Enterprise for quite some time. I must say that I have never had a bad experience with them. Cody Trujillo in particular has been a life saver for me. She passed in May and Jon Pena (Christy and Cody too) have been so helpful as my sister and I negotiate all the payments and donations she had coming out of her account automatically and setting up the Estate Account. The only thing I have trouble with at Enterprise is the website. My password never seems to work and I get locked out. My mother had the same problem when she was living.

I felt there was a chance that I had inadvertently given too much account information in response to a fraud perpetrator. Mrs Nohemi P. Solano-Martinez guided me through the very stressful process of managing automated debits and deposits in the Enterprise Bank while safely moving the transactions to a new bank out-of-area. My parents recently passed away and I found out they had an account with Enterprise. Actually, their account was with a small bank in Missouri that was bought out by Enterprise. It was unclear if we were listed as beneficiaries on the account...this was due to the previous bank. (This is a pretty big deal. A direct beneficiary means you get to avoid probate, which is a different headache.) The team at the Albuquerque Enterprise Bank location went above and beyond. Cody, Christy, and Kathryn are AMAZING. They dug through the files of the old bank and worked with legal to find that we are beneficiaries, and to make sure that everything was above board and legal. This was a LOT of work on their part, and I know it wasn't easy. I'm very grateful that they took the time to make sure it was done correctly and got the money transferred with ease. They're also great for everyday checking. I keep an account with them, and the website is a breeze. It's a great bank! You'll be happy you work with them.

I have banked here for almost 20 years. The staff at the branch offices has been great. However, the quality of the bank and its internal policies has declined severely. The merger has not been an improvement, quite the opposite in fact. LANB has lost their small town, helpful feel and to me, seems only a step better than Wells Fargo or Bank of America at this point. Sad days.

I have been banking there for the last 16 years, and I would recommend them as an outstanding community asset, and great intelligent service, and there is no bank like them in this world. Actually, most of the local banks are amazing, and maybe because the community of people surrounding the bank are wonderful too!
