The bagels are the best I've ever had! The service could have been a lot better. While I'm trying to complete my order, the person helping me started having a conversation with a customer behind me in Spanish I found that to be very rude. To make this even more frustrating my order was wrong, I had ordered 2 Buffalo chicken wraps, there wasn't any sauce added they wraps were so dry.

I've been going here since they opened and their bagels are AMAZING! So delicious and fresh. There is always a line but it tends to go quick. The staff are super friendly too! Highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

My family and I have gone to Highbridge Bagel Factory for over 10 years - as a treat on Sundays and now due to changes in my schedule I am able to treat my self sometimes during the week. Yummy and fresh bagels / sandwiches friendly staff.

Truly believe this is the best bagel in the area. Stuffed with cream cheese as it should. Breakfast sandwiches can be hit or miss but these are the bagels to get.

This is actually the only place I've been going for fresh bagels. Along with that they have great coffee hot or cold and 10 different freshly made cream cheese. They do get busy but the workers move the line quickly and efficiently.

Great freaking bagels!!! The reason I dropped a star is cause its weird that I get charged a different price for the same items day in and day out. Also unusual that we have to specifically say to melt the cheese on the breakfast sandwich. Cold cheese on a bacon egg and cheese is some kind of special cruelty which I wouldnt even reserve for my ex.

Their bagels, mini bagels and flagels are very fresh and they have a large assortment of cream cheese flavors. Expect a long line weekend mornings but it does move fast.

We have a family of bagel snobs. We recently moved to Yonkers and our regular bagel place was just that much further now so we tried Highridge...and so happy we did. These are great great great bagels.

Their bagels and breakfast sandwiches are the best in the area.I go almost every morning when I'm at work.The only complaint I have is when you ask for butter on the bagels-- for some strange reason they always forget.

True deli! Lox, breakfast sandwiches and homemade bagles. Everything is fresh and tasty. Lines are long but move fast.... lots of people love this place. Definitely worth a try!
