So glad to have finally made it! Customer service and cleanliness of the store are definitely 5 star. The employee was super sweet explaining the process and options since it was my first time. I even asked about the base of a cookie and multiple employees were able to easily answer. Personally, they were good cookies but just not my favorite cookies ever. I tried the milk chocolate and pecan pie. Different, but not extraordinary. I’d be willingly to try other flavors as they appeal to me though.

Took my son here after his basketball game on a Tuesday night. They had a small selection to choose from. I've heard from others that they only sell select flavors every day. Staff were really friendly. You can watch them bake right in front of you. From ordering to receiving your cookies is fairly quick. You just order on the tablet and then the staff packages up your cookies for you. They got packed really quick. Who knew so many people craved cookies on a Tuesday night. Out of the 4 flavors we purchased the key lime cookie was the best. I wasn't too fond of the other flavors. I'm giving this place a 4 star because I just did not like all my cookies. My kids didn't like all the cookies either. We didn't even finish all of our cookies we ended up throwing them away. I would like to give them another try. Maybe it was a bad day.

Super pleasant, self-serve kiosks, when you go in you just get hit with this lovely smell of freshly baked goods and it's so incredible. Regular cookies are nice and dense. And definitely worth the price

The place is small, bright and inviting. You place your order on a screen, pay and pick up. The cookies and ice cream are good. The cookies are fresh backed. The ice cream is light and fluffy. We will be back.

Like most people on social media, I'm OBSESSED with these ginormous and delicious cookies!! The staple cookie- chocolate is yummy. BUT it's the weekly flavors that get you... because they're only available for a week so OF COURSE you have to try them before they go away... (great business model). I've.tried a few cookies that are just ... meh. But mostly they're delicious and worth it. I DO wish they were not so expensive. And the staff isn't always super friendly.

This was my first visit to Crumbl and I was not disappointed. The German Chocolate and Cornbread cookies were amazing!! I Can not wait for my next visit! ** Makes a great gift for friends and family!

Great staff and very clean store. Fast service after ordering on the touchscreens they have. The cookies? Average at best, especially for the steep price they charge. The batter for the cookie base was bland and you could only really taste what ever topping you ordered it with. Also seemed undercooked. I don't understand the hype around this store. Obvious sugar and salt overload in the ingredients. Americans love high sugar so I suppose that is likely why they are so popular.

I was debated at first but after trying them I've sense downloaded the app and check weekly for new flavors 🥰 a good treat and I love that they're open a little later so I can grab some after work and they're warm when I get home ❤️

Simply the best cookies ever created. My first time experiencing their cookies I had the iced oatmeal. I don’t think I have ever had a cookie that amazing(and I have had some really good cookies). Listen if you’re serious about cookies give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Our first visit was icky. The black female making cookies kept staring at my daughter. I guess she was the Manager. The younger black female at the register looked nervous and she kept looking at the older black female that was making cookies. Weird! But our second visit was great. There was a nice looking Caucasian guy working that night. I guess he was the Manager. The black female at the register was nice and explained things to us. Music was playing and the atmosphere was awesome.

I discovered Crumbl while catering in The Outer Banks, back in 2017. It was love at first bite. Now they are popping up all over Hampton Roads, and I’m just so happy. It really is the little things in life. Or in this case, the big things. Have you seen the size of their cookies??? ♥️♥️♥️

I really love this place. I love how the cookies are always different each week, that’s what makes it different from other cookie places. I downloaded the app and check every Sunday what the new cookies for the week will be. However, I wish there was a Crumbl location closer or in Town Center but other than that it’s a 10/10 recommend!

OK - Crumbl is dangerous - like seriously so! These cookies are SO good. It smells Devine from the moment you walk inside and you are just not going to be able to say no when you see the delicious rotating flavors that change weekly. They always keep a few old faithful flavors on the menu like the chocolate chip and the iced sugar cookie and they are phenomenal. They always feature different flavors every week and you can monitor them via Instagram, Facebook, or download their easy to use App where you can order for pick-up or delivery too! Every single cookie I have tried is wonderful and they're even better if you get the hot and fresh and warm and try them immediately. NOMS!

The cookies were amazing! My favorite by far was the sugar cookie. I ordered the cookies on Friday and selected curbside pickup for Saturday afternoon since I knew I’d be in the area. When I stated I had arrived an associate brought the cookies out quickly, which I greatly appreciated because I had a 4 month old in the back seat. We do not live close to the store but it was a great treat. We’ll for sure come back in the future!

The best warm cookies ever! This place smells so good when you walk in it's like grandma's kitchen. You will want buy every cookie on the menu. I will say this the cookies are big and moist. With that being said a box of 4 is enough for 8 people just cut it in half. It took me like 3 days to finish lol. But the cookies were still good three days later. There can be a wait but no more than 5 to 7 min and it's worth it.

First time trying this place. Cookies did not taste fresh. We got two sugar cookies, two chocolate chip, one chocolate chip with icing, and one German chocolate. All the cookies were hard and did not taste fresh except the German chocolate. The German chocolate was amazing. For over $20 for six cookies, we expected them all to be amazing.

Pretty good place to get large designer novelty cookies for you social media posts. Very clean and staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I loved the fact that the cookies I got did not have a lot of sugar making the cookie over sweet and masking the other flavors. 3 out of 5 Stars because of pricing and no smaller cookie option for the single person that only wants one small cookie. At $4+ per cookie price point I believe these cookies are perfectly positioned in the category of novelty cookies strictly for IG posts. Lastly, to get a smaller cookie you have to purchase 50 of them and that to me is just ridiculous.

Food: Tried all 6 available flavors currently available. None of them disappointed. Who knew you could take a snack staple and then elevate it tenfold? They were all are soft, chewy, warm and tasty. A few days later I tried them again and it tasted exactly as if I bought them that day. Customer service: I made an online order and a additional last minute order at the store kiosk. Both were ready in under a minute and the staff was extremely friendly. The only downside and preventing me from getting it everyday (probably a good thing) is the cost. 10 cookies cost me $41.57, which comes out around $4 per cookie. That being said, the cookies are big, filling, and top quality.

Walked in, place was empty, but the bakery itself had a really clean look and feel. However, neither of the two employees behind the counter bothered to greet us. My friend noticed the tablets so we placed our order for one Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie. Before I had even finished typing my email to get my receipt, the woman behind the counter shouted my name (odd because my friend and I were the only two customers in there) and placed a small pink box on the counter. We grabbed our one cookie and left with either employee barely giving us a second glance. Now, the cookie: It wasn't fresh outta the oven warm, but it wasn't cold or hard. It was nicely crisp on the edges and incredibly fluffy and cakelike in the center. The texture was great. However, the flavor is missing those key butter, brown sugar, and vanilla notes. It was sweet and chocolatey, but it just didn't cut it for me as a homemade, delightful cookie. It was okay, but just that, and not what I would want to pay $4.93 for.. Pros: Clean bright bakery, straightforward and quick ordering on the tablets, they have a nice variety of flavors offered. Cons: Staff didn't seem particularly welcoming, cookie was just okay but nothing special. Overall, the other flavor offerings intrigue me, but I'd hope to see a little more friendly attitude from the staff. Also, for a cookie company, you would think the Chocolate Chip would be their best offering. If I decide to try them again, I will update my review.

There isn't a place like this in Norfolk, I'd guess we're not foofoo enough. Gotta drive to VB to at least one of 2 locations: Hilltop or Red Mill. Hilltop is the closest location for me. I didn't know what to expect because I watch this blonde Megan Gill chick on youtube eat boxes of these like hot cakes every week. So you've got to order from a kiosk tablet computer. I'm still not used to that even though I'd first seen this kind of technology in a Wawa as far back as 2003 trying to order a hoagie. But you have to use this in order to order your cookie or (s). I was only going to order one cookie as that was $5 bucks and comes in a pink box. As you try to pay for this thing at the kiosk, the first order of business is a tip in amounts of $2, $3 or $5. This is tipping before you get your cookie. It's crazy! I'd gotten my Fried Ice Cream cookie. It was pretty much a bigger sized cookie which was the size of a Big Mac middle bun in a Big Mac sized box which was pink. Fancy cookies. I couldn't afford 4 cookies for $20 bucks. The cookie was good. Would I go back?!?!?!? I don't know. I'd just wanted to try this place out. I did. Yeh me!

the cookies here were just mediocre. the flavor of them was delicious but the waffle one came with no maple syrup as advertised, so it was just a sugar cookie. I also found a hair (not mine) in the berries and cream one i ordered which was very upsetting as well. I’m not sure if it’s the establishments fault on the maple syrup or not. I’d still order here again but hope for better presentation next time.

Fantastic cookies!! They are large enough to split in half with someone or you can have one all to yourself if you truly want to indulge. They always have chocolate chip (of course!) and the other 5 flavors they offer change each week. Cookies are finished with any icing or decorations as you order them. I went around 10am on a Saturday and there was a short line. This place is popular so if you go in the evenings you will probably encounter a line, so be prepared to wait. Also it's worth noting they are closed on Sundays, just so you don't get your hopes up for some cookies and drive out there on a Sunday to find them closed. As for the cookies, every single one of them was fantastic. The Peach Cobbler Cookie came in a little tiny pie tin, it was like a little mini peach pie. That was probably my favorite of what I tried, but again, they were ALL amazing. I can't wait to try more cookies as they offer new flavors week to week. They also have "Crumbl Cream" which is their ice cream, but I haven't tried that yet.

The staff is wonderful under pressure. Lots of things not going as planned for their opening, but they handled it with grace and gratitude. It seem they realize they were blessed to be that busy and embraced it and went with the flow. The cookies themselves were well-made and hot like was promised. I prefer a crispy cookie where these are not crispy they’re more of what I call the under done cookie. But they tasted good and they were prepared the way they said they would be. I’ll go back.

My first experience was on the grand opening. It was super busy. I waited patiently but the curbside app crashed. I chatted with one of the workers as he was passing by and he asked what flavors were ordered and came right out with a box. He thanked me for my patience and trusted that I was being honest without a disruptive cadence. I appreciated that so much! My second experience was a few weeks later. The young lady that came to my car greeted me by calling my name and she had the biggest smile. The customer service is amazing. The cookies are amazing. I highly recommended giving the cookies a try but run to the gym afterwards. Your mouth will thank you!

The cookies are absolutely amazing. We split the Oreo Crumble and the Peanut Butter Jam Sandwich....devine. Now these may be your own single cookie to curl up in bed and munch on or cut and share with your favorite friend. That's what I did and man it was the best thing, just so we could make it last. These cookies are so soft, so sweet and make you wish your mom came up with these combos for after school treats. Absolutely cannot wait to go back and try more❤️

Delicious cookies! I got a mixed dozen Halloween themed cookies: (3 monster, 3 pumpkin roll, 3 sugar, 3 dirt cake). The sugar cookie was good, but I didn’t enjoy the white chocolate topping. I should’ve chosen the one with buttercream frosting instead. My only real complaint is that the large box is very flimsy, and it tipped as the employee was handing it to me curbside. 3 of the cookies got squished. They were still quite edible, but not pretty enough to be served at the party I was having. Would love to have a more sturdy box next time.

There was quite a line when we got there but it moved quickly. Workers moved quickly and efficiently through the crowd of people. I give them lots of credit. It seems like the line is non stop! The cookies were worth the wait! Warm and delicious. Like a perfect pairing of cake and cookie. The cookies are huge but you can also get a smaller size. Definitely worth a try.

Get ready for a futuristic Food Network cookie experience. They really have the order process down and they and churning out cookies at a record pace using large mixers. Get ready to wow your kids! When you first walk in, the place is really clean. It’s like a cookie shop version of an a Apple store. You have a nice menu on the wall and two iPads that walk you through the ordering process. I would say the only thing missing was the human interaction and cheerful greeting. Everyone was so busy making and fulfilling orders it was like the bakers were working and the customer service was on break.

Cumbl Cookie was great at first, but now the cookies and service is not so great. My son and I are excited to try the new cookies weekly, but lately when I get home notice that the cookies are missing ingredients or I have received the wrong cookies. As much as you pay for these cookies the order should always be on point. Then when you call to inform the bakery you are told to bring the cookie back to the store as if you are lying about something being wrong with your order. No refund for the cookie, but bring the cookie back which is a major inconvenience to the customer. Really sad!!!

Small but cozy inside. They were extremely busy on a Monday, but I was impressed with how all of the employees were hustling. They were a little more expensive then I was expecting, but the cookies are a good size and tasted just as good the next day. Tried their chocolate chip cookies and birthday cake cookies last Saturday. Cookies were extremely moist, flavorful, and had me wanting more. Only thing is they are extremely expensive especially if you have a family of 3 or more with 6 cookies costing about $20. So you can only imagine how much a dozen of cookies would be. Meanwhile I’m fortunate to be able to afford them i just think about others who can’t afford multiple cookies. All in all great place with great service!
