This place is pretty nice. The workers are pretty friendly. I ordered online and when I clicked arrived they were pretty quick to bring my order out curbside. I got 4 cookies. Cotton candy, fried ice cream, walnut fudge brownie and old fashioned donut. They were all pretty good besides the cotton candy we thought that one tasted like it has way to much artificial cotton candy flavor. We got 4 pints of ice cream. Cookie dough crunch, peanut butter brittle, snickerdoodle and vanilla bean. The ice cream tastes really good. It seems like it is made with quality ingredients. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the prices are pretty high for cookies and ice cream. I like the rewards they have it’s pretty easy to get 10$ crumble cash. I would definitely come back here again I highly recommend crumble cookies.

My daughter says it's really really good! I am unable to eat these cookies cause gluten but my daughter was so excited to go in and try it out. The cookies can be ordered for take out but you can order one big cookie which they serve to you warm. We ordered the Oreo cookie which I am told is excellent. We asked about birthday cookies and I was told you can order cookies and a sticker that says happy birthday can be added but they don't decorate cookies beyond the standard order.

Oh my goodness! This place is always a mad house every time we go but it’s because their cookies are freakishly delicious. I have yet to have a cookie here that I didn’t like. It’s crazy to see too how many people they keep staffed at this place. There must be about a dozen workers there all the time! They’re definitely not sacrificing service! They welcome you when you walk in the door, they get your cookies ready and send you in your way. Beautiful place! Love how you can see the mixers and the ovens and the whole darn process really. If you’re looking for gourmet cookies as a gift or just to eat, this is where you want to get them from. Fantastic place! Different cookies on different days so plan ahead if you’re looking for something specific.

It was like a maze trying to get to the front door to Crumbl Cookies. The staff was helpful explaining how to order. Every cookie is rich in flavor and fits their names well. It was nice to experience the cookies and what a lot of people get excited over, but not sure I need to go back.

Ugh. I love this place too much 😂 I try NOT to go every week but somehow end up back here trying all the new cookies. Obsessed with the birthday cake, pumpkin cake, Reese's, twix... Any cookie. Also ordering is so simple, just go to the counter and order from the iPads! Everyone is always so friendly there🥰 highly recommend

It’s a cookie place: you can’t add much more then that. The cookies are amazing and incredibly large. The place is full of young energetic works that really seem to enjoy working there. The service is good albeit a bit slow at times due to the shop always seeming to be very busy. If you visit, plan to stand in line for a bit, but I would say it is worth it.

Delicious cookies. It's nice to view the cookies over the counter. I gave it 3 stars mainly because I ordered curbside and checked in.. waited over 20 minutes and no one came out end up going inside to get the order myself. The cookies are great but the curbside experience was found to be very disappointing compared to others and it wasn't even busy inside as I could see from customers at the time and curbside.

The cookies are pretty darn good. The classic Chocolate Chip is my favorite but a lot of their rotating flavors are delicious as well. Employees are always very nice and helpful. There can definitely be a super long line but they still always go at a pretty good speed and it's decently quick to get through.

Little disappointed with this batch, my peanut butter banana cookie didn't get a banana on top. The chocolate covered strawberry was just a chocolate cookie with strawberry frosting, so...strawberry covered chocolate? Caramel cookie was fantastic!

I do love Crumbl, however, I wish when you place a they would give you the cookies you ordered. I order yesterday online to be delivered today 2 Cheese Cake and 2 Chocolate with Carmel with sea salt to be delivered today. They have a really nice, warm welcoming atmosphere with employees calling out, Welcome to Crumbl, as you enter! You can see them making the cookies when ordering as the small entry is basically separated from the kitchen area by a short countertop & dividers. The few times I've visited so far, everyone seems to be happy & enjoying their job! It is really nice to see that, especially in this day & age. You order & pay for it all yourself on the two countertop kiosks. Between those is a display of the week's flavors so you can see what they really look like. There is an employee nearby to help, including answering questions about what makes up each cookie. Although I prefer soft cookies, the inside texture of the cookies is extremely soft, like uncooked dough at times, which is not to my liking. With that said, the flavors of Crumbl's cookies can not be beat. I keep coming back for that reason alone! With cookies this good, be prepared for a possibly long wait, depending on the time of your visit. The Mint Chip Ice Cream cookie was divine. The only problem is, in trying to go back for another their six flavors change weekly. The only exception being their chocolate chip, which is always on the menu. They are a bit spendy in my opinion with six cookies costing $23.77 after tax at the 41st Street location. But well worth it as an occasional treat with creations like Brownie Batter, Maple Bacon, Butterscotch Chip & Boston Cream Pie!

I am from Germany and have heard of crumbl cookies through YouTube, so I was excited to see it in SF! The store is clean and I love that I get to see the cookies being made. Everyone was nice and I liked that I could see what the actual cookies would look like. I also am a fan of the ordering and paying process! Would definitely recommend!

6 people working. The only time a customer was talked to was when they said your name to pick up your order. Had to wait for 20 minutes for 1 cookie. The 2 gals packing boxes weren't very fast which caused the backup. It was my first time there. I didn’t think the choices were that extraordinary for the price. I had the chocolate cookie. It was good but not worth the wait.

Pretty amazing cookies. I don't personally have a huge sweet tooth and I do like these, my kids do however have a sweet tooth and they love them. Most cookies have a great frosting to cookie ratio, if they have frosting, and my kids say the chocolate chip is on par with grandma's so that should say everything.

Loved every single cookie flavor this week!!!! The whip cream frosting on the chilled berries & cream cookie were my FAVORITE. So flavorful and the whip cream was refreshing. The waffle cookie was amazing warm tasted just like a sweet, classic waffle. The cheesecake cookie was very good chill and warm. I would have just liked some cherries with it to create a nice light texture with the heavy frosting. The triple chocolate chip was so so agood, if you like chocolate anyway. Amazing flavors this week!!!

Cookies are phenomenal, however their system is flawed. I placed an order on Doordash since it's always advertised. So I get there show the person I have a pick up order, THIRTY minutes later after all the walk in customers have cleared out, me and one other customer have been standing waiting for quite some time and finally are approached. Come to find out they thought we needed to so accept something on our end, upon showing what options we had she apologized and said ohhh you must have used doordash? Apparently they knew about the issue but aren't fixing it. Disappointed and a waste of my time.

Amazing cookies and customer service! Stopped at the soft opening and it was worth the 45 minute wait. The staff were cranking out cookies as they could. I had never been to a Crumbl before this time but will definitely be back. The strawberries n cream and cake batter were my two favorites from this week's line up. All of them were great though. Prices are maybe a little high, but the cookies are huge and super tasty! My daughter says you can judge a cookie place by the taste of its chocolate chip cookies. I definitely have to say their chocolate chip is my favorite, followed closely by their Twix one. We stopped by twice in the same week, so we only got to try some of their variety, as they make the same 6 (I think?) cookies a week, and then change them the following week. Guess we'll just have to stop by again another week. 😁

This was my first time to Crumbl Cookies and I look forward to going back. The entire staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and had smiles on their faces! I loved the checkout method that was in place although I think it could use two stations. These cookies are well worth the price and 2.5 hour drive it took to get here! Fantastic cookies...they are pricey but they are huge cookies. Made fresh and warm when they serve you. Different flavors. The app does not work I selected a time it said was available and submitted my payment and always gave an error. I tried several different times and still the same error. So I decided to go in, they were out of one of the flavors and completely packed. There was no social distancing. The gal that kept running orders out would not change gloves Everytime after coming back in so she would grab the door that everyone touched then continued to put cookies in boxes and sprinkles on the cookies. Not very hygienic. Hope they get things under control because they are good cookies. I only got to try the ones the other gals put in my box.

We originally attempted a curbside pickup order through the app yesterday and they were so busy that they had to turn the feature off. We decided not to wait and to just try at a less busy time. Well that time turned out to be today. The app order process was absolutely painless and it's kind of fun to pick out your little virtual cookie box. Our order was ready before my driver even arrived and there is a handy button to tell them when you get there so they can bring the order out. We had one small hiccup because you can't hit the button until you're close enough to the location (for obvious reasons) and the person ordering and the person picking up were not in the same place! Fortunately, there is another handy button in the app to call the store and I simply informed the friendly worker that answered the phone about the situation and she brought the cookies right out. No problem. As for the cookies, well, if you know you know.

Cookies are great, service is lacking, you can wait in line for 40 minutes and the line doesn’t move, No one will keep you updated. When you do curbside, and you pay in advance, you can show up, wait 20 mins, then find out they are out of the kind you already do paid for, pretty disappointing.
