Lots of interesting flavors if you are craving bingsu. We ended up getting a regular strawberry cheesecake shaved ice for 2 people. It was a good serving.
The ice at the bottom seems very compact and not like typical shaved ice. The ice at the top looked a lot like mozzarella cheese, but tasted good all the same.

My first time to order in person at Bambu but I have been ordering online delivery for my favorite Fruit Addict. Never had any issue with my online orders. Always good. It wasn't busy and not crowded when we came. We were able to order right away and got our desserts and drinks fast. There's so much seating areas for groups who wants to hang out while having refreshing, flavorful drinks. There are different selections of teas, milk teas, vietnamese coffees, authentic che's, smoothies, waffles, mochi, rice paper salads. They have restrooms for customers so don't worry if your bladder fills up with your drinks. Had a taste of mangonada from my daughter's drink and it was interestingly mangoful drink. I still ordered my favorite. Addicted to my Fruit Addict.

I ordered Bambu special, and it tastes good and refreshing! It has so much ingredients in it- coconut, Lougan, pandan jelly, basil seeds. The pandan jelly is chewy and I really enjoy it's texture. The sweetness of the drink is natural from coconut water and lougan.
They have a big drink menu and I will definitely come back for another drink :)
The drink is more than $8 and it's a little pricey compared to its size.
The store is big and many seatings.

Stopped by for dessert while visiting Seattle. It was a cold Thursday night, so it wasn't crowded at all. There's about 5 tables in the front area by the door and 8 tables in the area by the register. Ordered the Taro Coconut Snow Ice, Ube waffle, and Milk Tea. You can see them make the waffle fresh right behind the register. The other desserts are made in the back, but you can see them make it through the open door.
The snow ice was finely shaved and dissolved with each bite. It was topped with some boba and cookie crumbles. The Taro and Coconut both had a good flavor without tasting artificial. My favorite was the Ube waffle as it was crisp on the outside, but the inside was full of soft Ube. The Milk Tea was light & refreshing and not overly sweet. This was a good place to come for a light dessert that's made fresh to order.

I have been here several times, and this store deserves a good review. I am fond of their variety of ice creams and Che. They have a spacious seating area. They also provide board and card games if you want to play with friends. I went on a weekday, so it is less crowded. I highly recommend this place to anyone

Randomly found this place while touring Seattle. Had no clue what to expect so was pleasantly surprised! I’m not even sure what all we ordered but it was super tasty, especially the potstickers! Place was clean and staff was friendly. I ordered a flavored Vietnamese coffee and it was super strong so beware. Place could have used a minor cleaning but otherwise was a good experience!

This place was the first bambu location I tried in America and fell in love with it right away. Yes their bánh lọt (pandan jelly) is a lot chewier than usual, but I like it that way. Their waffles are delicious as well. They also have bánh tráng trộn, some other Vietnamese street food, and snow ice I believe.

Got the strawberry shaved ice and the "che ba mau". I love how instead of syrup poured on top of flavorless ice, the it seems that the ice itself is flavored. It tasted very strongly of strawberry, very delicious. Would come here again for shaved ice :)

My kids LOVE this place. The snow ice is a unique dessert and well worth the trip. They have great boba too with lots of flavors to choose from. It tends to be quiet and not too crowded like some of the other places in the area - a real hidden gem.

I absolutely love Bambu desserts. My favorite is the Chè, which consists of different jellies, fruits and A yummy drink. If you really wanna kick it up, try their combo desserts. My favorite is the mangonada, and the strawberry cheesecake. You won’t go wrong with those two (photo included). It’s an all around fun time there, and not crazy like other places. Just yummy drinks/food and a great atmosphere. I bring my family and friends here whenever they are visiting so you know it’s a big recommendation from me.
