How can you not give warm cookies 5 stars? Well it cost more for cookies then it did steak sandwiches. But they were awesome. Very good chocolate. If they weren’t so expensive it would be 5 stars. They have plenty of these all over the states so you can enjoy yourself somewhere close to you.

Never had these cookies but I had to try it, the double chocolate mint cookies with a side of cookies and cream ice cream & cookie dough topping. Made my own sandwich was perfect. Nice warm cookies definitely a nice snack to watch a movie/show them fall right out lol. A must TRY!!!!

Been to this location afew times. Every time I've received great service. It always seems like there is a nice crowd. The place is very small but they do an excellent job navigating the customers. The cookies speak for themselves. So good. They are best when still warm. So many choices to choose from. The white chocolate is my fav. Just tried the ice cream and it was fantastic as well.

Hope this message gets to the person who delivered my cookies- I just wanted to say thank you the delivery biker who dropped off my order at 26th street in Fairmont on Oct 1st! I didn’t get a chance to thank the driver before they left as I went in to grab extra tip but we’re gone before I got a chance to give them it. So thanks again for the delivery! Insomnia Cookies is AWESOME!!! I will preface by saying it is a little pricey for what it is, but the cookies are delicious! The mint chocolate cookie ice cream sandwich is one of the best things I've ever eaten. They have really good variety and are perfect for you if you have a sweet tooth. Perfect for catering to if you want to order a bus-load of cookies! Another a aw some thing is that they're open until 3am, perfect for a late night sweet tooth snack!

Omg! A must stop if in philly! You choose your cookie and ice cream and they make you a sandwich. When I ordered the cookies, chocolate deluxe, were taken out a warmer and ice cream,vanilla, was placed on it. It was amazing, but huge and definitely shareable! My husband got a white macadamia nut cookie and cookie dough ice cream. He was very happy as well. My only complaint is the cashier made our sandwiches, using utensils, but no gloves when hand was in ice cream... If not I would have given 5 stars...

Small cookie shop serving about a dozen different types of cookies, eight or so different flavors of ice cream, cookie ice cream sandwiches, and brownies. We had a couple of different types of cookies and ice cream, and everything was delicious! Also fairly reasonably priced.

Friendly and swift service. Got a cookiewich which was a bit on the high price side but worth the cost. The ice cream was good and the cookies, as always, were warm and melty. Since the store was small, when a lot of people decide to come in at once it gets cramped quickly but no complaint other than that.

The counter person with light eyes, brown skin, and blonde hair was awesome! They made the experience fun and enticing, and the overall staff was super accommodating to my... squiffy friends 😅🥰 The cookies were the perfect temperature, and delicious as well! ☺️🙌🏽 10/10 would recommend, and come again!

I ordered a box of 6 cookies online almost with a single specialty cookie. When I arrived at this location, I called to let them know I was there since there was a long line at 10pm. They came out with my items very quickly. The cookies were good. The only one that I would not recommend is the cinnamon whiskey cookie. I like cinnamon anything but this one I couldn’t stomach. Price for the specialty cookie is a little high. I got the Salted Carmel cookie just to try it but I wouldn’t buy another just based on price to what you get. To store: I would limit the amount of people in the store. When I said it was busy, there was a large group of about 10 people in there along with the team members. Given the square footage of the store, there really should have been allowed 2-3 guests at a time, not 10

First of all - the cookies were top notch, and so was the icing. I got to big'wich cookies and loved them. This is definitely a go-to pick me up place if you're looking for fresh, warm cookies. I would love to give a five star. I went on a Sunday afternoon, was the only customer inside (very small interior btw, maybe order online instead). The lady behind the counter, although very sweet and nice, was packing up another order and didn't really talk to me at first. Totally fine... I understand she was the only one at the counter. When I finally tried to order though, they were out of the first two cookies I asked for. Kind of a bummer for a cookie place with not a ton of options. I would recommend coming here though, and maybe online ordering and pick up would be a better experience!

I had some cookies today and I could not sleep as my mind kept thinking about the taste. My wife got 3 cookies as I didn’t wanted to eat any. After I tasted one, I ate all of it. Now my wife doesn’t let me sleep. I got insomnia. I am not going back to this place ( with my wife). I will go alone.

The cookies are great. They're warm, soft and chewy. It's a hipster hangout but the lines are very long, and at this location, a few people got yelled at for leaving the door open. Don't expect top notch service. The point is to get in and out. Unfortunately, you don't know the menu until you're up front by the cashier.

Average ice cream. Definitely not worth the price they charge for it. The location is absolutely tiny. It was difficult to get inside with a stroller to place an order. Also, random people kept popping in every now and then asking us to buy them something too while the staff did nothing about it. Overall, would definitely not recommend.

5 star cookie satisfaction and open late! So the store is small and it can get real crowded in there and on the sidewalk in front (this was a late night trip-so it might not be so bad earlier in the night). Employees are beautiful soul, quick and kind.

If you're reading this review you must have some type of addiction to cookies. If you don't have an addiction to cookies don't go here. Because what's going to happen is your going to see the place and how small it is. Then, you're going to walk into the place and get smacked in the face with Heavenly seductively sweet cookie smell . then finally you're going to buy the whole store. On a personal note I find it very cool but very creepy that the only beverages that they offer is water and milk no Pepsi. No Coke. Milk! Pure unadulterated chocolate / strawberry / regular whole milk. This place is awesome. It's the weed heads dream. And I don't even smoke.

Taste is 5 stars...even hours later the cookie (s'mores) was soft and delicious. Service is 5 stars...we were 5 cents under the credit card minimum, but he allowed it, I didn't see a sign anywhere. No line at around 7 to 8 on a Thursday. Price...price is 3. The cookie was not big enough to be worth $3...that's a bit much. I will mention that was the deluxe cookie, the others are around half I believe.

If you're looking for nice, warm cookies - this is the place. I was pleasantly surprised by the cookie sandwich I got. A scoop of cookies and cream ice cream between a peanut butter chunk cookie and a s'mores cookie... it was delightful. The whole thing was huge and even though I split it with someone, I was still very satisfied.

This location was one of the first brick-and-mortar stores under Insomnia Cookies’ name. Exciting for those of us who attended Temple, Drexel, Penn, or other area colleges where there was an Insomnia truck on campus. We didn’t have to trek all the way back to our respective alma maters to partake in that sweet amazingness. On one visit, given the music that was playing, I fondly remember chatting with the associate at the counter about how the early 00’s were a simpler time (for some of us) given the music that happened to be playing. Like the 13th Street location, the only available seating consists of stools at counters at the window, but if you’re not grabbing your cookies to go, it will suffice. This location is also central to the hustle and bustle of Center City; more specifically nearest Suburban Station/City Hall, Liberty Place, and only a few blocks from Rittenhouse Square. Affordable and delicious, Insomnia Cookies is always at the top of my list if I’m roaming about the city and need to satisfy my dangerous sweet tooth!
