We were so excited to find out that there was a location in OKC. Despite the store being small, the pies are big on flavor. Absolutely delicious! The lady that waited on us was very kind and patient even though we walked in shortly before closing time. We ordered cream pies and they were so tasty… coconut, chocolate-coconut, strawberry-cheesecake, cheesecake. Yum! :-)

Arbuckle is one of OKCs best kept secrets, but they really ought to be an Oklahoma staple. They've been perfecting fried pies for decades. As far as I know, they're the only place around where you can get them, so give them a shot. They do great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a sweet snack. You can get anything from a savory meatloaf pie to, m favorite, a coconut cream pie. And they're made fresh! That's a rarity these days. Arbuckle is certainly one of those must-go places.

omg i had no idea that this location has been here for years! i thought i would have to go all the way to davis to get me a pie. these pies are soooo good and a pretty good size- i will definitely come here more often! they’ve also got a drive thru and you can order ahead of time by calling. the owners are super sweet and accommodating, too <3

I saw this place on the map while looking for something else. I suddenly thought to myself, is this like a donut shop type place? Oh, the thought of such a place. I knew if it was, if it could be, this was going to be expensive, but delicious. I brought 5 kids, 2 of which are teen boys. We were not disappointed in any way! The prices are reasonable, and the pies were SO good! The place was clean. The lady was super nice. Lots of choices for sweet pie, and savory pies, too. We tried about 8-9 flavors, and all were amazingly impressive. Some were even still warm, done minutes ago! The peaches & cream, and fudge brownie fried pies, were both unexpected menu items, and a showcase of talent. This would be a great place for breakfast, or lunch. Check them out ASAP.

Wow, what is not to like about fried pies? We have always loved their chocolate, lemon or coconut cream but today got a free sample of their new pineapple cream.....amazing. We hadn't tried their dinner pies in years (our mistake) but got a pulled pork and a sausage, egg and cheese pie....oh, my! Flavor packed, not too spicy, delicious. Tried sample of yummy sausage and gravy pie. What delightful alternatives to sandwiches and totally portable. We cannot wait to try the other dinner pie flavors like meatloaf with mashed potatoes/gravy, chili cheeseburger, chicken and vegetables or chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes/gravy, Tex-Mex.....all in a fried pie. Doing our happy dance now.

Went on May 21st almost to closing time. The employees were very nice and helped us on picking the flavors. We got Pecan, Apple and Thunder which is Peaches and Cream. My favorite was Pecan

My wife and I stopped by the shop and the young lady who seemed to be the only one working there was very friendly and helpful. I got a lemon custard pie and my wife got a sugar-free blackberry pie. Both of them were warm, tasty and almost too big. We were given a sample of one of their cheese and sausage pies and it was very good. We also bought some frozen pies to take home. The only thing that was not nice about the visit was the building. The building is rundown and cluttered. When we pulled up we wondered if the place was even open. There is very little space inside for customers. There are a couple of tables and chairs, but there is not really much room if you wanted to sit and eat there. But the pies are very good and I guess that is the important thing.

Super friendly staff and fantastic food!! We ordered 2 breakfast pies and 4 fruit pies and all were made hot and fresh, and they even gave us a sample of a brownie sundae pie they had made just made also. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to come back!

This is the best fried pie treat your ever going to have in your life!🤗😋 So many different flavors to try from Apple to Peaches & Cream and even breakfast ones to pizza option they're a top choice! 🤗😋🏆 And the crust in these treats are so light and tasty it should be illegal! This place has really good cherry cheesecake although I didn't particularly like the egg bacon and cheese pie not enough meat used for me to enjoy it, furthermore the fruit pies and cheesecake I recommend the peach or cherry pie

I fell in love with their pies the first time I tried it. Great prices, service and people. Once I went after they turned off the fryer and they still gave us pies. I really like the polish pie (potatoes are great) and their chicken and vegetable pie. So delicious and definitely gives you bang for your buck. Will be coming back often and their sweet pies are great too! Try it out you won’t regret!

I must say James was the BEST! Such great Service, friendly and fun to talk to. He got our very big order correct and gave us a sample of Beef tip n noodles pie which is amazingly delicious we will be back for some more of everything. I remember when I went to Davis OK and there was this excellent fried pie place I went to. It was so yummy and I remembered that place ever since. I thought Davis OK was the only place that had these pies but I looked it up on google one day and found this place. I tried the chocolate fried pie and it was good but not what I expected. The filling is just chocolate pudding that may possibly be store bought. My father got apple pie and he loved that one and so did I because I got a few nibbles of his. Great place overall I just don't recommend the chocolate fried pie because its simple and just tastes like chocolate pudding from the store. Great for kids who like chocolate pudding though. I recommend going out of your comfort zone and getting a better flavor. ❤

Delicious. Passing through and friend told me I needed to stop here. Sure glad she did. Fresh baked pies, specialty meat/breakfast pies. Was given a sample of the pulled pork pie and it is out of this world! Veli was so helpful with suggestions and providing other information. Very kind gentleman and kept up with call in, walk in and drive up orders quickly. Next trip to Oklahoma City I will be stopping back in. The food is GREAT. The service is friendly and orders are accurate. The reason for 3 stars is due to the fact that Drive through orders are placed at the window. This allows for long waits if the car in front of you has a large order. Be prepared to wait if you are not 1st in line or go in to order. But, if you have the time, it is probably worth the wait when you bite into the pie!

Took my 6 year old son here for a special breakfast treat, and it blew his mind. I had the spinach, mushroom, potato pie, my boy had the bacon, egg, cheese pie. We got a chocolate and a coconut chocolate pie to go. All of the pies were cooked to crispy, golden perfection, and the fillings were all delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't recommend it ALL the time, only because of the whole artery-clogging factor, but I would definitely recommend giving this a try for a special treat. If you're traveling through the area, give it a try instead of the usual donut stop.

I fought myself over this review. The location was so disorganized and in disrepair it really took away from the experience and ability to have confidence in the quality of food. The server was very friendly and had obviously kept a standard of cleanliness but not without challenges given from the deteriorated building. If I weren't able to look past those factors, I wouldn't have ordered from here at all. Pies were absolutely FANTASTIC. We got the strawberry and cream, blackberry, strawberry, pizza, and egg and cheese. We will be coming back.

This year for thanksgiving we had two foster kids attend our family thanksgiving , we found out the morning before thanksgiving that all they wanted was a blueberry pie. My wife and I searched around town to find a blueberry pie without luck. Then we found Arbuckle, with only a few hours left before the holiday they heard our story and the manager agreed to stay after hours to make the pie for these special kids. One of the staff members came on thanksgiving morning to open the store to allow for pickup. The wait is a little bit but these pies are WORTH THE WAIT!! And WELL worth the $4 for a meat pie. They make them fresh while you wait. And the staff were busy... but still nice, despite my daughter who couldn't make up her mind. We got sausage and egg, mushroom and spinach, chicken and broccoli, and pizza... and they were all terrific! We also got a bunch of fruit pies. I wanted to try all the different ones... but I wasn't THAT hungry. It looks tiny on the outside and it is. BUT... They have a couple of small tables for those that walked up and a drive thru window (my daughter saw it too late). The do require masks so don’t forget yours.. Like I said...I will DEFINITELY be back.

I have driven by this place for years and one day I was compelled to visit. I didn't know what I was doing but the ladies behind the counter were super helpful. I had ordered a bunch of different flavored pies and they made them fresh for me rather than what was already prepared on display. I did a walk-in but they do have a drive-thru. There was no wait inside, but drive thru was about 3 cars deep. The chocolate pie was my family favorite. I feel this place might become a guilty pleasure for me. I know I am not the only one because i swear some of the customers looked like they had shame on their faces as though they should not be indulging on deliciousness. They would quickly eat their pies in their cars to hide the evidence probably from judgmental family members.

I did say I would come back the next day so they wouldn't have to clean up again. They were having none of it. They said the grill was still warm. Fresh, fast, and friendly. It was fortunate there wasn't a long line since the drive thru speaker broken, but the lady in the window was so awesome, i don't think i would've cared even if there had been a line. The wait was only like 10 minutes & i got 4, so she was really moving, but she still took done to make eye contact, smile, and say have a nice day like she meant it. Give the blonde lady on day shift a raise. :-)

Pies were hot and fresh. Cashier was friendly. Of note: the speaker on the drive thru was broken so you have to drive up to the window to order and wait. The time I was waiting at least 2 vehicles drove on instead of waiting. So a call ahead with your order may work better so there is no waiting. Or just do a walk-in order. Otherwise, everything was top notch. Tasty pies!

Some of the fried pies are good and others not so much. They do have sugar free options which is nice. Now they told us it would take 10 minutes for our order which we were OK with but it ended up taking 25 minutes for our order. Now I know they made them to order but maybe they need a better system to move the product out a little faster.

Absolutely delicious!!! We are visiting from NV and have wanted to stop whenever we were in OK again. We decided to get a Coconut cream, strawberries and cream, apple, cherry, and pecan. I tried the cherry first and it was phenomenal. Hot, fresh, flaky, yummy! My husband had the coconut and he was in pure heaven. I tried some of his and even though I normally would not eat a coconut cream pie, it was delicious. We have not gotten to the apple yet, but I have never had an apple pie I did not like. My stepmom had both of the pecan pies and loved then. We will be back to buy more before we leave!

I had the chocolate and the apple. Fantastic. Loved them. Made a meal out of one of them. I can't imagine someone eating 2 of them. The crust was perfectly light, crunchy, and not greasy like you might expect. The fillings tasted homemade. The chocolate was chocolaty and the apple was cinnamony. Don't expect them to be life changing. These are fried pies They didn't die on a cross for your sins. Do expect good food at a reasonable price. I bet you can't find a better fried pie for a better price, anywhere. I am very satisfied.

Even offered and let me try a free sample of the lemon which was AMAZING! they're on the expensive $$ side however it's cheaper than making them yourself and a LOT closer than driving to Turner falls to get these pies which are DELICIOUS and taste *almost* as good as the hand pies my great grandmother made for us . I literally can take a bite & close my eyes and feel like im back home in Louisiana , in her kitchen, eating HER home made fried pies like when i was a little girl. Loved visiting the fried pie store today . my little girl and i were made to feel at ease and very welcome as soon as we came through the door. The only improvement would be good COOL A/C . it was pretty warm in there .

I’ve tried to like them. I’ve bought them at their shop in arbuckles and their shop in OKC. The fried dough is often soggy and oily and not good. The fruit pies are OK at best. The idea is fun, the long history of serving ok is neat, but don’t don’t have high expectations.

Arbuckle Fried Pies is basically the most Oklahoma food that you can get. While I don’t recommend you eat every meal here (trust me, my younger brother tried it for a bit and it was not pretty), you can and should pop in for a dessert or one of the meal pies. They even have a decent sugar free if you need it. The pies are made fresh throughout the day and the previous day’s leftovers are sold frozen at a discount.

Visited this location on 12/6 in the evening. Order 7 pies. Asked that 2 peanut butter and chocolate pies be made as they were out. I did not get peanut butter and chocolate. What I received was banana and chocolate. I asked my girlfriend if maybe I was wrong in the flavor and she said no. But it wasn't half bad.

Their fruit pies would be absolutely wonderful if they had any fruit in them. We purchased 6 pies and only the pecan had a lot of pecans. The apricot had one apricot in it, Cherry did not have any fruit, Apple had a few apples. The filling was great, the crust was wonderful. Just no fruit. They were still good.

Is it a pot pie in a pocket, or a fried bread sandwich, or a sweet baked delight? However you describe it, an Arbuckle Pie is amazing! With an individual price under $5.00 it's a great deal! The restaurant is very understated and unassuming and in my mind something out of a Norman Rockwell painting, or Mayberry. I'm very glad to have this corner restaurant in my back yard!

So many pies to choose from and surprisingly not as greasy as we expected for being fried pies. You can get breakfast pies and lunch pies along with your typical fruit pies.
