Thought I posted this but it just posted the photos... They did such an AMAZING job on the wedding cake! It looked just like the photo of the one I wanted! They were super accommodating and did everything super professionally. Everyone loved the look and taste of everything- and I still get people talking about their cake and macaroons! Thank you again for all your hard work!

Our wedding cake was AMAZING!!! We tried cake from several different bakeries and once we tried Sweet Life there was no question who was going to do our cake! They have so many custom flavors and we were able to get exactly what we wanted (seriously try the cookie dough and pecan praline butter creams). Jenny and her team were able to bring the exact cake that I envisioned to life. We can't wait to get another one for our 1 year anniversary.

I ordered a grooms cake for my son's wedding. I'm from out of town so I did not have an opportunity to visit the bakery for a taste test. I ordered the cake over the phone after visiting the website. I was not disappointed! I ordered a key lime cake with white chocolate butter cream frosting. We didn't have a specific theme for the cake so I ordered basic decorating. I was not disappointed! The cake was elegant. The key lime cake was light and delicious. The frosting wasn't too sweet and was the perfect compliment for the cake. All of our guests commented on how much they loved the cake!

I order a custom made Bluey Birthday Cake for my son’s 5th birthday. I was able to close the transaction even with out going ones in person. They take care of me via email and phone. I send all the pictures of what I want and they really take care of every detail really well. The cake taste amazing! This place is really creative and can give you unique and beautiful cakes. I will choose them over other bakeries with more years in the business. Innovation should be in the brand name. Really happy! Everyone loves the cake in the party and was really impressed with the confection.

Worked with Sweet Life for my wedding, originally scheduled for 2020, but postponed to 2021. They were accommodating and understanding. I was beyond impressed with the quality of the small cake and mini desserts we ordered, I would definitely order from here again!

The ladies there are awesome! Very creative! Very helpful! Very nice! Everything we ordered was delicious and ready on a very short time schedule! Buttercream icing is a must try. We had diabetics and non-diabetics and everyone loved it as it curbed the sweet tooth without being too sweet. Also bought red velvet cheesecake cupcakes and cake pops. All were a 15 on a scale from 1-10. Will definitely be a return customer.

These ladies are fantastic and accommodating. In New Orleans from out of State, I ordered a birthday cake for my husband. It was fantastic, well decorated, fresh, and delicious. Alot of times, when you order a cake it is dry and the frosting is overly sweet. This was not the case at all. The cake was moist, the icing was lite, fluffy, and not heavy or overly sweet. I would definitely order from The Sweet Life Bakery again!! The cake was beautiful, delicious, and inexpensive!

I found you all on Google, I walked in greeted by Jessica saved my day for my wife birthday with options for cakes. Jessica was easy to work with and gave me ides and color coordination with my wife being diagnosed with Breast Cancer. The small cakes were a Hit,,, my Family loved it and taste great. Thanks again.

For a foodie city, the bakeries are weak. I saw a Facebook ad and decided to try it. I got a cup cake since that would be indicative of the cake and frosting. I spoke with the owner and she told me she used a swiss meringue frosting. This is a true buttercream using real butter. I never understood why people like the grocery store cakes and bakeries that use shortening and sugar. Would you take a scoop of Crisco, add powdered sugar and then eat it? Well, thats what kind of frosting that is on those types of cakes. Disgusting! The chocolate cake was moist and the milk chocolate frosting was perfect on this cupcake. Will be back to try more items.

The Ooey Gooey cake stole the show for me-I swear it's life changing! Great place if you want authentic pastries that are fresh and delicious. I got a glimpse of the gorgeous custom cakes. Overall very impressive.

Jenny with the Sweet Life Bakery was incredible. I absolutely LOVED my wedding cake!! It turned out so gorgeous. We met and did tastings with other bakeries in New Orleans and the Sweet Life tasted WAY better than anywhere else and the price was slightly less than elsewhere. Jenny did an incredible job. I gave her a Pinterest picture of what I wanted and she made it happen. I HIGHLY recommend this bakery!!!

Cakes, cupcakes, king cakes, ice cream.... you name it! The Sweet Life is my go to for all things sweet. I first found them at a bridal show about 4 or 5 years ago and was hooked after trying the red velvet cake. 🤤 Jenny and Jessica have made cakes and desserts for my bachelorette, birthday, anniversary, friend’s celebrations... and this year I even tried their cake that looked like a toilet paper roll at the beginning of COVID! So funny and can’t wait to see what other creations they come up with!

I just tried the new King Cake flavor, which was Ooey Gooey King Cake and candied bacon. It changed my life. I will never order King Cake from anyone else. The owners are sisters and incredible, and will help you find whatever your sweet tooth heart desires. Cannot recommend more!!!

When my mom brought the cake home it was more than I could of ever imagined!! The design and taste were flawless!!! From now on I know where I will be getting my pastries and cakes from!!!

Oh my damn. This place will forever have a huge place in my heart. My baby girl just had dental surgery and even though they don't make milkshakes, the staff found a way too make one for her. Simply because of that I'll anyways come back, plus the fact that their ice cream and baked treats are freaking awesome doesn't hurt either!!!!
