Visiting Nashville, ate at a restaurant down the street, they recommended Tiffs for desert. We walked down opened the door and were met with the most genuine and infectious smile I have ever seen. Ari was obviously very busy, very friendly and professionally served us, a group of 6. She recommended a few items and explained some items. At no time did the smile go away. After serving us she gave us some history of the company and other locations we may come across traveling. The cookies were absolutely amazing. The shop was immaculate. If this is the service and product you provide at all locations I will be sure to stop anytime I see a location. I was torn that I didnt get the time to go back and buy a couple dozen the next day. So, awesome place, great outstanding cookies, and top of the field service from Ari. One of the most memorable moments of the trip.

Definitely hits the spot when you need some cookies fast. Smells like heaven the moment you step inside. The main flavors are chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, and M&M. All really buttery and delicious!

I have really enjoyed Tiff’s Treats. Yes, their product is expensive (a dozen cookies starts at $16). But they do taste good. I especially love their Tiffwich, which is an ice cream cookie sandwich with vanilla ice cream and your choice of 2 cookies. I love combining flavors, so I chose one with a peanut butter cookie and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, and another sandwich with snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies. Super tasty and messy! Exactly what I need on a hot day. Definitely check this place out if you have a chance!

Honestly subway has better cookies, but the chocolate brownies are good. Over priced not so good cookies. So after posting the initial review ⬆️ about Tiff’s Treats, I was contacted by their customer’s resolutions manager Austyn. I explained why I have gave them two stars the first time. They went ahead and made a new order of their freshly baked cookies, brownies and ice cream to make up for the bad experience. This just so happened to fall on my birthday! First off Tiff’s treats has the best packaging hands down!!! And I was so impressed and overwhelmed that they cared enough of my review to give me a better experience all expenses taken care of by the company. I just wanted to say Thank You Tiff’s Treats! the birthday surprise was very much appreciated!❤️

Staying at a hotel across the street from Tiff's Treats so we decided to give them a try. We ordered some cookies and cookie balls, online and picked up at the store. Our order was ready when we arrived.. Both are amazing. The cookies were warm when i picked them up, walked back to my hotel, and 30 minutes later, they are still warm. The packaging is great for keeping the cookies warm. Both the salted caramel chocolate chip and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies we ordered are amazing. The cookie balls are equally good.

The cookies are my favorite! However I had them delivered with ice cream for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary. The window was set for 4-5pm and I actively did not check the box for the window to be flexible. Cookies were delivered at 3:30 and I did not get home in time to get them before the ice cream melted in the 90 degree weather. The order was $40 for melted ice cream. Thanks. Edit: Tiff’s treats reached out to me and offered to re-deliver the order. Thank you for making it right and for the good customer service!

Was really craving a nice warm cookie yesterday afternoon and found this place after googling "Cooking Delivery in Nashville". Giving 5 stars because: They came at the beginning of the delivery window time which was a big plus in my book. The cookies came warm, and I did share a few in my office and they went over really well. They were a little on the expensive side but worth the delivery. I'd probably order again especially if they did specials every once in a while.

Yummy cookies. Personally, not as good as 8th ave bakery or Christie’s. The girl working is super friendly! They only take card. There is free parking in the garage on the first floor. She gave me a free cookie that she had warmed up, but another customer left because they had no payment.

Pretty decent cookies. However, you can make a dozen at home for about $4 instead of paying $18-$20 for a dozen here. There were no brownies and the cookies were quite limited in availability. —I ordered in store around 4pm.

Decided to try this quaint little dessert place out in The Gulch before work one day and the milk and cookies were fantastic! I enjoyed the brownie cookie and the snickerdoodle cookie! Had a good time chatting with the guy at the register as well. Thanks for the good experience!

My order was incomplete when it was delivered. I called to notify someone the order was incomplete, Matt answered and took great care of me. He was very polite and helpful, he even offered to re-deliver the order the same day. (Unable to deliver the same day due to office hour time constraints) Not only was the corrected order delivered the next day, I received a gift card via email. I called expecting nothing at all, but Matt did a great job and made everything right! THANK YOU!

Loved their sustainably and secured my wrapped warm, tasty and superior quality cookies. I would try this for my sudden parties and office treats. I know this supports a lot of people but personally felt a bit expensive as I can get the same ones store bought or in mcd for 1/4 th price. However you have a luxury to get them delivered to home or ur friend with an extra gift specific price on the day you want. Also the best thing is you can order these delicacies with ice cream, milk , festive dessert bars , smears/spreads and other great accessories like individual wrapped too. Kudos to their wonderful app ., email , call n text notification systems.

I am out of state and I ordered these online to be delivered to a family member who lives in Nashville. They were delivered on time and I received not only a text notification but a call from the manager confirming the delivery address and special instructions. I did not get to taste them but judging by the feedback from the recipient, I think it went over very well. A great alternative to sending flowers!

Cookies are good, but you cannot choose your choices. You have to accept what they have pre-selected- tiffs mix. I think that is stupid, if I am going to pay my money I want to pick what I want- definitely a flaw in the ordering process- for that reason will not go back.
