Where to start! First off, great communication. They really get to know what you want! My cake was more than I could’ve ever asked for. The attention to detail! They made my birthday! Nashville Sweets did an amazing job on our cake for our wedding day in April 2021! They were very professional and super helpful throughout the whole process. Because of Covid, we did a phone consultation and a pick-up tasting, which both went so smoothly. On the day of the wedding, the wedding cake and groom’s cake were perfect! Both of the cakes looked amazing, and they tasted even better! Our wedding cake was the best cake I have ever tasted. We had so many compliments from our guests about how great the cake was, and a lot of people went back for multiple pieces. These cakes are still talked about months after our wedding! The whole team at Nashville Sweets is wonderful. Rachael and Brooke helped coordinate everything and they were awesome! We highly recommend Nashville Sweets!

Nashvillle Sweets is the absolute best. They provide many cakes for free each month to the kids of Safe Haven homeless shelter. They are beautiful, delicious cakes that are sometimes the first birthday cakes our kids have ever had. Often when I go to pick up a cake I buy cupcakes and other treats for the office and they are always fabulous. I can’t say enough good things about Nashville Sweets

The real deal. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Nashville sweets may be one if the only bakeries in Nashville that uses real buttercream. That just makes cupcakes more enjoyable. The strawberry cupcakes in particular, I can tell they used some real buttercream and real strawberries instead of just flavoring. Worth the money.

Nashville Sweets made my wedding cake and a groom's cake. The wedding cake was beautiful and the groom's cake was exactly what we wanted - something a little kitschy but not overly so. Plus, they were both deliciously moist with great fillings (we chose almond/raspberry and chocolate/salted caramel). We actually had no leftovers by the end of the wedding weekend. We even opted to eat the top cake instead of saving it for our anniversary, and many of our guests commented on how delicious the cakes were. And finally, the price was reasonable.

Nashville Sweets is a boutique cake shop with great desserts and very accommodating service. I visited with my fiancee during a trip to Nashville for her birthday. The coconut cake was amazing and they even sold individual candles and lit the candle on the cake with a mini-blow torch. Very cool! We were both very pleased with the experience and would certainly return!

I needed a cake for my birthday and because it was a milestone birthday I wanted something special. I found Nashville Sweets through a Google search and called to place my order. The staff was great - was so excited to find a bakery that was able to do a fun flavored gluten free cake. I did go with one of their standard cakes vs a customized cake. Payment was easy, they send you the invoice straight to your email and on the day of pickup it was quick and easy and the cake was gorgeous and so yummy! Definitely will be using them again in the future.

We had the BEST cake ever for our wedding. All my guests raved about how delicious it was! They created it exactly how we requested and it was beautiful. Brooke was really nice and responsive when we were interacting but I was just so so pleased with the turnout of the cake! We got the "wedding flavor" and it was definitely the best cake I've ever had!

At my latest wedding with Nashville Sweets, we offered a cake bar with a variety of flavors: Raspberry Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet, Vanilla, Strawberry, and Peanut Butter Cup. It was a huge hit, and all the guests had to have every flavor-- we could barely keep the slices coming fast enough! It's always a pleasure working with the wonderful people at Nashville Sweets.

These people are fabulous. I ordered two wedding cakes for a backyard, Halloween theme wedding for my daughter. One gluten-free, one regular. They helped with the design, with figuring out how much cake we needed and made it an easy experience. Since I live 1000 miles away, it was key to have someone reliable and communicative and I found that here. Everyone loved the look of the cakes and both were delicious. I absolutely highly recommend them for any special occasion where you want quality and an easy experience.

My son graduated from Tennessee State University on 12/7 and I decided to go with Nashville Sweets for the cake. So glad that I did! The cake and cupcakes were both beautiful and DELICIOUS! The process was very easy. I worked with Rachel and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She helped me order it on the phone about 2 weeks prior to graduation. When I met her in person she was so sweet! She even carried the cake out to my car and placed it in the car for me! Such awesome customer service! I walked around asking everyone if they liked the cake & cupcakes and everyone agreed that they were very tasty. Very moist and flavorful. I'm so happy that I went with you guys and I will definitely visit in the future. Great job Nashville Sweets, I'm a fan!

Best cake I have ever had! I ordered the Vanilla drip cake for my best friends birthday while in Nashville. Beautifully decorated, frosting was incredible and the cake was not dry at all! Highly recommend Nashville Sweets!

I ordered a cake, cake pops and a dozen of cupcakes online and had accidentally input the wrong pick-up date. It was the easiest phone call ever to change the date and time of pick-up and the customer service was amazing despite having the backyard of the shop damaged by the recent tornados. The treats were such a hit at our bachelorette party, they did not last long. The almond flavor was perfect! I wish I lived in Nashville, because they would be my go-to bakery.

I ordered a birthday cake for a friend and it was amazing! I don’t live in Nashville but it was easy for me to order and pay via phone and pick up it when I arrived. The cake was amazing! I also picked up some cupcakes, cake pops, and Tennessee shaped cookies! It was all so good! The cake was dense but very moist! Great flavor and great cake to icing ratio!

I recently got a cake from Nashville Sweets it was a Prince themed cake for a surprise party. It was a hit!! Not only was it beautiful, but it was delicious. I had a baker to flake on me so I was trying to find someone a week before the party. Whoever I spoke with on the phone was so nice. Told me not to worry that they could make the cake and it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this bakery. I never write reviews, but I had to do it because they were awesome!!!

EDIT: The owner contacted me and offered a new box of cookies. Idk what happened with the first one, but the new cookies were delicious!! They were soft and fresh with way better flavor. Great customer service from Nashville Sweets! Original review: I ordered a cookie sampler and all the cookies were rock hard and stale. It was expensive and gross...like worse than kroger. Their cakes look amazing, but after trying their cookies, I doubt I'd risk a bigger purchase there.

My husband and I love this bakery. We go in for snacks anytime we're in the area. I've never had anything I didn't thuroughly enjoy! We also used them for our wedding cake which was an overall good experience. The price was the best part. After checking out several bakeries they were by far the most reasonable at the awesome quality. They even did custom cake pops for my groom which were adorable and delicious! The actual wedding cake itself tasted great, but I felt like it could've looked cleaner based on the design we had. Overall I would highly recommend at the very least checking them out and sampling their treats!

Anyone who doesn't give this place 5 stars is probably unhappy with life the majority of the time. They did the cake for my wedding, 5 stars and they make a custom cake for my anniversary every year. They have done a cake shaped like a stack of napkins, cotton candy, Harry Potter's trunk, and a cake with John Lennon that was HAND DRAWN. They also did a cake to lift my wife's spirits when she had a hysterectomy (it was red velvet) and my mother in law when she had to have a double mastectomy (Thanks For The Mammories!) If you dream it up, they can do it. Everything is always better with cake from Nashville Sweets

My 5-Star rating is for both taste and service. I was gifted a personalized cake from here and the lettering was perfectly precise. When I tasted it, I knew this cake and I were going to become an item. Indeed, we spent a fantastic week together. The friends I shared with agreed: I THOUGHT I HAD TO GET MARRIED TO GET A CAKE THIS GOOD! Looking now at reviews, I’m seeing some reports of single-serve items being dry. I can’t speak to that; but if you’re getting an entire cake, this is the place to go! You can tell from the picture how moist and fluffy it is on the inside. At no point did my cake dry up or become anything less than amazing.

Their designs online are beautiful! However, they sent me a sketch of what my cake would look like and when I replied with suggestions (have the writing on top of the cake instead of the side and use your creativity to decorate the top layer instead of leaving it plain white fondant), they pretty much ignored it and went with the sketch. I chose the double chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and the mousse was divine, but the actual cake was very dry.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the strawberry cupcakes were awesome, very fresh. The cake pops were as well. Also had a chocolate dipped cannoli! Only downfall is selection, not a terribly huge place, more suited for custom order cakes and large orders! Still a cool spot in the Eastside Station.

This place is THE BEST!!! From ordering to the delivery and of course the cake. I wish I could post a picture of the cake, it was so beautiful and my daughter (25th bday) was so surprised as I live out of state and of course the whole country is quarantined-I couldn’t be there to celebrate her. With the help of their next door neighbors (vroom vroom balloons) y’all made her day super special and her Momma very happy!!!!

Recently just visited with my family, cup cakes very awesome. The cake was very moist, had the almond joy, strawberry cream cheese, and chocolate mousse, all were very good. The only drawback, chocolate chip cookie seemed hard, and oatmeal cream pie, tasted like ginger cookies.

I ordered a custom chocolate peanut butter cake for my husbands birthday and the overall look was beautiful and the frosting was very good, a little sweet but good flavor for a peanut butter frosting, the only issue I had was the cake was dry and bland on the inside 😕 I would maybe recommend smaller treats or request it be made extra moist?
