Gourmand

This is a decent cookie spot, however cookies are expensive here. They have a good variety of creative flavors! We got a Bonita Applebum (chai spiced), Sweater Weather (sea salt caramel and Twix), and a Mr. Jones (maple cookie and Kit Kat). These all were pretty yummy, with the best one being the Sweater Weather. One thing that I wish this bakery could change is serving warm cookies. Our cookies were cold and probably not fresh due to that. Other excellent cookie spots in the city like Tiff’s Treats will warm up your cookies prior to serving, leading to an incredible experience. If this spot did this, they would definitely be bumped up a star. They also have stuffed cookies, sandwich cookies, and ice cream sandwiches. To be more competitive with other cookie bakeries in the city, it would be beneficial to lower individual cookies by about $1, half dozens by $5, and full dozens by $7-10. They currently charge $3/cookie, $15 for half dozen, and $30 for full dozen. Again for comparison, Tiff’s Treats sells cookies that are just as large at about 70% of the cost of these. In the end, while it’s a decent spot for cookies, I think serving fresher and warmer cookies while looking at the price point again would improve this business to a 5/5.

I’ve been all over Nashville looking for the best bakery and HiFi Cookies is hands down the best!!! The flavor combos they make with the cookies are out of this world! I finally ordered a cookie cake from them and it was the highlight of the day for the birthday boy! We used to get cookie cakes from a popular chain, but we will only be using HiFi from now on the cookie cake was THAT GOOD!!

Can't go wrong with any of the cookies here. They were so good we came back for a second half dozen each before leaving Nashville. The staff are also all lovely!

You won’t find better cookies anywhere. As in “mind-boggling” kind of good. Each bite really is magical with so much thought having gone in to everything that’s part of the cookie. Do yourself a favor and get alllll of them, including the ice cream sammies!

I worked at a shop that ordered HiFi wholesale and their cookies are top-notch. The flavors they come up with are unmatched and truly specialty cookies compared to chains likes Tiffs, Crumbl, etc. If you’re looking to support a great local business making badass treats, HiFi is your spot!

This cookie shop is top notch, but get there early Bc they sell out. The cookies are named after music legends and you get to label the box with a little mixtape sticker. Oh also they’re the best cookies I’ve ever had-lots of flavors, colors, combos, textures that taste delicious and make you feel GOOD. My favorites are Marvin Gaye (pretzel choc chip) and Johnny Cash (cocoa pebbles?! And chocolate).

I have had HiFi cookies before and they are so, so great! They especially make great local gifts to bring for hosts when traveling. Their service has always been great as well. I once traveled with a cookie cake and they were very helpful on the best strategy. More recently though, I used them to cater dessert for a reception. We picked four flavors and had them individually packaged. They even delivered here in Nashville! It was so hard to narrow down the choices. Our guests had great reviews and many had more than one cookie at the event and took a couple home as well. They were such a hit!! Definitely recommend HiFi for both your daily cookie craving and for any group cookie needs :).
