Wedding Planner here! I have worked with Berried N Cream Bakery several times now for various events (birthday parties, baby showers, and weddings). The cakes and the desserts they have provided have been vegan and/or gluten free and have looked fantastic! The presentation of the desserts and cakes is perfect and you can tell by the look of them that it is of quality ingredients. It is important for desserts/cake to look pretty, but more importantly it needs to taste good. From experience, everything I have tasted from Berries N Cream has been exceptional. I honestly couldn't tell if the desserts/cakes were gluten free/vegan. Everything tastes so good that I always go back for more! There are plenty of great tasting and pretty products that bakeries produced in the Nashville area, however one of the most noticeable things that sets Berries N Cream apart from the others is their customer service. Berries N Cream has excellent customer service! They work with you to provide the best cakes/desserts and even give you additional ideas & suggestions if you are struggling to make up your mind. They deliver and have never been late or missed an appointment. I highly recommend them!

We had a big ask for Berried n Cream. We wanted individual lava cakes for our wedding guests. After multiple bakeries turned us down this company made it happen. They were so great about making our dreams come true and they even made us a big cake for our cake cutting. Loved them and would totally recommend to anyone in the area.

Berries n Cream Bakery is so outstanding!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Chantall made our wedding cake. She is so talented and "can do" anything. She drove from Gallatin to deliver the cake in August at Ravenswood Mansion in Brentwood. We had several dietary restrictions which were not a problem with her. Our wedding cake was GF, no sugar or dairy.....oh my, the taste was so enjoyable. Our guests couldn't believe the flavors that came to life when they took a bite. Please do not hesitate to hire Berries n Cream for your next occasion.....You will be delighted you did!! Thank you Chantall!!

Due to several members of our wedding party having Celiac and IBS issues, we needed a gluten-free cake to add to our traditional wedding cake. I found the Berries n' Cream Bakery on Google, and after talking with the owner, ordered the Blood Orange Dark Chocolate Cake. OMG!!! The cake was a total hit, and one of my happiest memories will be eating the leftover cake with my now husband in our honeymoon suite - just two forks, a box of the most delicious cake, and some amazing memories. Thank you for what you do!

I found Berries and Cream on a Google search. I loved the reviews I read and that they could also help out with my guests who had gluten & dairy challenges. This would make all the guests at my event feel included. I loved their excellent communication, suggestions, outstanding quality of cupcakes, and ability to rent trays to display the cupcakes. They even delivered and did the set up at the venue for me while I was tied up in my training event with my clients. This was a super smooth and desirable experience. I would use them again!

From the moment we met Chantall for our consultation, I knew we had found the perfect baker for our wedding. This might have been because I had just taken a bite of her absolutely divine earl grey tea cake -- but it was also Chantall's warmth and excitement for helping us celebrate our wedding. My wife and some of our family have dietary restrictions, and Chantall made it effortless to put together a cake that met all these requirements and taste magical -- really a case of having our cake and eating it too! Of all the blur of memories on our wedding day, I absolutely remember and love that first bite of cake we shared as newlyweds -- already planning to order a cake for our anniversary! I probably should have waited for a photo to go with this review, but I wanted to share how amazing our experience with Chantall was right away!

So happy we found Berries and Cream Bakery to do our wedding cake! My fiancé is allergic to eggs (and many other things), which seemed like it would present quite the challenge for having a good quality wedding. Chantall sure proved us wrong! We set up a tasting with her and got to taste six unique and absolutely delicious cake flavors (all egg free!). We’ve both had good vegan cake before, but we still so surprised with how good her cakes were and how much variety she offered! She was so willing to work with our vision of our cake all the way down to the cake stand to really tie well into our decor. And everything was reasonably priced as well considering the baking adjustments needed for the dietary accommodations. On the day of our wedding, we got to enjoy a lovely cake with tiers of lemon blueberry and vanilla bean cake. We were so happy with the end result and our guests were too! Highly recommend Berries and Cream Bakery for any allergy-friendly (and regular) baked goods and specialized cakes!

Chantall was amazing to work with, and created the perfect gothic cake for our Viking wedding! Her red velvet cake is amazing and looked perfect with the black outside!! She went above and beyond at the wedding with the florals on the cake as well. We would absolutely use her again!

I ordered the Brown Butter Cake with Grapefruit Curd and Brown Sugar Rosemary Buttercream. So delicious and as beautiful as pictured! The grapefruit curd was the best part.

Chantall was easy to work with, and the product was exactly as we had requested! We loved the strawberry and rosemary gallette, and the cupcakes were perfect for my daughter's first birthday. I was so glad to find a local baker who could accommodate dairy and corn allergies with a tasty dessert the entire family could enjoy. Would definitely order from Berries 'n Cream again!

Let me begin by saying this. I am a stickler for customer service. I have worked in fashion retail for 10+ years. I have had my fair share of customer service mishaps as everyone has especially when it comes to food. When I am searching for a place to eat, as someone who is BOTH vegan AND gluten free, there are times where I need a bit more attention than the average vegan. The FIRST place I go is Instagram to do my research 😉. I have to ask a LOT of questions. Chantal, the owner (and you say her name like "Shawn tall" lol) was very prompt with responding to and answering my questions in the comments section and maintained this level of customer service when I "slid into the DM's." I will be going there the beginning of February for the first time because of the customer service. This is where so mamy restauranteurs miss the mark leaving potential business left on read and comments unanswered. Instagram is an extention of your business that still requires customer service to be had. And from my research, it seems the food will be just as good as the customer service or better.
