Probably some of the best, softest cookies I've had when it comes to classic cookies. Not the size that Crumble usually has, but ones you can stuff multiple in your mouth, kind. Freshly baked as always, and the ice cream sandwich is a go to.

A bit on the pricey side. This location was very small and can get pretty busy. I had to wait outside for a bit of time, but the customer service was great. I got a variety of cookies and really enjoyed the chocolate chip m&m cookies, the sugar cookie, and the birthday cake cookie. The brownie with vanilla ice cream was ok and I enjoyed the cashier/server decorating the vanilla ice cream.

I’m a huge cookie fiend, and these were calling name. They have the perfect crunch texture on the outside, and inside is the right amount of softness. Seriously good cookies. Deluxe cookies are huge! It’s a pretty good deal for 4 deluxe and 4 classic ($20). That way you can try anything. Didn’t get a chance to try an ice cream cookie sandwich, but there’s always next time.

Quite honestly some of the best cookies I've had in many years. They're fresh baked cookies are vastly better than their online delivery cookies. That's not to say the online delivery or bad by any means, but once you've had the ones fresh to order there's no going Back. The peanut butter cookie rains Superior above all others in my personal opinion. And peanut butter cookies not even my favorite type of cookie, which says a lot.

SO GOOD!!!!! I make it a rule to come here only when it’s that time of the month because they are soo good and that just makes them better. Cherish every single bite because you’ll miss it when it’s gone! I guarantee that! The cookies are served warm, and the ice cream is perfect! The softness of the cookies makes them perfect. I had French silk ice cream, and it was incredible. I just wish they had that flavor every time, but the second time I had moose tracks, which was also very good. The peanut butter chip cookie was the BEST EVER. I love coming here! Although the place is super tiny. The crowds are in and out very quickly. It’s super convenient and the staff is very friendly and help you order. It’s simple. It’s ice cream, and it’s cookies. What else do you need?!? The cookies were cooked perfectly, soft and moist. The delivery was quick ,quicker than I anticipated and I liked being able to see where the driver was. Didn't get a chance to take pictures as we inhaled them. Daughter ordered a Bigwhich with double chocolate chunk cookies. Talk about a sugar rush Wife ordered the same but with double chocolate mint cookies. I ordered the cookiewhich with double chocolate mint cookies with vanillia ice cream. I did puchase the 18 pack for my team tomorrow, that is what is photod. Staff who served us was friendly and helpful. Said for cookies the next day, warm for 15 seconds. Will try other combos when around their locations.

Website says open at 11, I get there at 11:30 and they're still closed. I say fine, go run an errand, come back at 11:40 and they're open, but the guy says it'll be at least another 10 minutes. I ended up leaving because I had to get to work. The cookies here are good and all, but punctuality is evidently not their forte.

Amazing. I know they don’t deliver in Minneapolis (cry), and none of the delivery services pick them up, but it’s worth the drive. Or pay a neighbor teenager to go get them for you. Every bite leaves you satisfied. Don’t forget the milk.

Its a very small place close to the university and always busy. Cookies are fresh, warm and taste amazing. Dint get a chance to try their ice creams, the options looked really good. Its open till late night which is a bonus when you are craving for late night desert.

Amazingly good cookies!! I always get the white chocolate macadamia and it's so warm and gooey on the inside!! Just the way I like them. As of covid-19, if you decide to pay with cash, bring EXACT CHANGE, and that it's two guests inside at a time. If you decide to pay with card, know that the minimum amount is $3. UPDATE: You now can pay any amount by card since they have a card reader now!

been twice in the past week 😬 i've only gotten the chocolate chunk both times, and they're pretty good (first time i went, they were STRAIGHT outta the oven and super gooey.. delicious). it's not a place you'll wanna sit down and eat because there's just a couple stools by the window, and they're usually occupied. the service is rather lackluster, but the employees probably spend most of their time selling cookies to drunk college students at 2 AM, so i get it.

Cookies and ice cream, can it get much better? Insomnia Cookies offers a nice selection of warm and delicious cookies. If you need a little ice cream in your life, they also offer ice cream sandwiches or just scoops. Our kids had a great time picking out combinations that would be tasty together. Don't plan on staying too long though, the shop if very small and only has two seats. Otherwise you will have to snag some seating at the store next door. They also offer cookie cakes, which I can't wait to try on my birthday.

Had my first Insomnia Cookie today after lunch. I had a deluxe peanut butter cup. Holy cookie! It was warm, it tasted fresh, it was gooey, it was... out of this world delicious. I think it was the best cookie I've ever had. I understand that Insomnia is open late and also delivers. It's a great idea near the college. I wish I had had one of these in my college town. There's a small case in the front near the register that shows the cookies they have available. I don't see how you could go wrong with any of them. They're amazing! Expect to pay about $2 per cookie.

Your peanut butter cookies are like drugs for my dog. I love your cookie selection but wish you would deliver my cookie orders more accurately. (sometimes I get extra cookies/sometimes I'm missing cookies) I've only had one bad experience about the delivery time (which was like 90 minutes and I was almost asleep by the time they arrived) and all others were early. 2 out of 3 times the cookies are hot and fresh but I've been delivered cold and semi-warm cookies.

It's a very small but cozy place, the first thing that will hit you is the warmth and that gooey chocolate cookie smell. Not much seating so it is more grab and go, really absolutely no complaints besides them being sold out of smores cookies last time I went. 5/5

So if you like cookies, and who doesn't like cookies, you owe it to yourself to stop at Best Maid Cookie Company. You can order as many cookies as you want. They have cases and cases of any cookie you can imagine either cooked or in the form of dough. My favorite are the dough because then I can cook them myself. There is nothing better then hot cookies right out of the oven!! If cookies aren't your thing then their lemon bars are what you need to try. They are soft and so lemony it makes you pucker every time you eat them. Another option they have are broken or cookies that fall on the ground. I have a friend that buys cases of cookies to feed to the bears. I think they are like $3 a case which a pretty good deal.

A little spendy but sometimes you just need a double chocolate chip cookie at 1:30 am. This is the place to go or order from (they deliver). Just give into the temptation and buy the 6 cookies instead of just one. If you are feeling adventurous go for the next highest deal (I would assume 12?). Save some money though and buy milk before hand to eat with all of those delicious cookies you just bought!
