5/5 stars! Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, delicious desserts, and great vibes. Gordo’s was first a burger joint and then they switched it up to be dessert focused. I love that it’s a local, family owned business. My girlfriend and I were able to grab a table and we ordered their strawberry cheesecake waffle cone and fruity pebbles. So dang delicious! Not too sweet and more than enough (perfect to share between two people). The waffle was fresh and warm which complemented the ice cream and toppings. We will definitely be back!

A BAY VIEW - MILWAUKEE GEM 😋💎🍨 Yummy desserts in a central location. Ive been 4-5 times with different friends and everything we’ve tried, we loved! They open after 2pm. They have coffee and shakes. You’ll also get speedy and good customer service.

We stopped by on a Sunday night for some treats. The place was pretty busy and all the all the tables were full, so we sat in the back until some of them cleared out. We got our order in right away and it wasn’t too long before we recieved our food, and grabbed a table. It was pretty quiet inside, all you could hear were people talking. It would be nice to have some background music to mask some of the conversations going on. The staff was friendly, but quiet, it felt like a place that would be a little bit more upbeat, but blame it on Sunday night. We had the fruity pebbles bubble waffle cone and the nutty nana mini pancakes. Both were very good and would definitely get again! I think next time I would share the cone, it was pretty big for just me. Would go again!

Nice little undiscovered gem. They're bubble waffle cone is amazing! It served warm, and the ice cream does melt a little bit. However the bubble waffle cone itself does not get soggy, and it has an excellent mouthfeel. Staff is extremely friendly, and very helpful. The main problem that you'll have is trying to decide on which specific bubble waffle cone you want. They have many options that sound quite delicious. I had their strawberry cheesecake, and it was amazing. The cheesecake bites were well distributed. The strawberry ribbons within the ice cream were truly delightful, and the bubble waffle cone itself just brought it all together in a delicious and enjoyable way. I highly recommend stopping if you're in the area.

We had the cinnamon toast crunch and the nutty nanna. First, the staff here is absolutely a pleasure. They answered all of our questions, helped us go over the menu, and just generally took care of us. Super fantastic vibe in this cafe! The bubble waffles themselves are delightful. A little crisp and a lot fluffy in all of the right ways. The toppings and the ice cream were noms. All around a really cool little spot to grab a tasty treat. I'm sure we will return.

Walked past this place and decided to give a try. Ordered the biscoff waffle with butter pecan ice cream. Ice cream was super creamy and the waffle was super warm and fluffy. Super friendly staff. 12/10 would definitely recommend.

My husband took us here for a special treat. I was craving ice cream and he found this place on google maps. After reading all the reviews he took me here. I am so glad he did! I am absolutely OBSESSED with cookie butter, and they have a Biscof option. He loves mint chocolate and they have a mint monster one that has Nutella. We got them to go so ours pictures are flat but if you eat in, they are wrapped around like cones! They cook your waffle to order, we came at a busy time with at least 15 people there but it didn’t take long to get our delicious treats! We come to Milwaukee every year and I already added this place on google maps as a favorite so we can make it a yearly tradition!!

Love it! Ordered the waffle stick and waffle tower with ice cream. Waffles were fresh right out of the oven and were delicious. Also they are open till midnight so a great place for late night sweet craving.

Wow! What an experience?! Your ice cream cone is a huge bubble waffle, and think of added flavors like smores, strawberry, or Nutella 🧇🍦🍫🍓 I didn't know where to start, but when I did, I couldn't stop enjoying the taste at each bite. The menu is simple yet has a variety. You will never regret coming to this new spot in the amazing Bay View area.

It all began in 12’ when I visited the Pacific Northwest with my spouse to renew our vows. After a long night of romanticized escapading we decided to explore exotic delicacies in the nearby area. We stumbled upon what was known then as ‘bubbly waffles’, we were swept off of our feet and have been searching for local ‘bubbly waffles’ ever since. My oh my when Hansen and I found out a ‘bubble waffle cafè’ had opened up right next door to our home pad we had to check it out! Boy were we sent into an oral paradise!! I ordered the Cookie Monster bubble waffle and hubby ordered the biscoff bubble waffle. When I tell you this place is a must for dates, or even bringing the fam I mean it! The waffle was hot and fresh and the toppings melded together perfectly PS.. the wall art is definitely IG worthy!

Stopped by with a couple friends and our experience was nothing short of amazing. We were immediately greeted by the staff when we walked in, and we were all impressed with how clean the facility is. The manager took my order and did a great just of explaining the menu to me in detail. If you ever have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend this gem. Great dessert and even better service. Will be back.

Saw this place advertised on Instagram, stopped in with my daughter and her friends after a concert. Staff was super friendly and helpful, also very patient while we drooled over the menu, totally indecisive. Had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch per the gorgeous cashier’s recommendation. This place is amazing. The people here are super friendly and most importantly their menu selection is to die for. I got the birthday bash, the fruity pebble ice cream waffle cone and i fell in love. It was amazing It was so delicious I’m getting a second one I highly recommend this place to everyone I’m about to try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and I already know it’s going to extra tasty and delicious.

Exquisite. Waffle was warm and soft. Ice cream was good. I got the strawberry cheesecake and wasn’t disappointed. A very muscular gentleman (Bilal I think) was working the front counter. Easy on the eyes and very personable. He walked around and checked on all of the customers to make sure they were doing okay.

Came in one time before and really like the customer service. I was asked what could be changed for next time and I said more toppings on the bubble waffle cones. Came back in 2 days later was blown away. Gordos took my suggestion and made my bubble waffle cone really good. I can’t wait to come back again.
