Yum. I'm a big ole guy and love good food. We ordered 2 shrimp tacos, 1 steak burrito, with a side of rice and beans and the wife had a strawberry water drink. Everything was very tasty and served quickly.

So many options. I could visit a dozen times and still have more things to try. At first I thought a $10 sundae was a bit steep, but their scoops are gigantic so it's honestly worth it, just split it with a friend because it's huge lol.

Stopped on our way through Kentucky. So glad we did! Employee was so very helpful. Serving sizes are huge!!! Churros are warm, crunchy and sugary. Ice cream is rich and creamy. So many flavors! Everything is made in house.

Today was my first time! It was great. Clean location. Friendly and helpful staff. They even allow you to sample some flavors. Tons of options and add ons. It was overwhelming for me to choose, since they offer so much goodness. Pictured: Small cup of Pistachio with Freshly Sliced Strawberries. I have to make it back to try other flavors. Mix it up a bit. This place will allow you to take a step out of your comfort zone.

Really good ice cream spot. Has many different kinds and all sorts of toppings. They have fresh fruit and have different snacks that you can get here. I got the classic mangonada, it was really good.

Ice cream looks amazing and tastes better than it looks. The staff...weren't great both times we went. The first - we were the only two customers in the store. We walked in having never been there and the room is big and empty. It wasn't obvious right away where to go - to the registers? to the ice cream counter? and the two employees near the register never stopped their conversation or acknowledged we were there. We walked from the ice cream counter across the room to register to put in an order the employees just kept chatting about their social lives they both looked at us, but we just stood waiting for them to finish their conversation. It was embarrassing. The second - again was at lunch and they weren't busy. It was admittedly just after the fire and there were few options to choose from ice cream or food wise. Repairmen were onsite working on what looked like a refrigerator. The person at the register kept stopping in the middle of putting together our order to text. She continued to do so during the payment process. When someone has your receipt and change in her hand and is one handed texting so hard they don't notice your hand is under theirs and all they need to do it drop the change in? It felt like someone had hired their daughter / niece and she'd never had to work to feed herself a day in her life. It wasn't busy enough for two people, but goodness she needed a manager.

The popsicles are amazing. I always get the strawberry one and I've never had a better popsicle. All the flavors of ice cream I've tired and the churros are all great. There is now an El Salvadorian restaurant sharing the same space that also looks very good. The staff is generally very nice and helpful!

The sweet treats and ice creams they offer here are fantastic! Everything is made fresh and the place is very clean. Staff is always friendly. Even though they are always busy, the line moves quickly. All ice creams are delicious. Esquite, dorilokos, mangonadas are definitely worth trying!! The tacos and Queso are great too. Check this place out.

I am madly in love with this place. I take my friends, I go alone, I get take-out. Doesn't matter how you eat it, it's delicious. These are authentic food truck street tacos made in a brick-and-morter location. The meat is juicy, the veggies are fresh, and this is not bland white-people flavors - prepare for a spicy kick. There are two menu items that need slme work, the Quesadillas are a bit greasy. I'm not a fan of wet tortilla so that bugs me. The "walking taco" in the dortios bag is not great, either, but I personally hate most doritos and don't see the appeal of mixing stuff into that little chip bag. But the loaded nachos are a meal for two, man. It's massive and too tasty to explain. Also, quite spicy, which I love. The street tacos have all even fantastic. I've tried 4 of the flavors so far with no regrets. Do not miss out on the esquites - I was nervous when it looked like a cup of mayo, but once you mix it all together, it is truly the best esquites in town. But where this place truly excela is the ice cream and popsicles and other desserts. I get a Bionico every weekend - it's a tray of fresh fruit in small bites like mango and banana and grapes and apples covered in sweet cream and a scoop of ice cream (I always go horchata flavor!). It feels like it weighs 2 or 3 pounds. My favorite part is that if I forget it in the freezer, I can throw it in a blender with some oat milk the next morning and have an incredibly tasty smoothie for breakfast! The popsicles give Steel City a run for their money. I love that I can see all the fresh fruit pieces! This is my weekend eatery and I can't say enough good things about it. The staff is friendly and fast and attractive like the cast of a tv show. It's bright and fun inside and everyone is washing hands and wearing gloves. I love the place.

I love this place so do my kids. The ice cream and flavors of treats are the BEST around. The only room for improvement is a more professional staff. Sometimes we deal with super unnecessary goofiness and sometimes we deal with someone who just seems tired and ready to go home. Almost as if our orders are unconvincing her somehow 😬. There is one lady probably the manager that seems pretty professional but very monotone.

Amazing!!!! They have every flavor ice cream and other treats. You can taste anything you want and the customer service is beyond exceptional. Very inexpensive and did I mention delishes. I had the best ice cream and it tasted like I ate a real strawberry. They use fresh and real ingredients. Definitely check it out it is soooo worth it. Again amazing!!

Their food is delicious, me and my wife had their tacos and a torta, with some esquites as our side. All tasted great. Then we had some ice cream, which is some of the best ice cream in Louisville. Panchitos is a gem of a restaurant, if you haven't been you really should try it.

Came here as a last minute craving for ice cream and it did not disappoint! We were pleastently surprised at their extensive, authentic menu and great prices. We got a cup of ice cream and churros. They were fresh churros and flavorful ice cream with many options. This venue also has an amazing menu that I can't wish to come back to. Inside is very clean with a friendly staff that makes you feel at home when you walk in.

My husband called as soon as I got to the truck, I needed to go get my niece by Dixie, then go back to shepherdsville. Es el local que está en Preston al que me refiero y lo de las gracias sería para todas las muchachitas en general que muy escasas veces dan las gracias. Bueno ya a pasado buen tiempo y debo decir que el dueño respondio y actuó rapido, las bolas volvieron y se mantienen de buen tamaño por eso subi de 3 a 5 estrellas
