Best best best cookies ever!! I tried double chocolate chunk cookie wich with vanilla ice cream and it was delicious.They are relatively inexpensive, and very tasty! Great place for cookie lovers.

Stopped here 9/9 while walking through Broad Ripple. We got a dozen assorted cookies to go. I loved them, my husband hated them. They are soft & gooey which I love but he likes a hard crispy cookie. Personal choice. 4 stars because (to my surprise) they don’t have a case out front to look at the cookies & pick. They have a ice cream case (?) maybe they should be insomnia ice cream

This my first time here. The employees are amazing. They could use a new security guard. THE BROWNIES AND COOKIES were worth the 30 minutes wait outside. WET!! Literally melts in your mouth.

Such soft delicious cooks 😍 Very good cookies, absolutely love them. My personal favorite is the peanut butter. HOWEVER peanut butter is dry normally so you will need or want water after. I say this because I do it every time yet I still LOVE these cookies. They have some chocolate lovers, raisin lovers, and even plain sugar cookie lovers. You really cannot go wrong getting cookies here, the hours are what make the place unique. What is best as since it’s in broad ripple they are open extra late!

The young lady working the front around 8PM Jan. 7th is doing great. So nice. A belligerent customer even came in as we ordered, being rude about having to abide by capacity rules, and she handled it with such class.

This is one of my absolute favorite spots! Staff is soo friendly and it’s like you’ve known them forever. I go here a lot bc they have the best cookies in the city as well as brownies, ice cream and strawberry/chocolate/white milk!! 🤤 I am not a fan of ice cream so if you are like me, you can ask them to top your cookie with this nice creamy frosting stuff as an alternative to an ice cream cookie sandwich!! Everything is soft and warm and they are open late which makes it perfect for late night snacks!

The best way to anyone’s heart ! HOT FRESH SNICKERDOODLES until 3am ..there is almost always a little lined formed by the front door. It’s not for any reason, it’s because the staff is friendly and fast and the cookie are realllly good. I frequent the place, and you shoukd stop by and try it any time your in town or drive all the way across town for these cookies like I do regularly! Haha ENJOY!

Disappointed, excited to get their delicious cookies today. Ordered online and went to pick up and their store is closed due to electoral issues. I don't know why you can order online, but I'm really frustrated. Contacted the corporation support, no response from email in 3 days and waited on the phone for 2 hours before I got auto disconnected. Unsure when I'll get a refund. :(

I brought my 2 boys here for the first time. The cookies are really delicious. However, we did have to wait outside in the rain for 15 minutes due to only 4 customers being allowed in the store at once. Also, it was only one person working and he didnt move quickly, which made the process much slower.

I had placed an order online that somehow didn't go through. It was for 60 cookies and the website indicated that it would take an additional hour for them to be able to bake them and have them ready. When I got there to pick them up, the order was not ready because my order had not gone through. The young lady working graciously was able to fill my order with the cookies she had in stock. She was very pleased to do so! You don't get this kind of customer service very often anymore! Add that to the fact that these are amazing cookies and that's the reason I give them 5 stars!

Cookies were delicious and nice and warm. Gooey in the middle but a nice bit of crunch on the outside. They keep their cookies in a warmer to help with that. Service was fast and friendly. The price for me is a little high but if you get a pack and have them as a special treat, it is really nice.

This are the kind of little things that make a place special. I went today for the first time to this place because I heard a lot of great things about their cookies and I wanted something sweet, I decided to get a brownie with ice cream and try one of the cookies but I couldn’t decide between the sugar one and the sugar with cinnamon but the lady that helped me, I think she told me she is the manager, decided to treat me with the other one so I can try their most popular and I loved everything. Little things that make me definitely want to come back. And their vibe in the place 5 starts too.

It's a good thing that the cookies are amazing because the staff leaves much to be desired. The large person with green hair can be the sweetest person one day and the next day a complete opposite. And if it was once..maybe twice, it's not a big deal . Everyone has bad days. But it's every other time. Great , expensive cookies though. So happy they were open for Covid19's darkest days.

It's hot as heck inside but it's soooo worth the fresh warm cookies!! Great cookie choices. They even have ice cream and a brownie. The cherry on top is the ice cold milk you can grab on your way out the door!! (Though a few of my friends wish they carried non-dairy milk choices)

Delicious soft fresh cookies, good customer service, and respectful workers. Only thing is I wouldn't recommend ordering for delivery (reviews speak for themselves) nor ordering ahead of time (sometimes they miss my order and this is after arriving longer after pick up time). Another thing that seems to be common at this location is that they always keep running out of the S'mores and Triple Chocolate, but do keep in mind this is the only Insomnia in Indy, so they're probably really busy. They should open up a 2nd location in Indy IMO. Update: It seems that when a flavor is out, you can't order it online which is good.

I came in to the Broad Ripple location and was waited on by a young lady name Justice. Although they were out of my favorite cookies she suggested I try the new salted caramel cookie. It was a great recommendation and now my new favorite. Very nice staff especially during this difficult time....thank you !

They are okay. I had the impression they would be fabulous. But the cookies are like the ones you buy from the refrigerator and taste kind of the same. The ice cream is mediocre. I wouldn't go out of my way to go there, but if I was in Broad Ripple and wanted a cookie really bad, they would suffice.

Their cookie selection is amazing. It feels like there is everyone's favorite in there, even brownies! The staff is dynamic, even late at night and their cookies are served warmed up but still maintain the crunchiness! Definitely the spot to go to when you need a night snack!

The customers here are just so rude! Anyways, I work here and for the people who comment about deliveries, please don’t forget you aren’t the only one who orders! Yes we have a delivery time of 20-35 minutes but you don’t understand how busy it truly gets in such a small, overpriced, cookie place! Many of these reviews are just people complaining about deliveries... our radius is 5 miles. You don’t live that far, come get them yourself :) Other than our under the influence and rude customers, it’s a great place!

The best place about this location in broad ripple is that the cookies are always warm and soft. The space inside is pretty small but it's the perfect stop after a night out on broad ripple or on a Sunday afternoon. The cookies are always right and they serve ice cream too. Will continue to come back.

Found Insomnia Cookies just walking by. Wife and I stopped in, LOVE IT! You’re instantly hit in the face with the yummy smell of fresh baked cookies! Do they have this in a candle? Lol. Got the cookie ice cream sandwich and although I’m sure I’m going to have a diabetic attack, I’m definitely okay with it! Definitely will be returning!

My wife and I needed a sugar fix on Saturday night. Open the Yelp! app, search for desserts near me and Insomnia Cookies pops up. We went for it. I drove on college to broad ripple ave an parked in the parking garage next to Hop Cat (you can park 20 minutes for free). Walked to the cookie store and purchased Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter, and Snicker-doodle. The cookies came out of a warming drawer so they were nice and melty. They were served in a pizza box and were nicely organized. I was back to my car in 10 minutes and they were still warm when I got home. Over all, it was a good treat. I got 6 cookies - 3 for each. 2 was all we could eat and it was a bit much. They are dense! I would say they are a good cookie, but not a "OMG! cookie." I'd rather have the ones we make at home, but that is a time consuming project when you need a quick fix.

Cookies are warm when they serve them to you. Only problem was that the ice cream for the cookie sandwiches and a la mode was super soft and had to eat everything with a spoon but it was still yummy and the service was great.

After a steamed bagel sandwich down the street, we somehow had a little extra room for dessert. When you open the door at Insomnia Cookies you are surrounded by the wonderful smell of fresh baked cookies. There were plenty of choices and all are served warm, they even had ice cream and make custom ice cream sandwiches. Delivery radius is pretty small, but that is to be expected for a shop of this size.

Love the cookies and the concept, but they really miss the mark on hitting the delivery times, which are obscenely long to begin with. Granted, we had a large, late-night order, but that's no excuse for more than doubling the original delivery time AND miscalculating multiple follow up estimates for a delivery a half a mile from the shop.

As a college student I cannot get enough of insomnia cookies! My favorite thing there is a snickerdoodle and vainilla ice cream sandwich. They sell delicious cookies at fair prices and are open late. They even sell milk to wash down the cookies with!

It's insomnia cookies. You know what you are getting. Great service even when electrity is out or when it's over capacity (pandemic restrictions). On the strip so there is a line but you can always ask for delivery!

I just got a delivery from here about 10 minutes ago and i was missing a thing of milk. I ordered two and only got one. Normally I wouldn't care about something like that.
