Probably one of THE best bakeries I've ever been to in the country!! Vegan, gluten freeze and soy free, are you kidding me?! I am traveling for work and will be returning every day until I leave. Today I had the strawberry cinnamon roll and it did not disappoint!! I wish I had saved it to heat up at home, but it was gone in no time. I got an everything bagel and buckeye (chocolate covered peanut butter ball) to go, and both have been delectable as well. I can't wait to try more in the next couple days. The staff was upbeat and the place definitely had rush hour waves. Happy to see others also enjoy it there!

I always thought “Good to the last drop” was just an advertisement for Folgers Coffee- but after visiting RISE - our family has decided that this VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE bakery & coffee shop is so much more. It’s incredible to the last drop and last crumb. We were fighting over any remaining morsels of these incredibly DELICIOUS drinks, treats & eats. My personal favorites: Carmel Fratte (Onyx Espresso Concentrate, Date Carmel, Oatmilk, Coconut Cream & Coconut Sugar). This masterpiece of cold, creamy delight was worth every slurp! You’ll be wanting more. It was truly GREAT to the last drop. Only $8.50 The gluten free donuts 🍩 are so delightful, moist and super yummy. Only $3 The prices are fairly reasonable- but in this time of inflation- nothing is very certain about prices. Regardless- we highly recommend trying RISE as a great way to start your day!

We ate breakfast at this incredible cafe when in town overnight for a funeral. I am so grateful that this bakery/cafe is both vegan and gluten-free. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is attentive, and the food is DELICIOUS! The next time we are in town, we will DEFINITELY eat here. *I met one of the owners briefly. Super friendly.

I’ve been a long time fan of Rise, especially being someone who is gluten intolerant! I haven’t had a single thing from them that I didn’t love. Their baked goods are amazing and their coffee is super good as well. We recently got married in November and we decided we wanted Rise to be our dessert choice. We chose four different mini cupcake flavors and four doughnut flavors and all of them were delicious! We even got to do a taste test prior. Our guest kept complimenting on how good they were too! Rise Authentic did an amazing job on my sons birthday cake! He has a dairy, egg and peanut allergy and they made sure to take all that into consideration and were still able to make a perfect Baby Shark cake for him ☺️ The cake was very delicious. My toddler loved it! They were even able to accommodate my order within just 5 days!! I highly recommend them.

Bought for my fiance's father for father's day as he has some dietary restrictions. We were worried the desserts wouldn't be very good because they're completely vegan, but everything was delicious! Will definitely be going back soon! It was well worth the couple hour trip!

Holy delish! Stopped by for the first time today and I must say I'm very upset for not stopping in sooner. I work right down the road and this just may be a new to go place. The maple donut was my absolute favorite and I got a caramel latte that was absolutely amazing.

Absolutely love this bakery! They are all gluten-free and vegan. They are a little bit higher price. My favorites lately are the fritters and bagels (i think are $5 for 1). The parking can be a little rough since it's mostly on the streets so be prepared. Overall I really enjoy coming here and will be going back soon.

As a celiac, I have to say this place feels like a safe haven. There wasn’t a single thing I needed to see if it was gluten free or if it would get cross contaminated when being cooked. Rise Authentic Baking is dedicated gluten free and everything on their menu was far from basic. We got a cookies and cream donut, apple fritter, and blueberry cobbler bar but that doesn’t even scratch the surface of the options. Love this place so much and I’m so glad I stopped by while I was in Grand Rapids!

Extremely impressed with this all gluten-free and vegan café! I’ve had a gluten allergy for several years now and the Chickpea Melt and BLT were the best sandwiches I’ve had in a very long time! The donuts are also perfect and a must-try. Service was great, and everything I tried was a 10/10.

We ordered our wedding cake from Rise Authentic Baking Co., and it was delicious! We chose a 6" blueberry cake with lemon lavender frosting (no filling) with an imperfect "naked" look. We were so grateful that they offer delivery and floral placement so we didn't have to stress about those details on our special day! We also ordered Magic Cookie Bites and Buckeyes for our gluten free and vegan guests and heard countless positive remarks on how incredible they were! I didn't think it was possible to make something gluten free, soy free, dye free, and vegan taste amazing. I was proven wrong. The blueberry fritter we had was quite literally blue - incredibly rich, sweet, and dense. I liked everything else I tried more than their regular counterparts. A must-stop place and highly recommended. It's also a perfect place to stop before going to the zoo right down the street.

I've never been to this location but someone brought some donuts to our office today (chocolate sprinkle and I believe a raspberry flavored) and they are amazing. My coworkers loved the chocolate, and the raspberry was the best donut I've ever had. Definitely ordering from here when loved ones come to visit!

This was my first visit. I was very impressed by the selection of baked goods and the warm, friendly environment. Everything is gluten-free! Yay! I purchased a chocolate donut with frosting, an oatmeal breakfast cookie, and an oatmeal creme pie. They were all delicious! I'll definitely be back for more.

Went here today. We had the pecan pie bar, cinnamon roll and apple fritter. Hubs ate the fritter, I only sampled the cinnamon roll and pecan pie bar. Very good but really rich. The regular coffee is amazing. We will be back. The staff is nice too.

It was our first time to Rise. It had a very large selection of vegan options. I had the cinnamon roll, and my wife had the apple fritter. We also purchased the ginger, cranberry, and orange donut. I found them all very satisfying and yummy. We also purchased a buckeye pie. We are having it for dessert. We like it. There are some hidden unexpected flavors. We also purchased the millionaire bar. Be aware there is some coconut in there. If you are partial to it, then you may want to skip it.

Pretty much any item you could get from this bakery tastes amazing, and customizable beverages and unique intriguing lunch-type menu items as well make this place an overall great experience if you’re vegan(or not) and in the area. Apologies for the prior review; wasn’t aware of the custom ordering info at time of writing/publishing and thus am sorry for getting upset about the lack of donuts.

Really good food, but this place has got to do something about the crowds. The building lobby is like 10 x 10 feet, and every single weekend morning there’s 457 people in there. That has to be some sort of hazard, especially in the days of the new plague. So not only do you have to wait in a line that’s likely out the door, but you also have to wait that period of time after you order your food. You used to be able to make online orders and just come pick them up a year ago or so, and that was great. Just like a pick up window or something and online ordering would fix these issues. It’s truly unbearable to visit the place which stinks, bc the food is great.

Just so pleasantly surprised that we could get ANY of their baked goods for our gluten-free, dairy-free birthday party! We tried the million-dollar bars, brownies, blackberry crumble bars, blueberry fritters, and peanut butter buckeyes. All were delicious, there wasn't a crumb left of any of the desserts at the end of the party!

Super cute and welcoming little shop. The treats are delicious! I had a snickdoodle doughnut and a lavendar earl grey tea. Everything looked so good! There's a couple parking spaces in back or on the street. Price is around $5 per item. Oh and the best part, everything is VEGAN! I will be back ❤️

Rise Authentic was a 5 star experience for me. 🌠 Mother's birthday was coming up in less than a week and I was in a frantic late night search to see what local bakery could make a cake in time. Little did I know, most bakeries need a 2+ week lead time. Scrub mistake and planning on my part. 🤪 I reached out to 6 different bakeries and only this one could *Rise* to the occasion (but really it was luck, give your baker time y'all). Rise was advertising on their Instagram at the time that they could do it with much shorter notice (4-5 business days; of course this might change due to order volume and how booked they might be, YMMV). I filled out their online form that night and waited anxiously for their response. Called in the morning just to check in on it. No problem they said. They can make the cake in time. Huge relief. Communication with the owner through email was great. They followed my request perfectly. Stunning cake. Lavender lemon 🍋 buttercream and flavor with blueberry compote. Less sweet requested. When I first cut into the cake I was nervous as it looked dry (nature of a vegan cake?) but no, this cake was moist, delicious and beautifully fragrant!!! 🥵 It's not everyday or in many places where you can get a LAVENDER flavored cake. Everyone in the family loved it, even the waiters at the restaurant (I shared a couple slices) only to find out they were sharing bites with the team in the kitchen. I gave them more. 😊 But they all commented on how great it smelled even before eating it. No piece will go to waste. 😋 Rise made this cake look beautiful even though it wasn't a wedding cake request. They were able to accommodate by adding beautiful design with fresh fruit on top. While my family is not vegan at all, they never suspected that this was made without animal products. Truly impressive. I will use Rise Authentic for all my future cake needs. Could eat this lavender lemon cake all day and my family and relatives are hard to impress! Even my grandma finished her slice! 🍰🍽️ Amazing cake, amazing flavor. Please never stop making this. 🥵🍰 P.S. this cake didn't need a cake topper but I added one just for the photo op my mom wanted. 😂 Gotta know it's for a birthday. 🥳 Also the cake/icing dent in the restaurant pics wasn't Rise's fault. Probably during transportation or at the restaurant between being stored in their fridge and moved around. 😅

This place is a miracle come to Grand Rapids and they literally saved my sister's birthday. My sister is GF/DF/V so it's always been nearly impossible to find her yummy desserts that she's excited about, but we were BLOWN AWAY by Rise Authentic; they went above and beyond to help me pick treats super last-minute, even after hours (yes, I'm the worst), but at the end of the day it's cuz of them my sister's birthday was magical. They are SO sweet and genuine and welcoming, and seriously we could not believe how good the treats were. Literally eating one of their oatmeal cream pies while I type this. Rise, oh how I love you... as someone who cannot eat gluten OR dairy, this place is a dream come true. Everything is 100% delicious and high-quality—none of that “it’s good for being _____-free” nonsense. This place is a resounding 5 stars. And with Squibb coffee—the perfect pairing. I may or may not have gone here three times last week. The donuts and apple fritters are my favorite so far, but I have liked everything I’ve tried so far! P.S. Everything about this place is artsy and visually pleasing and just a whole atmosphere of loveliness.

Fabulous. My daughter and I come up every year from Texas to spend time with my other daughter. Rise is the number 1 place we have to visit and we've been there at least twice a week since July 22. Eating on the patio in the cool morning with the incredible donuts, smoothie bowls, fritters and hot mocha is a dream. Staff is friendly and accommodatng. I hate to name a favorite pastry because they're all delicious, but I lean toward the donuts: blueberry filled, blueberry pie, and chocolate with sea salt caramel. Yummy.! This week we're going to go for afternoon "tea" to sample the fresh cakes, cookies and milkshakes. I guarantee no one would guess these goodies are GF and DF. Kudos to you, Rise!

What a wonderful little bakery. All of their baked goods are vegan friendly and they have quite the selection! Everything I have tasted has been delicious. I enjoy their cupcakes and toaster tarts. Parking is a bit difficult especially if the cafe is full. Pricing is higher then other bakeries but for the quality it is worth it.

This place has a great aesthetic but… It could use more seated space, the employees could have more product knowledge, and the vast majority of the food menu was crossed out and unavailable when we visited. We came in for a light brunch and coffee but we’re met with disorganized confusion and almost no food available.. this may be due to supply issues so I don’t necessarily blame management, just hope for better experiences in the future. Still recommend you give them a chance ☕️

Excellent place to hang out with a cup of coffee and plate of delicious baked goods. Making large, custom orders is easy and affordable as well! I tend to be hyper mindful of dietary preferences/constraints for large groups, so Rise is my go-to when I want to give treats to be enjoyed by everyone.

I find their best items are the more original items vs a vegan version of a traditional baked good (like a brownie). They also have awesome coffee drinks!

The best chocolate cupcakes that go well with black coffee or tea. The water is serve your own. The glazed donuts are good. I actually didn't like the cheesecake as much as I loved the glazed donuts. They also have delicious pepperoni calzones. The Asai bowl is on point. Tasty! The strawberry smoothie is super special as well. Super yummy!

I was excited to support a local vegan restaurant, but it was a bit concerning to see they aren't actually vegan. They had half and half and whole milk and were happily adding it to coffee upon request. I understand that many people want these things in their coffee, but maybe they should go somewhere else? It's concerning to me because now I'm questioning whether the items I ordered were actually made without animal products or not... It's not that big of a deal (enough for me to take a star off of an internet review, I guess), but don't call yourself vegan when you serve animal products. Stick to your guns and don't serve it.

I have been purchasing Rise goods for the past year from Bridge St Market and am always raving about them to colleagues and friends. I was finally able to make time to visit the bakery for the first time. The atmosphere is great, the variety of goods is impressive, the oatmilk miel and breakfast sandwich are delicious- but what is not delicious is the wait time. I had decided on the breakfast sandwich to-go - I figured I had 5 extra minutes to spare - I was the only customer in their, after all. I am a pretty patient person and I love to support local businesses, so after 15 minutes, I reluctantly asked the barista about my sandwich. She came back and said they didn’t have the bagels ready but it should only be a few more minutes. I then saw an employee (who was in the front of house for the previous 15 minutes) making my breakfast sandwich, finally. 10 minutes later - after a total of 25 minutes, my to-go breakfast sandwich was given to me. Again - the food/drink tasted great, but the wait time left a pretty sour taste in my mouth.. Making me feel a bit disappointed in my first experience at the bakery :(

Amazing baked goods that cater to all different kinds of dietary restrictions. They also have drinks such as coffees, teas, and kombucha. There isn’t much seating so I wouldn’t expect to stay, it’s more luck-based. But definitely a spot worth visiting a bit outside the city.

We had our wedding cake and mini-cupcakes done by Rise for our wedding and our guests LOVED them. Nick was a pleasure to work with and Rise did a phenomenal job making the design for our cake a reality! We would highly recommend them any day and we're planning on ordering from them again for events in the future. We love how they really have a passion for Grand Rapids and for making delicious baked good that everyone can eat!

We got a layer cake from Rise for our wedding, and everyone seemed to love it. It's so rare to find good vegan desserts that are soy-free, and it was also great to be able to accommodate our gluten-free guests. Driving the fragile cake an hour's distance was pretty dicey though. After being transported, it needed some alterations to look ok. My sisters used eucalyptus to cover up the imperfections and add visual interest to the white cake--it ended up looking gorgeous!

The best allergy friendly place to eat in Grand Rapids! Vegan, gluten free, soy free, dairy free, etc.! They even have foods that are Refined sugar free! We have been there probably 100+ times. They keep us coming back every season with lots of menu variety! Perfect place for a treat.

Drinks are extremely small and one sized.( think small coffee starbucks size) Baked goods are amazing. Like something your grandma would make good! No food though.. apparently they just stopped a week before they switched over the menu. But its Tuesday... I came here for the food and was disappointed in that part. Parking is tough. you need to park on one of the side streets before or after the building.. so think of this walk when coming here in winter or bad weather. Small inside. 4 small tables for 2 with with pillows on a bench of one side, and 1 large table inside for maybe 6. 2 sets of mini tables for 2 in front, and some small sets of seating in back. So not really a place for a big group. As for writing or working. No curtains, so there is glare from windows on your screen. Might even need sunglasses to see. Overall. Its a nice place. Kind of pricey for drinks, but worth it for pastries. Would I come back to work? Maybe if I brought a pillow to sit on.

My partner and I frequent Rise often! It is our favorite beginning to the weekend to pick out a treat from their giant case of baked goods. We love trying their new rotating menu items which seem to only be improving in quality with time. It's so fun having so many options being vegan and gluten free! The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The environment is always so positive and upbeat. Sometimes it does get pretty busy but with a bit of patience, we are always happy with our food!

Love visiting this coffee shop whenever I'm in Grand Rapids. The chai tea (especially the iced chai) is one of my favorites. Super great selection of pastries (cupcakes, breads, doughnuts, etc.). Everything I've had so far has been amazing. It's a fairly small place so it's usually better just to get it to-go, but there's also outdoor seating so that's an option too when the weather's nice! Absolutely recommend!!

What a wonderful place! My brother and I have never been able to eat at a bakery due to our severe allergies to dairy and tree nuts.. even though they have nuts on site, the employee I spoke to was able to be detailed about their food preparation policies and although they can’t guarantee there won’t be any cross contamination.. I felt confident enough to eat there. Having such a cute and friendly dairy free place to enjoy coffee and donuts is so refreshing, I will be back! Two years later and I needed to edit my review to say that Rise consistently provides high quality service and product. I got my birthday cake from here, a wonderful slice of carrot cake, some great chocolate donuts, and gift cards for family. I am very much looking forward to the valentines cake!

I love going to this bakery, and have thoroughly enjoyed everything I’ve eaten each visit! They are always changing up their baked goods based on the seasons, so there’s always something exciting and new to taste. Everything I’ve tried has been extremely yummy, and I love that they’re all vegan! I’ve also tried some of their drinks and, while they are on the smaller side, they were also really good! The only thing I would change is that I wish they were located closer to my home, so I could visit more often. But, otherwise, I am confident in saying that Rise is my favorite bakery in Grand Rapids!

It's always a treat to find a 100% gluten free bakery. Everything we tried was good, especially the apple fritter and soft pretzel. However, I was disappointment when I walked in and immediately encountered a dog. This startled me and made my visit an uneasy one. Not only due to my personal fear/bad experience with dogs, but I was also concerned about hygienics with a dog hanging out in a place where food is served/consumed . The store-front is rather small and seating is limited, and it seems very unnecessary to allow people to bring in non-service animals.

Rise Bakery is my go-to place for baked goods. I prefer their donuts, yum tarts, buckeyes, cheesecake bars, and breads over any other bakery in town. All food is gluten free, soy free, artificial BS free, and uses natural coloring which I find awesome. It can be a bit expensive, but in my opinion, well worth it. I recently had their breakfast sandwich on their bagels and oh... my... goodness. I’ve also ordered cakes from here for birthdays and they are a bit small but oh so tasty. This place is delicious. Be mindful that it’s a small group of staff that pump out dozens and dozens of baked goods daily. I think Rise does a fantastic job. Favorite vegan bakery and bakery EVER.

The donuts, desserts, and other delicacies at Rise have all been phenomenal in flavor and texture. I have Celiac Disease and do not eat out often as it usually is not worth the risk of getting sick but I have no issue trusting Rise as they have always been straightforward with what is in every item. The only thing better than the food at Rise might be their amazing staff! All of the folks working upfront are knowledgeable, kind, and courteous and I cannot thank them enough for giving me a reason to look forward to GF baked goods again.

I visited Grand Rapids this weekend and Picked up breakfast/food at rise two mornings in a row! I’ve eaten at vegan bakeries across America and I was seriously impressed to find out that not only is rise vegan but also gluten-free, their goods are a high caliber and raise the bar for what to expect from vegan coffee shops/bakeries. The star of the show for me was definitely the peaches and cream doughnut and the Nola cold brew. I tried the egg and bacon bagel one morning and that was a 10/10 however another morning I had the black bean and sweet potato empanada, it was under seasoned and the crust was chewy not crisp/flakey. Overall I loved Rise and can’t wait to order more again!

I come to Grand Rapids a couple times a month for work, and on my last visit I was directed to Rise by a server who waited on me at Wolfgang’s when I told her that I’m allergic to gluten, dairy, and soy. Rise Authentic Baking is an entirely gluten free, vegan, and soy free bakery! I emailed the bakery for some suggestions of what to try, since I’m allergic to almonds as well, and they were very quick to respond to my email with suggestions. I ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter Bowl (sans granola) and a pumpkin chocolate chip donut and both were absolutely delicious. I picked up my order curbside and it was handed to me by a very friendly young man. I will be back on each of my return trips to Grand Rapids, and I look forward to the day when I can sit indoors too.

Saw a news story about this place and how they're working during the pandemic and had to try their donuts. I ended up getting several items and we had a tasting at home. Everything was amazing. I got one of each donut, the mostess, a buckeye, and the RSF millionaire bar. The flavors are rich and you likely won't end up overeating. My favorite was the cinnamon and sugar donut - dense and well covered, it tastes exactly like an elephant ear. I will definitely be back and in fact am going to pick some stuff up for a vegan friend. The prices are a little more than you'll pay at some of the more traditional donut dens, but to me it was worth it.

Traveled over an hour to hang out and have lunch in a cute greenhouse. The apple fritter was pretty good, however I've never paid $5 for one until today, and never will again. $10 something for a sandwich with no side was a bit pricey for us. Although we enjoyed the thick sliced fresh bread, it had very very little filling inside. The cake is so worth it. Was delicious. Paid about $6.50 for 2 "kitchen sink" cookies, which sounded delicious. Saved them until I got home. Just took and bite of one of them, and found the pretzel, and whatever else was inside of them were incredibly dry and stale tasting. The other one was a little better. Oatmeal creme pie cookies are to die for. Overall a bit pricey but baked goods and cake are superb.

We love Rise! Where to start- we are a vegan family and it is so nice to have options for delicious baked goods we can actually eat. But what I love even more is that when we bring family and friends there who aren't vegan, they always rave about it. We have never had a treat we don't like, but a few of my favorites are the apple fritters, oatmeal cookie sandwiches, and the amazing donut creations they come up with. The other day I tried a "Spicy Pineapple" and it was literally one of the best things I have ever eaten. We love the atmosphere and the cozy setting for meeting with friends, especially their back patio. The space get's busy (a fact we love because it means they will be around for awhile) but there are a handful of parks we can walk to and enjoy the treats outside, a huge perk of them being located in the heart of the West Side. Finally- I can't say enough about the staff. Mallory, the owner of Squibb is always super friendly and remembers my daughter and I when she is working the register and the bakery staff is always super helpful and pleasant. We are moving across the state in a few weeks and I am already trying to plan a trip to GR with the first stop being Rise because I can't imagine going long without a visit.

I picked up a few donuts, a cinnamon roll and muffin for everyone at my work today. The donuts were good, the muffin was good, but the cinnamon roll was terrible. The batter must have not been stirred enough because there were chunks of flour in it. I tried to eat around the bits of flour, but the rest of the cinnamon roll was hard as a rock (even after being microwaved).

The establishment and food were pretty nice. Covid standards left much to be desired. My only complaints are with the outdoor sheds that are behind the building. We decided to try one. Table was clean but the floor was filthy and the heater inside didn't work ( we tried several times and followed the directions). Kind of a bummer.

I really want to like this place. Have tried a few things and nothing wows me. Got hot tea to go, the cup was really small and the tea was too strong, would have preferred to be the same tea bag in a larger cup. I wish the items were marked with allergens. The line was really long and I didn't want to ask df/nf etc. I have tried the muffins and the dounuts, still has that chalky taste. Best gf in GR is the lemon polenta cake at early bird/little bird.

The rise authentic baking company is a a quiet little bakery. I really wanted to give this place a five-star rating because of the popular following on Instagram and the lovely pictures that are posted daily. However, I just can't give them the full five stars. I had four of their baked goods and a cup of the matcha. I had the earth donut, the fire donut, the blueberry strawberry almond butter scone and the Apple cinnamon yum tart. The yum tart and the scone were good, but for the price that you pay, there are better selections at other bakeries. The flavor of the donuts where unique and the donuts had a great consistency. these are the type of treats that have to be eaten right away, these are not donuts that can't be brought home and eaten later. With the way the donuts are made, I don't think they would last more than a few hours without going stale. Going back to the price, this is very much labeled as a specialty shop and the prices reflect that. Three dollars for a donut is a little steep for what you get, but the taste is not like any other donut in town. Another reason why I can't give the full five star rating is the service. This is very much a modern place for the younger crowd. Not much is said when you enter the shop, you are not greeted very well and you are expected to know what you want without asking too many questions. I didn't feel very welcomed. Even when I left, there was no thank you for coming in, or have a good day. This type of atmosphere seems like it should be very friendly, but it's not. I don't know if I'll return again, but if I am in the mood for a specialty donut, the rise authentic baking company will be my first thought.

Rise has become a regular place for me to visit the past few weeks. I come between classes and I even bring the kids I nanny sometimes. The staff is so friendly and patient when I bring the kids I nanny (twin 2 year olds and a 5 year old) and talk directly to the kids which is awesome. Have always loved Rise anytime I'm in town. Unfortunately, they do not list allergens on their labels in the pastry case. My wife has a severe walnut allergy and ordered the breakfast empanada not knowing it is full of walnut "sausage". When we approached the cashier and asked her if it contained walnuts (my wife had cut it open and could see them, thankfully didn't take a bit or else she would have been sick!) She confirmed that yes it does, and didn't apologize or try to make anything right. She just seemed annoyed and said "ok.......do you want a refund then...?" Which we did get, but I really felt like the situation could have been handled better and we left feeling let down and disappointed. If anything, Rise, please start listing allergens on your labels! This could have been much worse had my wife not seen the walnuts.

Great gluten-free food sanctuary, however they're hyper-reliance on sugar is disappointing. If they were able to generate two or three products that had little to no added sugar, perhaps a couple varieties of Health muffins, I imagine they would sell like hotcakes. Until then, Their extreme use of sugar is shocking

Rise is a fantastic Gluten Free hometown bakery and coffee house. So many special sweets in their selection. We just discovered them and tried a whole bunch of treats! The brookie is super good and the cinnamon roll, too. The cheddar bagel we tried is quite oniony in flavor along with the cheddar. Not my thing but I did taste it and the texture is awesome. So glad we found this hidden GF gem!
