Been going here for years. All hand made food down to the buttermilk biscuits used on the breakfast sandwiches. Love the place and the cooks! You never know what baked deliciousness will be there every day!

A great little gem we stopped in while walking on a rainy day in Burlington. This bakery has breakfast and lunch options which looked delicious (they also had vegan options). My wife and I each got a pastry which we really enjoyed! The owners (or clerks at the counter) were extremely knowledgeable about their products and able to explain with great detail what went into each baked good. I know this seems like it should be a given at a bakery, but I've definitely been to some where it seems the clerks have no clue what is even in a cookie.

This place has been getting us through quarantine! We call and place our order before going out to walk the dog and the food is always ready by the time we swing back through on the way home. The staff is so friendly and we love the use of local ingredients when available! I also must applaud their dedication to the contactless pickup, allowing the neighborhood to have a reliably safe option to grab some goodies! I can’t wait until case numbers drop enough that we can go inside and enjoy these delicious treats with a cup of coffee in their cozy looking storefront!

An Old North End staple! I'm always trying something new from Nunyuns because they're always making delicious new things and they never disappoint. But the donuts...oh my goodness. Top tier. The owners are super nice and keep the neighborhood lively with their window paintings--I can't imagine the Old North End without them. Plus they have been really safe throughout COVID which is a huge bonus in my book :)

I love this little neighborhood spot for Sunday breakfast. My favorite french toast in town and today I tried a homemade maple glazed donut. Hearty, chewy, and delicious. Reminded me of fried dough at the fair! Nunyuns is highly recommended.

Belicious! Beautiful & delicious...each time I go to Nunyuns, it is a real experience. The food & the people. It is my favorite spot to go to in the North End, for a quick bite to eat. The prices reflect the work that goes into the food that you eat. It may be busy one day & calm the next. The owners are kind, they do their work & chit-chat when they can. Thank you for being located where you are - it has made a difference. Enjoy the unpredictability of the items as well...xox

Nunyuns? More like Noneyums! I was very excited to visit Nunyuns because I've walked past it before and it looked like a sweet, colorful, fun bakery. Quite the contrary. The food is overpriced and not very good. It came cold and the vegetables were wilted and tasted poor. The woman who was at the cash register spoke sharply and made me feel like an inconvenience, not a customer. The man who brought us our food was nice and funny, but he worked in the kitchen and we didn't see him again. Although their sign advertised muffins, they didn't have any. They coffee was luke-warm. I don't suggest this cafe. Be ware as well, they don't accept cards-- cash or checks only.

I had been searching for Raspberry JAM filled donuts, powdered sugar for over five years! I made a random phone call to Nunyon's, and they made them for me!!! They had them ready for me within 24 hours!!! Obviously made fresh that morning, I was told they would be ready by 9am. I was in heaven once again. Lightly dusted with the powdered sugar, judiciously filled without over-spilling, the most perfect donut I have had since my mother made them 40 years ago. THANK YOU! I will be back!!! (again, and again, and again.). Thank you for the special request!!!

A lovely, colorful atmosphere here with friendly staff and a collection of books to read if you're feeling contemplative (as IAM was). The black bean quiche was delicious too, and let me repeat the staff was SO helpful !

This bakery and cafe is indeed a gem of the Old North End. If you are visiting Burlington, this is a must visit. The friendly couple that run it are very attentive and hard working. True they don't except credit; but, this minor inconvenience does not diminish the fact that this cafe serves creative, flavorful and high quality food. My wife and I are regular visitors and we're never dissatisfied whether we're craving their tasty potato skegs, or looking to expand our palate with some yummy vegetarian tempeh tacos. I was in for a treat on our last visit when one of the 5 daily specials was a Rueben sandwich on fresh baked bread, one of the tastiest Reubens I've ever had. Don't forget that this cafe also doubles as a top class neighborhood bakery that pushes the bounds of innovation when it comes to confectioneries. Always, a top option for us on the weekend... And we live in the South End!
