They open so conveniently early in the morning and I was able to get some last minute baked goods for work! Pictured are the raspberry swirl cheesecake and key lime pie with matzo crust. Devoured within MINUTES by coworkers lolololpl they even sell everything from sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other deli/lunch items!

We love Klinger's! There is so much wonderful food to choose from. They offer nice breakfast and lunch options, pastries, breads, and fantastic cakes. In non-CV times, the inside seatng is quaint and fun. They did a fantastic job with the decorations. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend stopping in for a breakfast or picking up pastries to go!

Best croissants in Chittenden County. So buttery and flaky. Delicious custard raisin circled - try them! They are fantastic. Beautiful cakes and amazing breads. Good coffee too!

I don't recommend the hot chocolate as it was just heated chocolate milk. However, I highly recommend their Black Forest Cake. It was a special order for a 50th birthday. The recipient was extremely impressed with how good it was. Theit avacado toast is good too.

Outstanding selection of baked goodies, all better than the last. Haven't tried the breakfast or specialty coffees yet but that is my goal. ;)

We came in late and they had been busy (as expected) so the selection was small but I didn't care it was all delicious. My husband got the custard raisin pastry and I chose a scrumptious chocolate chip cookie, we also bought one of their cheesecakes for my birthday celebration(later). The staff were so friendly as were all the other patrons. Such a nice atmosphere even after a busy day.

The best! Klinger’s is open to customize cakes at your request, with only a couple of days notice. Their danishes are “melt in your mouth” delicious. Their breads are excellent, too. Highest recommendation!

Great cannolli, chocolate pistachio biscotti, morning glory muffins, and pastry. The tiramisu is variable. It's been really good, and it's been grainy. The cakes are consistently good, especially the carrot cake. Unfortunately, they do not make my favorite cake ( chocolate cake with mocha frosting). The bread is good, but a bit dense, so you need to be wanting that type of hearty loaf. I don't particularly like the prepared food. It isn't bad, but it's not as good as a sandwich or salad I'd make at home. Overall, Klinger's is a very good bakery, in a town that has few options.

Quaint bakery with delicious treats inside. I appreciate their support for sustainability and zero waste as I asked for my loaves to be placed in my own packaging, a pillow case, to avoid plastic and trash. Great place for a sweet treat, especially the ladybug cookies!!

This is the best bakery in Chittenden County for 2 reasons: exceptional breads and incredible pastries and pies. It maintained functioning at this high level bed during the pandemic as well as now.

Very delicious treats, pies and the breakfast sandwich is amazing (on a savory scone). The only improvement I would have is that the placement of the cream and sugar is awkward and creates a traffic jam at the counter. The space is small, so setting it up carefully is very important!

I love their products! The breads are good, sandwiches great, and chocolate croissant is at the top :) I also buy their products in other stores like City Market, Hanaford, ... Parking is readily available. If you are into walking, grab a snack and coffee and walk across the street to Farrell Park and up along the Recreation Path as ping as you like :)

I have never had a bad experience at Klingers. It’s extremely reliable and the food is amazing (ALWAYS). I recommend the breakfast sandwich on sourdough, the maple pull apart, and their coffee is amazing.

Got a birthday cake here (chocolate mousse), it was amazing! Ordering was not a hassle at all, I sent an email (see bakery website) and heard back promptly. I also asked for a birthday message to be written on the cake, and they did such a beautiful job. Will patronise again !

Pan Bello bread, baguettes, lemon meringue pie (favorite!), chocolate cream pie, almond croissants, pastry fruit twists, (Apricot is the best so far), cakes, scones.......need I say more? Not as much a fan of the soup and sandwiches I did try, but to be fair I haven't tried them all yet and prepackaged sandwiches are rarely good.

They were soooo nice to me today. I was having a rough day so I ordered a lg Mocha with extra mocha and almond milk. They did me 2 better! They gave me mocha oat milk with shots of mint mocha! Plus I ended up with amazing cookies and sandwiches.

Our favorite local patisserie! We frequent France & Italy, and their chocolate croissants rival most we've had in the EU. Typical French patisserie seating... Tiny tables, few options. Amazing breads & soups. Locally owned.

My husband ordered a carrot cake for my birthday as that's my favorite. So often we've been disappointed but not this time. This was an amazing carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The cake was super moist, dense and flavorful. The icing was the perfect texture and sweetness. Even family who prefer other types of cakes were raving how wonderful the cake was. Only one tiny suggestion....leave off the little hard candies that are there for decoration; they add nothing and aren't even good to eat. But don't change anything else. You made me a perfect cake...thank you!

Some of the best locally baked bread you'll ever find. I love their seeded baguette. They also have such a lovely pastries that taste as good as they look. I also know that I can always get a good cup of coffee here, never week. You can have them make breakfast sandwiches what sandwiches and panini's on there freshly baked bread.

The chocolate chunk cookie is my favorite, but they have excellent muffins and the maple pull apart bread is very yummy! It's hard to find any muffins after the lunch hour but they are worth picking up to go in the morning.

Klingers makes some of the best bread I have ever had. My favorite by far is the maple walnut with a little butter on top, chewy, just sweet enough and so much flavor.

I mean, how hard is it to make a sandwich? Step one: find two slices of bread that are remotely similar in size (see pic). I don't think I'll be coming there for meals anymore, maybe just to grab a loaf or beverage which they do a great job on.

While their breads are the best tasting, in my opinion, their recent (October '14) decision to downsize their packaged loaves from 24-28 oz to only 20 oz across the board is really disappointing.
