These cookies are out of this world. Creative combinations of flavors, and very clearly all natural ingredients. The peanut butter and jelly cookie is really interesting, in a very good way. The salted Nutella cookie is much more subtle than I expected. I think this is a good thing, as Nutella can be very overwhelming. What I loved most about these is that they were rich, but not excessively sweet. Two thumbs up!

I pre-ordered cookies and paid for them with their app. After the order was confirmed, I drove to the store to pick them up. When I arrived, the cookies I had ordered were no longer available, they just sold the last of them. They offered to swap to another flavor, but I was picking up for a group order and they had picked out the flavor they wanted. There was no discussion or offer related to when more of the selected flavor would be available. I ended up cancelling the order. The refund posted the day after my visit. When they have they cookies you want, they are generally awesome. I'm just disappointed with my personal experience recently.

Typically I have have had great experiences with Crumbl I love there cookies but today was not my best experience! I went there for a particular cookie that was in the menu this week it’s my sons birthday and I wanted the birthday cake flavor but they were sold out… I was disappointed but not a big deal they can’t help that so it was fine. What I wasn’t super impressed with was when the girl brought me my cookies she showed them to me like they always do and went to close the box for some reason she was having a hard time with it tried like two or three times and then pushed the box towards me and said “here you do it.” And walked away 😆 I was just like ummm ok!

As a doordash driver I have gone here a couple of times to pick up orders and I just have to say that I very much so appreciate that they always have just finished completing the order prior to me showing up so the cookies are still warm for the client when I give them to them. And everyone that works there is so so kind I adore them. I am not overly fond of frosted sugar cookies but that was the first kind of cookie I ever had from them and it was absolutely mind-blowingly delicious not to mention huge.

They are still getting the gift delivered by one of their people. DD won't deliver them even though the address is less than a few blocks away. But Crumbl came through! Love their cookies! I’ve ordered delivery in advance, immediate delivery, as well as in store. All great experiences. I’d even say the cookies are warmer when delivered! I do wish the menu would update to the 6 pack option if that’s now available at all times & I wish there was a description of the cookie instead of just the cute mini-movie of the week’s selections. Several times I have no real idea what the cookie actually IS (IE this weeks Pink Velvet? No clue & the clip doesn’t help) I e had an issue a few times with the app saying delivery isn’t available to my area when I have had multiple deliveries, and there was no note saying why, although it now seems to be back to normal. We have a debate on my house as to which of the cookie delivery places is the best … it’s CRUMBL for me!

I love this place. I am constantly refreshing their social media pages while impatiently waiting for the new flavors to be released. There are two reasons they are not quite a 5 for me: 1. They only have the mini cookies available for catering, and I think that is a missed opportunity 2. Ohhhh man, these cookies are so good. Don't go expecting to eat a whole cookie because portions are generous, buy them to share and try like all of them. The chocolate chip cookies use milk chocolate chips, so if you're not huge on milk chocolate (like I am!!!) get another chocolate offering. They are very, very sweet. I like sweet so it's no biggie but if you're more bittersweet-toothed, consider drinking something like coffee or tea while enjoying.

I'm so glad we tried this place out. Delicious cookies; they are soft and not dry or crunchy. One of the best sugar cookies I have eaten - they usually aren't my cup of tea, but the classic sugar cookie is almond flavored and CHILLED which is awesome. The Chilled Twix cookie is delicious as well, our favorite out of the mix. Peanut butter and Jelly was good too, it tasted just like PBJ. I was however not a fan of the plain chocolate chip cookie. They use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet and I found it to be quite bland; it needed a bit more flavor and perhaps a pinch of salt. The texture was soft and gooey and great though.

Tonight was the first time my husband and I came to this place since I was craving cookies and heard nothing but amazing things about this place from my friend. When we came to pick our order up one of the amazing staff came out to let us know there was a wait for our cookies we ordered and asked if it was ok or if we wanted different ones but we stuck with our order and told her we have nothing else to do so we would wait. They blew us out of the water with how great the cookies were. They were definitely worth the wait and since we waited, she threw in a free churro cookie for us to try with our order. Crumbl cookie is always a bit hit or miss. Sometimes they have like 3 flavors that are so bomb that it's hard to choose a favorite, and then theres weeks where nothing sounds good. We were soooooo excited to try the potato chip one (Chip cookie has one like it that is AMAZING) and were really disappointed to find it tasted like a chocolate chip cookie with pretzels in it. No potato chip flavor. Personally I think they should have a way to rate a cookie you bought through their reward point program, so they can get data from people who have a verified purchase record of that cookie instead of relying on people to post on social media to know "how they did". Also, maybe they could open up flavor suggestions twice a year that people can vote on. But once again. The cookies are pretty good, some are a homerun and some fall flat.

It is with disappointment that I must post this 3 star review for what I feel should otherwise be 5 stars. Allow me to clarify. The staff is wonderful — they're polite, professional, quick, and the cookies are amazing. So what, you ask, is the problem then? Well the cookies ARE delicious, *when they're available*, but therein lies the problem and the primary reason why I cannot leave the review that I wanted to. I have, on multiple occasions, gone to this location in the early to mid afternoon only to be told that the cookie I came for is sold out. I must stress that this is not a one time, nor even once-in-a-while occurrence, it happens almost weekly. I've shrugged it off, over and over again, thinking that perhaps they're just going through a rough patch and this probably isn't the norm but, at some point, I have to ask myself why the problems continue to persist. Look, if you're here reading these reviews then you most likely came to read about whether or not you should give this place a try. If you want delicious cookies then absolutely get yourself some Crumbl cookies — just do yourself a favor and either call ahead or order online to save yourself the trip and disappointment of finding out they don't have the cookie that you want.

Most of the flavors are just heavenly when some could be improved. Always YUMMY I ordered a party pack (24 cookied) to be delivered. I received a text stating Crumbles was closed. I reordered and received a new text telling me my order was a success. However, a few seconds later I got another text saying my driver would be here in six minutes, (that was from the first order), which I canceled. I just laughed it off knowing I canceled that order. I didn't notice anything strange until I recieved my CC statement when I noticed two charges on the same day at crumbl. I contacted the delivery company and they told me I'd need to contact the merchant. I did just that. No manager to speak with, but left my info for her to call back. The next day, no call, two more days no call still. I called again and again no manager was available. I checked my CC for a refund and nothing yet. About nine days went by and I noticed there was a credit to my credit card for the first order. No call, no text no response from the "Manager" of Crumbl Cookies at all. Not even an "I'm sorry for your inconvenience and maybe return my $$ rewards to my account. Not the best way to treat your customers.

And of course, only one of the cookies made it back to the office in one piece. The other 3 had broken off portions. I wanted to praise Maddie (assistant manager) at your Boise store. I ordered cookies for delivery for a friend & because Crumble was out of a certain flavor of cookie that I ordered, Door Dash automatically cancelled my order without texting or leaving me a message asking if there was a replacement flavor I wanted. I received a generic text telling me that my order was cancelled because Crumble couldn’t process my payment……which I already had confirmation that my card was charged. I called & Maddie answered the phone. I explained how badly this makes Crumble look as they have chosen to partner with DoorDash as their delivery provider. Maddie apologized & agreed that the situation should have been handled differently. She made a wrong, right by offering to send out a new order & also offered to credit my card back for the inconvenience. Now, that is customer service & Maddie deserves some kudos for a job well done!! Thank you, Maddie!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
